TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001]The present disclosure relates to the field of drinking water containers, and in particular, to an elastically deformable unthreaded container cover.
BACKGROUND
[0002]At present, cups and kettles, as daily supplies, have become essential drinking utensils carried by many people. However, screw caps are the most common on the market. During use, a user needs to hold a container with one hand and hold a container cover with the other hand and rotate the container and the container cover oppositely to separate them. Usually, the container cover needs to rotate relative to the container for many turns, so that it is inconvenient to use. Thus, many unthreaded container covers emerge on the market, for example, a patent titled an electrically unlocked container cover and container (Publication No. CN202410044096.5). A plurality of locking parts for snap-fit connection with a cup body are independently arranged. As a whole, there are many accessories in the container cover, resulting in difficulty in production and assembly. Moreover, an inner cover body and an outer cover body cannot be detached from each other after the production of the container cover. In the comparative patent, after long-term use of the container cover, water stains and tea residues will enter the container cover through a gap between a perforated hole and the locking parts to germinate bacteria and odors, which severely affects sanitation and use experience.
SUMMARY
[0003]In order to solve the above problems, the present disclosure provides an elastically deformable unthreaded container cover, which solves the problem that many components of the container cover are hardly assembled and cannot be detached.
[0004]The technical solution used in the present disclosure is as follows: An elastically deformable unthreaded container cover includes a cover body and a moving part, where the moving part includes a sliding portion and an extension portion, the cover body is provided with an avoidance opening for allowing the extension portion to pass through, the extension portion has elastic deformability, two ends of the extension portion are a moving end and a connecting end, respectively, the moving end is closer to the avoidance opening than the connecting end, and when the sliding portion is driven to enable the connecting end to move away from the avoidance opening gradually, the moving end retracts toward the direction of the avoidance opening.
[0005]Through the above technical solution, the moving part includes the sliding portion and the extension portion connected with each other, where the extension portion is used for snap-fit connection with an opening of a container body. The moving part is mounted in position as a whole at one time, which equivalently means that a plurality of extension portions are synchronously mounted at specified positions, so that the number of components in the container cover is reduced, and the container cover is more simple to assemble. A user drives the sliding portion to be slidably connected to a hole, so that the extension portion is elastically deformed, i.e., the moving end can retract inward and be separated from snap-fit connection with the container body. The elastically deformable unthreaded container cover is quite convenient to use.
[0006]Further, the extension portion is arranged in a plate shape as a whole and includes a first section and a second section integrally formed, the first section is connected to the connecting end, the second section is connected to the moving end, and a width of the first section is less than a width of the second section.
[0007]Through the above technical solution, since the first section is less in width than the second section, under the action of a same force, the first section can deform larger than the second section, and when the user drives the sliding portion, the extension portion can enable the moving end to retract inward more rapidly, so that it is more convenient and rapid to unlock the container cover from the container body.
[0008]Further, a bevel is arranged at the moving end, and the bevel is arranged obliquely downward.
[0009]Through the above technical solution, retardation relatively generated between the moving end and the edge of the avoidance opening during use is avoided, so that it is smoother to use.
[0010]Further, at least two extension portions are provided, and the extension portions are uniformly distributed around the sliding portion in a circumferential direction.
[0011]Through the above technical solution, the extension portions are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction relative to the sliding portion. When the sliding portion is driven to move, counteractions generated by the extension portions on the sliding portion are more uniform, which avoids a situation that the sliding portion is locked as it is unevenly stressed during moving.
[0012]Further, the cover body includes a bottom cover and a splicing cover, the bottom cover is provided with a notch, the splicing cover is provided with a convex plate, and when the notch and the convex plate are in splicing fit, the avoidance opening is formed between an end of the convex plate and a bottom of the notch.
[0013]Through the above technical solution, since the sliding portion and the extension portion are two undetachable portions on the moving part, if each of the extension portions is directly inserted into the avoidance opening in an abutting manner, the requirement on the elastic extreme of the extension portion is relatively high, and the assembly difficulty is large. In the assembling process, it is prone to causing breakage of the extension portion. In the mounting process of the container cover, each of the extension portions is placed in each of the notches in an aligned manner, and then the convex plate is in snap-fit connection with the notch in an abutting manner to assemble the extension portion and the avoidance opening, so that the assembling difficulty is greatly reduced. Moreover, it is unnecessary to bend the extension portion, so that accidental breakage of the extension portion is avoided.
