Abstract
A fastener pull tab with a detachable pull tab assistant includes: a pull tab body; and the pull tab assistant. The pull tab body includes an attachment hole, an assistant attachment portion on a periphery of the attachment hole, and a limiting groove penetrating through the assistant attachment portion. The pull tab assistant includes an assistant body, an assistant column portion extending from the assistant body, an assistant head portion provided at an outer end of the assistant column portion, and a limiting protrusion protruding from an outer periphery of the assistant column portion. When the pull tab assistant is in a retention position, an outer peripheral surface of the limiting protrusion abuts against and is engaged with a groove wall surface of the limiting groove.

TECHNICAL FIELD
[0002] The present invention relates to the technical field of fasteners, in particular to a fastener pull tab with a detachable pull tab assistant and a fastener slider assembled with the fastener pull tab.
BACKGROUND
[0003] At present, fasteners are widely used in daily necessities such as clothes, bags, tents, and bedding, and are used to combine or separate items.
[0004] In general, a fastener mainly includes a pair of cloth tapes, fastener stringers respectively fixed on inner edges of the cloth tapes, and a slider. The slider includes a slider body attached to the fastener stringers, and a pull tab attached to a surface of the slider body. By holding the pull tab and pulling the slider body along a length direction of the fastener, the pair of fastener stringers are engaged or separated, and the fastener is correspondingly closed or opened. In order to enhance a designability of the fastener, each of some fasteners in the related art is additionally provided with a pull tab assistant. The pull tab assistant is detachably attached to the pull tab of the fastener slider, and the pull tab assistant can not only improve convenience of pulling the slider, but also enrich the designability of the fastener.
[0005] In the related art, in a fastener pull tab disclosed in Chinese invention patent with a registration number of CN110811084B, when a pull tab assistant is attached, a pull tab assist portion of the pull tab assistant is passed through an attachment hole on a pull tab body, and then a neck portion at one end of an end portion of the pull tab assist portion is held in the attachment hole of the pull tab body by limiting a head portion. This makes the attachment of the pull tab assistant easier. However, the pull tab assist portion needs to pass through the attachment hole at the time of attachment, and another end, away from the neck portion, of the pull tab assist portion is a holding portion. As a result, a shape of the holding portion is limited by the attachment hole on the pull tab body, which makes it difficult to design the holding portion to have a richer appearance, and thus the appearance of the pull tab assistant is limited.
[0006] In view of the above problems, a fastener pull tab with a rotatably detachable pull tab assistant is proposed. In the fastener pull tab, an attachment hole is formed in a metal pull tab body, an assistant column portion and an elastically deformable assistant head portion are arranged at one end of the pull tab assistant, the attachment hole and the assistant head portion are both rectangular extending along a width direction of the fastener pull tab, and the assistant column portion is rotatably accommodated in the attachment hole. When the pull tab assistant is attached, the pull tab assistant is first placed in a horizontal state consistent with the width direction of the fastener pull tab, and at this time, a length direction of the assistant head portion is consistent with a length direction of the attachment hole. The assistant head portion can pass through the attachment hole by pressing the assistant head portion, and the assistant column portion is accommodated in the attachment hole. Then, the pull tab assistant is rotated downward by 90° such that the pull tab assistant is in a vertical state consistent with a length direction of the fastener pull tab, and at this time, the length direction of the assistant head portion is perpendicular to the length direction of the attachment hole, that is, the assistant head portion and the attachment hole intersect to form a cross shape. A part of the assistant head portion abuts against a surface of the pull tab body, thereby limiting the assistant head portion from being reversely disengaged from the attachment hole. A detachment step for the pull tab assistant is the opposite of the attachment step.
[0007] However, the fastener pull tab with the rotatably detachable pull tab assistant still has the following disadvantages. 1. when the pull tab assistant is in the vertical state after attachment, a large gap exists between the assistant column portion and a hole wall of the attachment hole in the width direction of the fastener pull tab. Therefore, a fastening degree between the pull tab assistant and the pull tab body is insufficient, and the pull tab assistant is easy to shake in this direction, and thus the state of the pull tab assistant after the attachment cannot be stably maintained. 2. In order to prevent shaking of the pull tab assistant after attachment, each of some fastener pull tabs is provided with a protruding portion on a back surface of the pull tab body, and the protruding portion abuts against an outer peripheral side of the pull tab assistant in a vertical state, which limits the shaking of the pull tab assistant. However, the provision of the protruding portion makes the pull tab body less beautiful.
[0008] In view of the above disadvantages in the related art, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a fastener pull tab with a detachable pull tab assistant, which can not only make fastening between the pull tab assistant and a pull tab body reliable after attachment, but also improve aesthetic appearance of the pull tab body.
