SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006]A first aspect of the present invention is a bottle with a handle in which a handle is attached to a body portion of a bottle having a center axis line extending in an upward-downward direction. The handle includes a fixed portion fixed to the body portion, a holding portion provided away to a rear in a radial direction from the fixed portion and extending in the upward-downward direction, an upper joint portion joining respective upper end portions of the fixed portion and the holding portion to each other, and a lower joint portion joining respective lower end portions of the fixed portion and the holding portion to each other. The holding portion is formed in a plate shape, front and rear surfaces of the holding portion being directed in a forward-rearward direction. The holding portion is curved so as to exhibit a curved shape projecting forward in a vertical cross-sectional view in the upward-downward direction and exhibit a curved shape projecting forward in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to the upward-downward direction.
[0007]The holding portion is curved so as to exhibit a curved shape projecting forward in a vertical cross-sectional view in the upward-downward direction and exhibit a curved shape projecting forward in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to the upward-downward direction. Accordingly, when the holding portion is gripped, it can be easier for the fingers to align with the front surface directed forward in the holding portion, and it can be easier to grip the holding portion.
[0008]Since the holding portion is formed in a plate shape curved as described above and is not formed to have a solid rod shape, the weight of the handle can be reduced.
[0009]A second aspect of the present invention is the bottle with a handle according to the first aspect. A side plate portion which protrudes rearward and extends in the upward-downward direction and front and rear surfaces of which are directed in a left-right direction is provided in each of both end portions of the holding portion in the left-right direction. In the side plate portion, at least a rear portion on an outer surface directed outward in the left-right direction exhibits a curved shape protruding outward in the left-right direction in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to the upward-downward direction.
[0010]In the side plate portion provided in each of both end portions of the holding portion in the left-right direction, at least the rear portion on the outer surface directed outward in the left-right direction exhibits a curved shape protruding outward in the left-right direction in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to the upward-downward direction. Accordingly, it is possible to secure a large area which comes into contact with the gripping fingers in the holding portion, and it is possible to prevent the holding portion from having corner parts digging into the gripping fingers, allowing the fingers gripping the holding portion to be less likely to feel pain.
[0011]A third aspect of the present invention is the bottle with a handle according to the first aspect or the second aspect. A constricted portion recessed inward in the left-right direction is formed in both end portions in the upward-downward direction in both end portions of the holding portion in the left-right direction.
[0012]The constricted portion recessed inward in the left-right direction is formed in both end portions in the upward-downward direction in both end portions of the holding portion in the left-right direction. Accordingly, it can be easier to reliably grip the holding portion by having each of the index finger and the little finger of the hand gripping the holding portion enter the constricted portion.
[0013]According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a bottle with a handle having a holding portion that is easier to grip even while being lightweight.

[0018]Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, a bottle 1 with a handle of the embodiment of will be described.
[0019]As shown in
[0020]The bottle 10 includes a mouth portion 12, a shoulder portion 13, a body portion 14, and a bottom portion 15, and these portions 12 to 15 are constituted to be connected in this order in a state in which their center axis lines are positioned on a common axis.
[0021]Hereinafter, the common axis will be referred to as a center axis line O, the mouth portion 12 side along the center axis line O will be referred to as an upward side, the bottom portion 15 side will be referred to as a downward side, and a direction along the center axis line O will be referred to as an upward-downward direction. When viewed in the upward-downward direction, a direction intersecting the center axis line O will be referred to as a radial direction, and a direction of rotation around the center axis line O will be referred to as a circumferential direction. In the radial direction, a side where the handle 11 is provided with respect to the center axis line O will be referred to as a rear side, a side opposite to the handle 11 sandwiching the center axis line O therebetween in the radial direction will be referred to as a front side, and a direction orthogonal to a forward-rearward direction when viewed in the upward-downward direction will be referred to as a left-right direction.
[0022]In the shown example, each of the mouth portion 12, the shoulder portion 13, the body portion 14, and the bottom portion 15 has a circular shape in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to the center axis line O. The handle 11 is formed to have an annular shape opening in the left-right direction.
[0023]The body portion 14 is provided with an attachment recessed portion 16 which is recessed forward and opens rearward. The body portion 14 does not have to be provided with the attachment recessed portion 16. The attachment recessed portion 16 integrally opens rearward in the left-right direction. The attachment recessed portion 16 is provided in an upper portion of the body portion 14. For example, the attachment recessed portion 16 may be provided in a lower portion of the body portion 14, a center portion of the body portion 14 in the upward-downward direction, or the like. The center portion of the attachment recessed portion 16 in the left-right direction is positioned in a center portion of a part directed rearward in the left-right direction on an outer circumferential surface of the body portion 14.
[0024]The handle 11 is attached to the attachment recessed portion 16. The handle 11 is provided in the center portion of the attachment recessed portion 16 in the left-right direction.
[0025]The handle 11 includes a fixed portion 31, a holding portion 32, an upper joint portion 33, and a lower joint portion 34.
[0026]The fixed portion 31 is formed to have a rod shape extending in the upward-downward direction. The fixed portion 31 is curved so as to project forward when viewed in the left-right direction. The fixed portion 31 is embedded on a bottom surface 23 directed rearward and is fixed thereto on an inner surface of the attachment recessed portion 16.