[0014]Further, a strip-shaped recess is arranged on a side wall of the notch, a convex rib is arranged on a side wall of the convex plate, or a strip-shaped recess is arranged on the side wall of the convex plate, a convex rib is arranged on the side wall of the notch, and in a splicing process of the notch and the convex plate, the convex rib is inserted into the strip-shaped recess correspondingly.
[0015]Through the above technical solution, after the bottom cover and the splicing cover are connected with each other, the convex rib and the strip-shaped recess are embedded with each other, so that the splicing state of the edge of the convex plate and the edge of the notch is more stable, and dislocation generated between the convex plate and the notch in an outward direction is avoided.
[0016]Further, the cover body includes a top cover and a fixed cover, the fixed cover is connected to the bottom cover, the top cover is used to push the sliding portion, a limiting portion is arranged at an edge of the top cover extending outward, the fixed cover is provided with a stopping portion, and when the limiting portion abuts against the stopping portion, the top cover is located at an extreme maximum height.
[0017]Through the above technical solution, the volume of the top cover is relatively large. The user drives the sliding portion to displace by way of pressing the top cover, so that it is more convenient to use. The stopping portion plays a role in limiting the limiting portion to prevent the top cover from being separated independently.
[0018]Further, the splicing cover is provided with a first vertical groove, the bottom cover is provided with a second vertical groove and a transverse groove, the second vertical groove and the transverse groove communicate with each other, when the splicing cover and the bottom cover are connected, the first vertical groove and the second vertical groove abut against each other, a limiting projection is arranged at an end close to the transverse groove, and a locking projection is correspondingly arranged on an inner wall of the fixed cover.
[0019]Through the above technical solution, in the assembling process, the locking projection passes through the first vertical groove, the second vertical groove, and the transverse groove in sequence, and the locking projection is finally locked between the end of the transverse groove and the limiting projection. The fixed cover is operated reversely according to this path, so that the fixed cover can be separated relative to the bottom cover and the splicing cover, and the fixed cover is quite convenient to assemble and disassemble. The user can detach each of the components on the container cover rapidly and clean the interior to timely eliminate water stains and tea residues inside the container cover, so that it is more sanitary to use.
[0020]Further, the cover body includes a retainer ring, and an outer wall of the retainer ring fits both the bottom cover and an inner wall of the splicing cover.
[0021]Through the above technical solution, the connection between the edge of the notch and the edge of the convex plate is more stable to prevent dislocation therebetween, so that the connecting stability is higher.
[0022]Further, the cover body is provided with an air hole, the air hole is moveably provided with a moving rod, a sealing block for blocking the air hole is arranged at a bottom end of the moving rod, the moving rod is provided with a limiting plate, an elastic part is arranged between the limiting plate and the cover body, and an upper surface of the limiting plate abuts against the sliding portion.
[0023]Through the above technical solution, when sliding downward, the sliding portion drives the moving rod to slide downward by way of pressing the limiting plate, so as to separate the sealing block from the air hole, and it is quite convenient to use. Air pressures inside and outside the container body are balanced through the air hole while the container cover is opened, so that the opening difficulty of the container cover is effectively reduced. After the pressing force on the sliding portion disappears, the resilience of the elastic part may be transferred to the sliding portion through the limiting plate to assist the sliding portion in restoring to an initial position upward for repeated use.

[0041]Referring to
[0042]The moving part 2 includes the sliding portion 21 and the extension portion 22 connected with each other. The extension portion 22 is used for snap-fit connection with an opening of a container body. The moving part 2 is mounted in position as a whole at one time, which equivalently means that a plurality of extension portions 22 are synchronously mounted at specified positions, so that the number of components in the container cover is reduced, and the container cover is more simple to assemble. A user drives the sliding portion 21 to be slidably connected to a hole, so that the extension portion 22 is elastically deformed, i.e., the moving end 224 can retract inward and be separated from snap-fit connection with the container body. The elastically deformable unthreaded container cover is quite convenient to use.
