Abstract
A magnetic buckle pertains to the technical field of an accessory. Upon pressing the pressing part, the buckle portion rotates outwardly, and the second buckle body is pulled to separate it from the first buckle body. When the second buckle body moves towards the first buckle body, assisted by the magnetic attraction between the first and second magnetic members, the second buckle body spreads open the buckle part to allow the second buckle body to be placed into the first groove. Under the action of the elastic reset member, the buckle portion resets to buckle the second buckle body. This technical solution offers the advantages of flexible and swift self-locking, convenient unlocking, and secure buckle.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED PATENT APPLICATION
[0001]This application claims the priority of Chinese Patent Application No. 202423290008.4, filed on Dec. 30, 2024, which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.
FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0002]This application relates to the technical field of accessories, particularly to a magnetic buckle.
BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0003]When it comes to connecting components in various applications such as luggage, clothing, helmets, seat belts, keychains, and other areas requiring connecting accessories, buckles or magnetic buckles are generally used as the connecting accessories. Existing buckles often employ a press-fit or plug-and-play method for engagement. During the unlocking and self-locking processes, existing buckles often require a specific angle to successfully separate or connect the components, making the assembly and disassembly procedures cumbersome and impractical, resulting in a poor user experience and satisfaction. On the other hand, existing magnetic buckles rely on the magnetic attraction between magnetic components to achieve separation and connection among multiple parts. However, during the connection process, they only rely on the magnetic attraction for fixed connection between magnetic components. When subjected to significant external forces, they are prone to slipping or accidental separation between the magnetic components, which may lead to the loss of users' items or even endanger their safety.

In the present application, simply pressing the pressing portion to drive the buckle portion on the other end of the buckle member body to rotate outwardly allows unlocking of the engagement of the buckle portion with the second buckle body. At this point, pulling the second buckle body away from the first buckle body such that the tensile force on the second buckle body is greater than the mutual attractive force between the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member allows separation of the first buckle body and the second buckle body. The overall unlocking process is convenient and quick. After unlocking the engagement of the buckle portion with the second buckle body, there is still a mutual attractive force between the second buckle body and the first buckle body, preventing accidental rotation of the buckle portion and accidental dropping of the second buckle body. When the second buckle body moves towards the first buckle body, and with the assistance of the magnetic attraction between the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member, the second buckle body spreads open the buckle portion to cause the buckle portion to rotate outwardly. The second buckle body is then placed into the first groove, and under the action of the elastic restoring member, the buckle portion resets to engage the second buckle body. The self-locking is flexible, and the first buckle body and the second buckle body can be engaged without requiring a specific angle, with convenient and quick operation. Moreover, after the first buckle body and the second buckle body are engaged, the buckle portion resets to engage the second buckle body, increasing the firmness between the first buckle body and the second buckle body and ensuring the stability of the lock between the two.

[0039]Referring to
[0040]The overall unlocking process is convenient and fast. Simply pressing the pressing part 420 and pulling the second buckle body 200 outwardly completes the separation of the first buckle body 100 and the second buckle body 200, making the operation simple. Moreover, after unlocking the buckle of the buckle portion 430 on the second buckle body 200, there is still a mutual attractive force between the second buckle body 200 and the first buckle body 100, preventing accidental rotation of the buckle portion 430 and accidental dropout of the second buckle body 200.
[0041]The operation to lock the first buckle body 100 and the second buckle body 200 is as follows. The user moves the second buckle body 200 towards the first buckle body 100, and the second buckle body 200 spreads open the buckle portion 430 with the magnetic assistance of the first magnetic member 310 and the second magnetic member 320. At this point, the buckle portion 430 rotates outwards, and the elastic reset member 500 is in a compressed state. The second buckle body 200 is placed within the first groove 110. Due to the mutual attractive force between the first magnetic member 310 and the second magnetic member 320, the first buckle body 100 and the second buckle body 200 are engaged. The buckle portion 430 resets to buckle the second buckle body 200 under the action of the elastic reset member 500, further securing the second buckle body 200 with the first buckle body 100.
[0042]The self-locking operation is flexible, allowing the second buckle body 200 to be placed into the first groove 110 without requiring a specific angle to engage the first buckle body 100 and the second buckle body 200, which is convenient and swift. After the first buckle body 100 and the second buckle body 200 are engaged, the buckle member 400 resets to buckle the second buckle body 200, further securing the engagement between the first buckle body 100 and the second buckle body 200, and ensuring the robustness of their connection.
[0043]It should be noted that both the first magnetic member 310 and the second magnetic member 320 can be magnets, or one can be a magnetic material while the other is a metallic material. It suffices as long as there is a mutual attractive force, including magnetic attraction, between the first magnetic member 310 and the second magnetic member 320. In this embodiment, both the first magnetic member 310 and the second magnetic member 320 are magnets. In this embodiment, the elastic reset member 500 is a spring. In some embodiments, the elastic reset member 500 can also be other objects that can reset after the external force is removed.
[0044]In this embodiment, two buckle members 400 are provided, enhancing the locking effect on the second buckle body 200 and preventing accidental detachment of the second buckle body 200. Correspondingly, two buckle member bodies 410 are also provided, and two pressing portions 420 and two buckle portions 430 are similarly provided. The number of buckle member bodies 410, pressing portions 420, and buckle portions 430 corresponds to the number of buckle members 400. In some embodiments, there can be one buckle member 400 provided.
