A method is described for managing the receipt of a message sent by a transmitting device via a communication network, the message being intended to be reproduced and being capable of being searched for among a plurality of received messages. The method includes receiving a message comprising a datum representative of a message with conditional display, the message only being displayed if it is the result of a search.

A method for processing a digital content. The method includes: obtaining, by a client device, a plaintext representative of the digital content; selecting, by the client device, encryption elements among a group of encryption elements; encrypting the plaintext by adding the selected encryption elements to the plaintext, to obtain a ciphertext; transmitting, by the client device, the ciphertext to a processing device; obtaining, by the client device, a processed ciphertext from the processing device, the processed ciphertext being determined by applying a processing content to the ciphertext; obtaining, by the client device, a group of reference elements, the group of reference elements being determined by applying the processing content to the group of encryption elements; and decrypting, by the client device, the processed ciphertext by subtracting reference elements corresponding to the selected encryption elements from the processed ciphertext to obtain a processed plaintext.

A method for managing authentication data allowing a user to access a service from a terminal. The access of a user requires authentication data to be provided to the service. The method includes the terminal requesting a device which is separate from the terminal to store authentication data of a user for the service, followed by providing the authentication data by using the device.

A method of determining human activity in an environment in which at least one sensor is configured to measure a parameter relating to human activity. The method includes: receiving an indication of a human presence, and activating the sensor when a human presence is being detected in the environment.

A method for configuring a first autonomous system in a transit network is described. The method includes obtaining information according to which the traffic received by an ingress router of the first autonomous system is saturated, and determining a prefix of a destination subnet of a third autonomous system downstream of the first autonomous system. The method also includes extending the path associated with the prefix on at least one target router of the first autonomous system, the prefix and the at least one target router being determined by optimizing an objective function so that the path associated with the prefix must be extended for all the ingress routers of the first autonomous system which are geographically closer to the saturated router than the target router.

The method for processing radio-frequency signals received on R antennas, where R≥2, includes, implemented by a radio unit: obtaining a frequency representation of the radio-frequency signal received on an antenna, demapping the frequency representations, estimating the transmission channel of the radio-frequency signals and a noise-plus-interference covariance, projecting a vector of R associated complex samples onto a vector of L complex samples, referred to as projected samples, transmitting at least one item of control information and the vector of L projected samples to a base band processing unit, and the following, implemented by the base band processing unit: receiving the item of control information transmitted by the radio unit, receiving the vector of L projected samples transmitted by the radio unit, equalising the L projected samples, processing the equalised symbols.

A method allows the configuration of a DNS module, the method implemented by an entity formed by a gateway configured to interconnect a local area network with an operator network or by a device of this local area network. The configuration includes registering a domain name which directs to a multicast gateway included in the entity and configured to respond to a content access request received over the local area network by unicasting this content, the content being received by the multicast gateway via multicasting from a multicast server for this content via the operator network, a rule for resolving a domain name of at least one content server with the IP address of a switching module located in the operator network, and registering a secondary domain name which directs to the content server. Upon receiving a request to access content the switching module responds with a redirect request to the domain name which directs to the multicast gateway if the content is to be accessed via multicasting, and with a redirect request to the secondary domain name which directs to the server for the content if the content is to be accessed via unicasting.

A method for modifying a software code file containing source code is described, the method including automatically performing: execution of the software code file; parsing a log file obtained further to the execution of the software code contained in the software code file, to identify at least a data structure enabling the identification of one error message generated during the execution of the software code; identifying, in the software code file, a location of software code lines corresponding to the at least one error message, the location being retrieved from information contained in the data structure; matching information related to the at least one error message with patch source code associated with the error message, the patch source code contained in a patch source code file or a patch database; and modifying software code lines in the software code file at the identified location, using the patch source code.

A method for managing transmission of a multimedia content protected against copying, referred to as the protected content, from a reader terminal to a rendering device via a communication link with a view to a rendition on the rendering device. The reader terminal includes a first protective module. The method includes verifying presence on the rendering device of a second protective module compatible with the first protective module, and, in the negative case, transmitting, via the communication link, a request to render an unprotected content instead of the protected content.