SUMMARY
[0009] According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fastener pull tab with a detachable pull tab assistant, the fastener pull tab including: a pull tab body; and the pull tab assistant. The pull tab body includes an attachment hole penetrating through the pull tab body, an assistant attachment portion on a periphery of the attachment hole, and a limiting groove penetrating through the assistant attachment portion, the limiting groove is at a hole wall of the attachment hole and communicates with the attachment hole, and the attachment hole has different hole diameters in at least two intersecting directions. The pull tab assistant includes an assistant body, an assistant column portion extending from the assistant body, an assistant head portion provided at an outer end of the assistant column portion along an extension direction of the assistant column portion, and a limiting protrusion protruding from an outer periphery of the assistant column portion, the limiting protrusion is between the assistant body and the assistant head portion, the assistant head portion has different lengths in at least two intersecting directions, and the assistant column portion is rotatably accommodated in the attachment hole. The pull tab assistant is rotatable between an insertion-removal position and a retention position relative to the pull tab body. When the pull tab assistant is in the insertion-removal position, a length direction of the assistant head portion is consistent with a length direction of the attachment hole, and the attachment hole allows the assistant head portion to pass therethrough. When the pull tab assistant is in the retention position, the length direction of the assistant head portion intersects the length direction of the attachment hole, the assistant body and the assistant head portion respectively abut against two sides of the assistant attachment portion, the limiting protrusion is accommodated in the limiting groove, and an outer peripheral surface of the limiting protrusion abuts against and is engaged with a groove wall surface of the limiting groove.
[0010] Preferably, the attachment hole is an oblong hole or a rectangular hole, the length direction of the attachment hole is consistent with a width direction of the pull tab body, a width direction of the attachment hole is consistent with a length direction of the pull tab body, and the attachment hole penetrates through the pull tab body along a thickness direction of the pull tab body. The hole wall of the attachment hole includes a pair of transverse hole walls facing each other along the length direction of the pull tab body, and the limiting groove is provided at an intermediate position of one of the transverse hole walls. When the pull tab assistant is in the insertion-removal position, the length direction of the assistant head portion is consistent with the width direction of the pull tab body. When the pull tab assistant is in the retention position, the length direction of the assistant head portion is consistent with the length direction of the pull tab body.

Both ends of the assistant head portion along the length direction of the assistant head portion are respectively provided with longitudinal protrusions extending outward with respect to the assistant column portion, and the limiting protrusion is between the assistant body and one of the longitudinal protrusions. In addition, during the detachment and attachment of the pull tab assistant 20, even when the pull tab assistant 20 is damaged, or even when the pull tab assistant 20 is damaged after being used for a period of time, there is no significant impact due to the low cost of the pull tab assistant 20.

[0070] Firstly, the present application achieves rotational detachment and attachment of the pull tab assistant relative to the pull tab body. Both the attachment hole and the assistant head portion are non-circular structures. The attachment hole has a large hole diameter in the length direction of the attachment hole, and the assistant head portion has a large length in the length direction of the assistant head portion. In this way, when the pull tab assistant is attached, the pull tab assistant is first in the insertion-removal position, and the length direction of the assistant head portion is consistent with the length direction of the attachment hole. At this time, by pressing the assistant head portion, the assistant head portion can be easily and conveniently inserted into the attachment hole and pass through the attachment hole. Then, the pull tab assistant is rotated to the retention position, and the length direction of the assistant head portion intersects the length direction of the attachment hole. At this time, the assistant body and the assistant head portion respectively abut against the two sides of the assistant attachment portion along a thickness direction of the assistant attachment portion, so that the pull tab assistant can be connected to the pull tab body. When the pull tab assistant is detached, the pull tab assistant is first rotated from the retention position to the insertion-removal position, and then a force is applied to pull the assistant head portion out of the attachment hole, so that the pull tab assistant can be disengaged from the pull tab body. Therefore, the present application achieves rotational detachment and attachment of the pull tab assistant relative to the pull tab body, and the operation of pressing the assistant head portion into the attachment hole is extremely easy, which not only facilitates the attachment and replacement of the pull tab assistant, but also does not cause any limitation on the assistant body from the attachment hole, and does not limit appearance design of the pull tab assistant. This enables the present application to use the pull tab assistant with any appearance, thereby greatly improving and enriching design of the fastener pull tab, and ultimately improving and enriching a designability of fasteners.

