Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001]The invention relates to a dust collection component, particularly a dust collection component attached to a grinding tool machine.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002]The dust collection component of a grinding tool machine is designed to collect dust. In current commercially available products, dust collection in grinding tool machines primarily relies on the vacuum fan within the machine itself. Specifically, the vacuum fan is driven by the motor of the grinding tool machine. When the motor of the grinding tool machine rotates, the vacuum fan also rotates, creating an airflow that drives the dust inside the dust collection shield towards the dust collection connection pipe.
[0003]However, handheld tool machines that use a vacuum fan typically suffer from insufficient airflow, leading to poor dust collection efficiency. As a result, a new technical solution utilizing a dust collection device has been developed in the field of grinding tool machines. In this solution, a dust collection device is connected to a dust collection shield via a dust collection connection pipe, and actively extracts air towards the dust collection shield after activation. This compensates for the shortcomings of using only a vacuum fan, as described in CN 112933791A. However, the connection between the dust collection device and the dust collection component via a vacuum pipe restricts motion of the grinding tool, limiting the working range and flexibility due to the fixed length of the vacuum pipe. Additionally, an assembly position of the dust collection device is restricted, as it can only be placed at an end of a dust collection path. When placed in the middle of the dust collection path (as shown in FIG. 3 of CN 112933791A), the dust collection device is prone to damage due to dust accumulation along the path. Furthermore, the dust collection device is difficult to replace easily when implemented.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0021]The detailed description and technical content of the invention are described below with reference to the accompanying extractings.
[0022]Please refer to
[0023]The dust collection component 20 further includes a dust collection shield 24 and a dust collection bag 25, and the dust collection component 20 is implemented in conjunction with a grinding tool machine 30. It should first be noted that the grinding tool machine 30 uses the dust collection bag 25 to collect dust and is used as a handheld tool machine. The grinding tool machine 30 includes a tool machine body 31, a motor 32, an eccentric block 33, a vacuum fan 34, and a grinding disc 35. The motor 32 is located inside the tool machine body 31. The eccentric block 33 is located inside the tool machine body 31 and is connected to the motor 32 to be driven by the motor 32. The vacuum fan 34 is located inside the tool machine body 31 and is connected to the eccentric block 33, and the vacuum fan 34 is driven by the eccentric block 33. The grinding disc 35 is connected to the eccentric block 33 and is driven by eccentric block 33. Additionally, the dust collection shield 24 includes an assembly port 241 connected to the grinding tool machine 30. The dust collection shield 24 is connected to the main body 21 and communicates with the first airflow passage 211. The dust collection bag 25 is connected to the main body 21, positioned opposite the dust collection shield 24, and communicating with the first airflow passage 211 to collect dust coming from the first airflow passage 211.
[0024]In implementation, when the grinding tool machine 30 is activated, the motor 32 rotates and drives both the vacuum fan 34 and the grinding disc 35 to rotate, allowing the grinding disc 35 to grind a workpiece (not shown in the diagram). At this moment, the vacuum fan 34 rotates and generates a second airflow 341, which flows from the dust collection shield 24 towards the first airflow passage 211. Simultaneously, the airflow-generating component 23 is activated, causing the first airflow 231 to flow from the at least one intake port 222 through the second airflow passage 221 into the first airflow passage 211. Subsequently, the first airflow 231 and the second airflow 341 merge to form a dust collection airflow 342, which flows from the main body 21 towards the dust collection bag 25 to collect dust in the dust collection bag 25.
[0025]As can be seen from the above, the grinding tool machine 30 used in conjunction with the invention is a handheld tool machine collecting dust by the dust collection bag 25. The airflow-generating component 23 is positioned within the second airflow passage 221. The airflow-generating component 23 guides external air from the at least one intake port 222 through the second airflow passage 221 into the first airflow passage 211 upon activation, thereby assisting the dust collection shield 24 in collecting dust into the dust collection bag 25. This enhances the dust collection efficiency of the grinding tool machine 30 of the invention. Furthermore, the dust collection component 20 implemented with the dust collection bag 25 benefits from the easy replaceability of the dust collection bag, and improves the usability of the dust collection component 20. Compared to conventional implementations with vacuum devices, the grinding tool machine 30 of the invention offers more flexible mobility and is no longer limited by a working range of the vacuum device.