[0027]The holding portion 32 is provided away to the rear from the fixed portion 31 and extends in the upward-downward direction. The front and rear surfaces of the holding portion 32 are formed to have a plate shape directed in the forward-rearward direction. As shown in
[0028]As shown in
[0029]The lower joint portion 34 joins lower end portions of the fixed portion 31 and the holding portion 32 to each other in the forward-rearward direction. The lower joint portion 34 is fixed to the lower surface 22 of the attachment recessed portion 16. A front end portion of the lower joint portion 34 protrudes forward from the fixed portion 31 and is embedded on the inner surface of the attachment recessed portion 16. A rear end portion of the lower joint portion 34 protrudes rearward from the lower surface 22 of the attachment recessed portion 16.
[0030]Further, in the present embodiment, the holding portion 32 is curved so as to exhibit a curved shape projecting forward in a vertical cross-sectional view in the upward-downward direction and exhibit a curved shape projecting forward in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to the upward-downward direction as shown in
[0031]A rear surface directed rearward in the holding portion 32 is provided with a plate-shaped rib 32a of which the front and rear surfaces are directed in the upward-downward direction. The rib 32a is provided in the center portion of the holding portion 32 in the upward-downward direction throughout the entire area in the left-right direction.
[0032]A side plate portion 35 which protrudes rearward and extends in the upward-downward direction and of which the front and rear surfaces are directed in the left-right direction is provided in each of both end portions of the holding portion 32 in the left-right direction. Rear end edges of both end portions of the side plate portion 35 in the upward-downward direction extend forward as they go outward in the upward-downward direction.
[0033]In the side plate portion 35, at least a rear portion on an outer surface 35a directed outward in the left-right direction exhibits a curved shape protruding outward in the left-right direction in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to the upward-downward direction. In the cross-sectional view, the outer surface 35a of the side plate portion 35 is connected to the front surface directed forward in the holding portion 32 with no step therebetween.
[0034]In the shown example, on the outer surface 35a of the side plate portion 35, a front portion extends straight in the forward-rearward direction in the cross-sectional view, and the rear portion exhibits a curved shape protruding outward in the left-right direction in the cross-sectional view.
[0035]In the cross-sectional view, the outer surface 35a of the side plate portion 35 may be formed to exhibit a curved shape protruding outward in the left-right direction throughout the entire area in the forward-rearward direction. In the cross-sectional view, the outer surface 35a of the side plate portion 35 may be formed to extend straight in the forward-rearward direction throughout the entire area in the forward-rearward direction.
[0036]In the cross-sectional view, in the side plate portion 35, an inner surface 35b directed inward in the left-right direction extends straight in the forward-rearward direction. In the cross-sectional view, the inner surface 35b of the side plate portion 35 and the outer surface 35a of the side plate portion 35 are joined to each other via a corner portion protruding obliquely rearward while being directed inward in the left-right direction.
[0037]The inner surfaces 35b of the pair of left and right side plate portions 35 are joined to each other in the left-right direction via the rib 32a. A rear end portion of the rib 32a is positioned in front of a rear end portion of the side plate portion 35.
[0038]As shown in
[0039]As shown in
[0040]As described above, according to the bottle 1 with a handle of the present embodiment, the holding portion 32 is curved so as to exhibit a curved shape projecting forward in a vertical cross-sectional view in the upward-downward direction and exhibit a curved shape projecting forward in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to the upward-downward direction. Accordingly, when the holding portion 32 is gripped, it can be easier for the fingers to align with the front surface directed forward in the holding portion 32, and it can be easier to grip the holding portion 32.
[0041]Since the holding portion 32 is formed in a plate shape curved as described above and is not formed to have a solid rod shape, the weight of the handle 11 can be reduced.
[0042]At least the rear portion on the outer surface 35a of the side plate portion 35 provided in each of both end portions of the holding portion 32 in the left-right direction exhibits a curved shape protruding outward in the left-right direction in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to the upward-downward direction. Accordingly, it is possible to secure a large area which comes into contact with the gripping fingers in the holding portion 32, and it is possible to prevent the holding portion 32 from having corner parts digging into the gripping fingers, allowing the fingers gripping the holding portion 32 to be less likely to feel pain.
[0043]The constricted portion 32b recessed inward in the left-right direction is formed in both end portions in the upward-downward direction in both end portions of the holding portion 32 in the left-right direction. Accordingly, it can be easier to reliably grip the holding portion 32 by having each of the index finger and the little finger of the hand gripping the holding portion 32 enter the constricted portion 32b.
[0044]The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and various changes can be added thereto within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0045]For example, the fixed portion 31 may extend straight in the upward-downward direction.
[0046]The holding portion 32 does not have to be provided with the side plate portion 35.
[0047]The finger fitting wall 36 does not have to be provided in each of the connection part between the holding portion 32 and the upper joint portion 33 and the connection part between the holding portion 32 and the lower joint portion 34. The constricted portion 32b does not have to be formed in the holding portion 32.
[0048]Furthermore, within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention, the constituent elements in the embodiment can be suitably replaced with known constituent elements, and the embodiment and a modification example may be suitably combined.