What is claimed is:
1. A fastener pull tab with a detachable pull tab assistant, the fastener pull tab comprising:
a pull tab body; and
the pull tab assistant, wherein
the pull tab body includes an attachment hole penetrating through the pull tab body, an assistant attachment portion on a periphery of the attachment hole, and a limiting groove penetrating through the assistant attachment portion, the limiting groove is at a hole wall of the attachment hole and communicates with the attachment hole, and the attachment hole has different hole diameters in at least two intersecting directions,
the pull tab assistant includes an assistant body, an assistant column portion extending from the assistant body, an assistant head portion provided at an outer end of the assistant column portion along an extension direction of the assistant column portion, and a limiting protrusion protruding from an outer periphery of the assistant column portion, the limiting protrusion is between the assistant body and the assistant head portion, the assistant head portion has different lengths in at least two intersecting directions, and the assistant column portion is rotatably accommodated in the attachment hole,
the pull tab assistant is rotatable between an insertion-removal position and a retention position relative to the pull tab body,
when the pull tab assistant is in the insertion-removal position, a length direction of the assistant head portion is consistent with a length direction of the attachment hole, and the attachment hole allows the assistant head portion to pass therethrough, and
when the pull tab assistant is in the retention position, the length direction of the assistant head portion intersects the length direction of the attachment hole, the assistant body and the assistant head portion respectively abut against two sides of the assistant attachment portion, the limiting protrusion is accommodated in the limiting groove, and an outer peripheral surface of the limiting protrusion abuts against and is engaged with a groove wall surface of the limiting groove.
2. The fastener pull tab with the detachable pull tab assistant according to
the attachment hole is an oblong hole or a rectangular hole, the length direction of the attachment hole is consistent with a width direction of the pull tab body, a width direction of the attachment hole is consistent with a length direction of the pull tab body, and the attachment hole penetrates through the pull tab body along a thickness direction of the pull tab body,
the hole wall of the attachment hole includes a pair of transverse hole walls facing each other along the length direction of the pull tab body, and the limiting groove is provided at an intermediate position of one of the transverse hole walls,
when the pull tab assistant is in the insertion-removal position, the length direction of the assistant head portion is consistent with the width direction of the pull tab body, and
when the pull tab assistant is in the retention position, the length direction of the assistant head portion is consistent with the length direction of the pull tab body.
3. The fastener pull tab with the detachable pull tab assistant according to
a length direction of the assistant body is consistent with the length direction of the assistant head portion,
both ends of the assistant head portion along the length direction of the assistant head portion are respectively provided with longitudinal protrusions extending outward with respect to the assistant column portion, and the limiting protrusion is between the assistant body and one of the longitudinal protrusions, and
when the pull tab assistant is in the retention position, the longitudinal protrusions abut against a surface of the assistant attachment portion.
4. The fastener pull tab with the detachable pull tab assistant according to
when the pull tab assistant is attached, an insertion direction in which the assistant head portion is inserted into the attachment hole is a direction from a front surface to a back surface of the pull tab body,
along a length direction of the pull tab body, a back surface of the assistant attachment portion in the pull tab body is provided with, on both sides of the attachment hole, accommodating grooves communicating with the attachment hole, and
when the pull tab assistant is in the retention position, the longitudinal protrusions are located in the accommodating grooves, respectively.
5. The fastener pull tab with the detachable pull tab assistant according to
the groove wall surface of the limiting groove includes a first inclined wall surface and a second inclined wall surface which are symmetrically provided along the width direction of the pull tab body, and the outer peripheral surface of the limiting protrusion includes a first inclined limiting surface and a second inclined limiting surface which are symmetrically provided, and
when the pull tab assistant is in the retention position, the first inclined wall surface and the first inclined limiting surface are in surface contact and engaged with each other, and the second inclined wall surface and the second inclined limiting surface are in surface contact and engaged with each other.
6. The fastener pull tab with the detachable pull tab assistant according to
the limiting groove is a triangular groove, and the limiting protrusion is a triangular protrusion adapted to the limiting groove.
7. The fastener pull tab with the detachable pull tab assistant according to
one of the transverse hole walls includes a first inclined segment and a second inclined segment which are symmetrically provided along the width direction of the pull tab body, and the first inclined segment and the second inclined segment are respectively connected with two ends of the limiting groove and both extend obliquely in a manner of being farther away from a transverse center line of the attachment hole as being farther away from the limiting groove, and
when the pull tab assistant is in the retention position, a connection portion between the first inclined segment and the limiting groove, and a connection portion between the second inclined segment and the limiting groove, abut against an outer peripheral surface of the assistant column portion.
8. The fastener pull tab with the detachable pull tab assistant according to
the assistant body includes a pull tab connection segment, an obliquely extending segment and a thickened gripping segment which are connected in sequence along a length direction of the assistant body, the assistant column portion is provided at an end of the pull tab connection segment away from the thickened gripping segment and extends along a thickness direction of the assistant body, and the obliquely extending segment extends obliquely in a manner of being farther away from the pull tab body as being closer to the thickened gripping segment.
9. The fastener pull tab with the detachable pull tab assistant according to
an outer contour size of the assistant head portion is greater than a contour size of the attachment hole, and at least the assistant head portion in the pull tab assistant is an elastically deformable body.
10. The fastener pull tab with the detachable pull tab assistant according to
the pull tab body is an integrally formed piece and is a zinc alloy piece, and the pull tab assistant is an integrally formed piece and is a TPU piece.
11. A fastener slider, comprising:
a slider body; and
the fastener pull tab with the detachable pull tab assistant according to
the pull tab body is connected to the slider body.