[0043]The specific shape of the moving part 2 is designed differently. There are the following three forms of the relative position relationships between the connecting end 222 and the moving end 224 in an initial state of the moving end 2 not subjected to an external force for a designer to select: 1, the height of the connecting end 222 is less than the height of the moving end 224, and driving the sliding portion 21 to move downward can drive the connecting end 222 to move away from the avoidance opening 6 gradually to realize a purpose that the moving end 224 retracts inward; 2, the height of the connecting end 222 is equal to the height of the moving end 224, and driving the sliding portion 21 to move upward or downward can drive the connecting end 222 to move away from the avoidance opening 6 gradually to realize a purpose that the moving end 224 retracts inward; and 3, the height of the connecting end 222 is greater than the height of the moving end 224, and driving the sliding portion 21 to move downward can drive the connecting end 222 to move away from the avoidance opening 6 gradually to realize a purpose that the moving end 224 retracts inward. In this solution, preferably, the height of the connecting end 222 is less than the height of the moving end 224. In order to realize the purpose that the moving end 224 retracts inward towards the avoidance opening 6, the user needs to apply a downward driving force to the sliding portion 21.
[0044]Preferably, the connecting end 222 is a connection between the extension portion 22 and the sliding portion 21.
[0045]The extension portion 22 is arranged in a plate shape as a whole and includes a first section 221 and a second section 223 integrally formed. The first section 221 is connected to the connecting end 222. The second section 223 is connected to the moving end 224. The width of the first section 221 is less than the width of the second section 223.
[0046]Since the first section 221 is less in width than the second section 223, under the action of a same force, the first section 221 can deform larger than the second section 223. When the user drives the sliding portion 21, the extension portion 22 can enable the moving end 224 to retract inward more rapidly, so that it is more convenient and rapid to unlock the container cover from the container body.
[0047]A bevel 225 is arranged at the moving end 224, and the bevel 225 is arranged obliquely downward.
[0048]A retardation relatively generated between the moving end 224 and the edge of the avoidance opening 6 during use is avoided, so that it is smoother to use.
[0049]At least two extension portions 22 are provided, and the extension portions 22 are uniformly distributed around the sliding portion 21 in the circumferential direction.
[0050]The extension portions 22 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction relative to the sliding portion 21. When the sliding portion 21 is driven to move, counteractions generated by the extension portions 22 on the sliding portion 21 are more uniform in the circumferential direction, which avoids a situation that the sliding portion 21 is locked as it is unevenly stressed during moving.
[0051]Referring to
[0052]Since the sliding portion 21 and the extension portion 22 are two undetachable portions on the moving part 2, if each of the extension portions 22 is directly inserted into the avoidance opening 6 in an abutting manner, the requirement on the elastic extreme of the extension portion 22 is relatively high, and the assembly difficulty is large. In the assembling process, it is prone to causing breakage of the extension portion 22. In the mounting process of the container cover, each of the extension portions 22 is placed in each of the notches 112 in an aligned manner, and then the convex plate 121 is in snap-fit connection with the notch 112 in an abutting manner to assemble the extension portion 22 and the avoidance opening 6, so that the assembling difficulty is greatly reduced. Moreover, it is unnecessary to bend the extension portion 22, so that accidental breakage of the extension portion 22 is avoided.
[0053]The number of the notches 112 and the convex plates 121 and the number of the extension portions 22 are equal.
[0054]Referring to
[0055]A strip-shaped recess 113 is arranged on a side wall of the notch 112, and a convex rib 122 is arranged on a side wall of the convex plate 121. Or a strip-shaped recess 113 is arranged on the side wall of the convex plate 121, and a convex rib 122 is arranged on the side wall of the notch 112. In a splicing process of the notch 112 and the convex plate 121, the convex rib 122 is inserted into the strip-shaped recess 113 correspondingly.
[0056]After the bottom cover 11 and the splicing cover 12 are connected with each other, the convex rib 122 and the strip-shaped recess 113 are embedded with each other, so that the splicing state of the edge of the convex plate 121 and the edge of the notch 112 is more stable, and dislocation generated between the convex plate 121 and the notch 112 in an outward direction is avoided.
