A processor and a method for performing flow control of multiple types of instructions are provided. The processor includes a first pipeline processing circuit, a second pipeline processing circuit, a first flow control unit and a second flow control unit. The first pipeline processing circuit receives the multiple types of instructions from outside of the processor and handles a first-type instruction. The second pipeline processing circuit receives the multiple types of instructions from the first pipeline processing circuit and handles a second-type instruction. The first flow control unit and the second flow control unit receives a third-type instruction from the first pipeline processing circuit and the second pipeline processing circuit, respectively, for generating control information according to the third-type instruction. The first pipeline processing circuit and the second pipeline processing circuit obtain the control information from the first flow control unit and the second flow control unit, respectively.

A method for performing indoor location estimation with angle of arrival (AoA) information in a wireless communication system and associated apparatus such as a wireless transceiver device are provided, where the wireless transceiver device is capable of detecting at least one signal from at least one other device in the wireless communication system. The method may include: in an online positioning phase among multiple phases of the wireless transceiver device, detecting, by using an antenna array of the wireless transceiver device, an AoA of any signal among the at least one signal from the at least one other device to determine the AoA information corresponding to the at least one other device; and in the online positioning phase, based on an AoA-related database which is established in an offline calibration phase among the multiple phases, estimating an indoor location of the wireless transceiver device according to the AoA information.

The present invention provides a wireless communication method, wherein the wireless communication method includes the steps of: controlling the electronic device to operate in an active mode and communicating with an access point; after a traffic between the electronic device and the access point ends, controlling the electronic device to operate in a first mode, and transmitting a null frame to notify the access point that the electronic device enters a power saving mode; and during the first mode, controlling the electronic device to leave the power saving mode and transmitting at least one query signal to the access point to ask data.

In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be a mobile station (MS). The MS registers to a first public land mobile network (PLMN) over a first access technology (AT). The MS determines that a received signal quality of the first PLMN over the first AT is lower than the operator controlled signal threshold per access technology. In response, the MS periodically attempts to obtain service on the first PLMN over a second AT. A received signal quality of the first PLMN over the second AT is equal to or greater than an operator controlled signal threshold per access technology.

Examples pertaining to secure transmission in mobile communications are described. A UE receives an RRC reconfiguration message from a master network node. The RRC reconfiguration message comprises information regarding candidate cells and predefined reconfigurations, and each candidate cell is associated with one predefined reconfiguration. The UE evaluates a triggering condition for at least one candidate cell to determine whether to trigger a conditional cell change procedure and performs the conditional cell change procedure to switch a PSCell associated with the apparatus to a target cell in an event that the triggering condition for the target cell is met. The UE derives a security key according to a counter value and a key of the master network node. The counter value is obtained from a sequence of distinct counter values of the target cell or of a target secondary node stored by the processor or is generated by the processor.

A semiconductor device includes a plurality of first functional blocks formed in a plurality of first cell rows, and a plurality of second functional blocks formed in a plurality of second cell rows. Techniques pertaining to dynamic initial trigger frame control in enhanced multi-link single radio (EMLSR) in wireless communications are described. A first multi-link device (MLD) performs a frame exchange with a second MLD on a first link of multiple communication links without transmission of an initial control frame. The first MLD then enables transmission of initial control frames in subsequent frame exchanges with the second MLD on the first link.

Various solutions for multi-subscriber identity module (SIM) data transmission with respect to an apparatus and a network are described. An apparatus may transmit a remote user equipment (UE) notification to a network node through a first SIM of the apparatus. The apparatus may transmit a relay UE notification to the network node through a second SIM of the apparatus. The apparatus may perform a data service with the network node through the first SIM and the second SIM.

A method for dealing with a cross-component adaptive loop filtering procedure includes: checking at least one attribute to generate a checking result, wherein the at least one attribute includes at least one of a temporal scaling attribute of a frame and a flatness attribute of a region within the frame; and managing a cross-component adaptive loop filter (CCALF) according to the checking result.
