A method can include receiving, by a wireless device, at a first time interval, a command indicating an activation of on-demand synchronization signal blocks (OD-SSBs) of a first cell. The method can also include receiving, via the first cell and from at least a time gap after the first time interval, one or more of the OD-SSBs. The time gap is the number of slots based on a subcarrier spacing (SCS) of an uplink bandwidth part (BWP), of a second cell, on which the wireless device transmits a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) information corresponding to the command.

Wireless communications are described. A wireless device and/or a base station may determine/select one or more beams for transmission of signals (e.g., sounding reference signals, SRSs) in one or more cells. The wireless device and/or the base station may determine/select a beam based on one or more of: cell indicators of a first cell and/or a second cell, antenna panel indicators associated with SRS transmissions, priorities of SRS transmissions, resource set indicators corresponding to the SRS transmissions, and/or other information.

A wireless device receives a message configuring one or more time intervals for transmitting coordination information to a second wireless device, where the coordination information indicates a set of resources for one or more sidelink transmissions by the second wireless device. The wireless device selects, from the one or more time intervals, a time interval based on at least a priority level of the one or more sidelink transmissions. The wireless device transmits, to the second wireless device, first coordination information indicating a first set of resources for the one or more sidelink transmissions. The wireless device transmits, to the second wireless device and based on the time interval, second coordination information indicating a second set of resources for the one or more sidelink transmissions.

A method can include sending, by a wireless device to an access and mobility management function (AMF) a non-access stratum (NAS) message indicating a request to establish a packet data unit (PDU) session to join a group communication session. The NAS message can include an identifier of the group communication session, an identifier of a network slice, and a protocol configuration option information. The method can also include receiving, by the wireless device from the AMF, a response message indicating acceptance of the request.

A wireless device transmits, to a first base station of a first public land mobile network (PLMN), a first radio resource control (RRC) message. The wireless device receives, from the first base station, configuration parameters indicating a secondary cell in a first frequency. The wireless device selects a cell of a second base station of a second PLMN for monitoring one or more downlink channels. The wireless device transmits, to the first base station, a second RRC message indicating the secondary cell is impacted by resource allocation across multiple systems. After transmitting the second RRC message, the wireless device deactivate resources of the secondary cell, of the first base station.

A wireless device receives a radio resource control (RRC) message indicating a first cell-specific scheduling offset. The wireless device receives, via a first cell of a non-terrestrial network (NTN), a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) indicating a differential offset. The wireless device transmits, via the first cell, a first uplink signal using the differential offset and the first cell-specific scheduling offset. The wireless device receives an RRC reconfiguration message comprising reconfiguration with synchronization configuration parameters. The RRC reconfiguration message may include a second cell-specific scheduling offset. Based on the RRC reconfiguration message, the wireless device discards or deletes the differential offset. The wireless device transmits, via a second cell, a second uplink signal using the second cell-specific scheduling offset.

A wireless device receives one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising configuration parameters indicating: a first configuration of first sounding reference signals (SRSs) used in a first state in which the wireless device monitors first search spaces of control channels associated with a shared data channel to determine whether data is scheduled for the wireless device, a second configuration of positioning SRSs used in a second state, different from the first state, for monitoring the control channels, first bandwidth part (BWP) configuration of a first BWP for the first state, and second BWP configuration of a second BWP for the second state. The wireless device transmits the first SRSs in the first state and via first bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell. The wireless device transmits the positioning SRSs in the second state and via the second BWP of the cell.

A second base station (BS) receives, in response to sending a path switch request message, a path switch acknowledge message comprising one or more identifiers of one or more partially allowed network slices for a wireless device, wherein the one or more partially allowed network slice are not supported in one or more tracking area (TAs) of a registration area (RA) of the wireless device. The second BS determines, based on a third BS supporting the one or more partially allowed network slices, a handover of the wireless device to the third BS, and sends, to the third BS, a handover request message comprising the one or more identifiers.

A wireless device transmits radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising capability parameters indicating support, for a layer 1 and/or layer 2 triggered mobility (LTM) procedure and within a measurement window, for synchronization signal block (SSB) based inter-frequency layer 1 reference signal received power (RSRP) measurement of a candidate cell with a received time difference, between the candidate cell and a serving cell, larger than a cyclic prefix (CP) length. The device receives RRC messages indicating a measurement window. The device receives a command indicating an uplink transmission of a L1 RSRP report of the candidate cell. The first cell and the candidate cell are inter-frequency configured. The device transmits the L1 RSRP report measured over one or more first SSBs of the candidate cell. The first SSBs are received: via the candidate cell with the received time difference being greater than the CP length, and within the measurement window.