[0057]Referring to
[0058]The cover body 1 includes a top cover 13 and a fixed cover 14. The fixed cover 14 is connected to the bottom cover 11. The top cover 13 is used to push the sliding portion 21. A limiting portion 131 is arranged at an edge of the top cover 13 extending outward. The fixed cover 14 is provided with a stopping portion 141. When the limiting portion 131 abuts against the stopping portion 141, the top cover 13 is located at the extreme maximum height.
[0059]The volume of the top cover 13 is relatively large. The user drives the sliding portion 21 to displace by way of pressing the top cover 13, so that it is more convenient to use. The stopping portion 141 plays a role in limiting the limiting portion 131, which can prevent the top cover 13 from being separated independently.
[0060]Referring to
[0061]In the assembling process, the locking projection 142 passes through the first vertical groove 123, the second vertical groove 116, and the transverse groove 117 in sequence, and the locking projection 142 is finally locked between the end of the transverse groove 117 and the limiting projection 111. The fixed cover 14 is operated reversely according to this path, so that the fixed cover 14 is separated relative to the bottom cover 11 and the splicing cover 12, and the fixed cover 14 is quite convenient to assemble and disassemble. The user can detach the components on the container cover rapidly and clean the interior to timely eliminate water stains and tea residues inside the container cover, so that it is more sanitary to use.
[0062]The cover body 1 includes a retainer ring 15, and an outer wall of the retainer ring 15 fits both an inner wall of the bottom cover 11 and an inner wall of the splicing cover 12.
[0063]The connection between the edge of the notch 112 and the edge of the convex plate 121 is more stable to prevent dislocation therebetween, so that the connecting stability is higher.
[0064]The cover body 1 is provided with an air hole 114. The air hole 114 is moveably provided with a moving rod 3. A sealing block 4 for blocking the air hole 114 is arranged at a bottom end of the moving rod 3. The moving rod 3 is provided with a limiting plate 31. An elastic part 5 is arranged between the limiting plate 31 and the cover body 1. An upper surface of the limiting plate 31 abuts against the sliding portion 21.
[0065]When sliding downward, the sliding portion 21 drives the moving rod 3 to slide downward by way of pressing the limiting plate 31, so as to separate the sealing block 4 from the air hole 114, and it is quite convenient to use. Air pressures inside and outside the container body are balanced through the air hole 114 while the container cover is opened, so that the opening difficulty of the container cover is effectively reduced. After the pressing force on the sliding portion 21 disappears, the resilience of the elastic part 5 may be transferred to the sliding portion 21 through the limiting plate 31 to assist the sliding portion 21 in restoring to an initial position upward for repeated use.
[0066]The air hole 114 is formed in the bottom cover 11.
[0067]Preferably, in an initial state of the container cover not subjected to an external force, the top end of the moving rod 3 abuts against the top cover 13. The user may relieve the sealing effect of the sealing block 4 on the air hole 114 while pressing the top cover 13, so that the ventilating action is quite rapid and the container cover is convenient to use.
[0068]Preferably, the elastic part 5 is a spring sleeved over the moving rod 3.
[0069]Referring to
[0070]During use, the user presses the top cover 13 to push the sliding portion 21 to slide downward. The extension portion 22 is elastically deformed as a whole. The connecting end 222 moves away from the avoidance opening 6 gradually. The moving end 224 is driven to retract inward towards the avoidance opening 6 till it is locked with the container body. The container body is used matching with the container. By transforming the position of the moving end 224, the moving end is locked with and separated from the container body, which is the general technology and is not described repeatedly. In this process, the downward moving top cover 13 abuts against the moving rod 3, so that the sealing block 4 and the air hole 114 are separated to adjust the balance between air pressures inside and outside the container body.
[0071]The foregoing descriptions are merely exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the patent scope of the present disclosure. Under the inventive concept of the present disclosure, any equivalent structural changes made by using the contents of the description and accompanying drawings of the present disclosure, or direct/indirect applications in other related technical fields are included in the patent protection scope of the present disclosure.
