Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Field of the Invention

[0001]The present invention relates to leisure sports goods, and in particular to golf goods.

Description of Related Art

[0002]A golf club bag includes a head frame, a chassis, and a bag body. The head frame and the chassis are fixedly connected to upper and lower ends of the bag body, respectively, and the bag body is supported on the head frame and the chassis by a plurality of support rods therein. The bag body stands upright on the ground steadily with the chassis as a base.

[0003]After the golf club bag having the above-described structure is produced and molded, a volume is incompressible and a space occupied during warehousing and transportation is large, resulting in high warehousing and transportation costs, especially for the export of golf club bags.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004]The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is as follows. After a golf club bag is produced and molded, a volume is incompressible and a space occupied during warehousing and transportation is large, resulting in high warehousing and transportation costs.

[0005]To solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides the following technical solutions. A magnetically assembled golf club bag head frame, including: a head frame body and a top annular piece, in which a clamping groove is provided on a side wall of the head frame body, a clamping joint is provided on a side wall of the top annular piece, a first magnet groove is provided at a bottom portion of the clamping groove, a first magnet is provided in the first magnet groove, the clamping joint is provided with a second magnet groove in which a second magnet is provided, and the head frame body and the top annular piece are assembled together through matching of the clamping groove and the clamping joint, and the first magnet and the second magnet are attracted at the same time. There are a number of clamping grooves, and the number of clamping joints is the same as the number of the clamping grooves. The clamping joints are distributed along a circumferential direction of the top annular piece.

[0006]During transportation, the golf club bag is a semi-finished product, a bag body is connected to the top annular piece, and the top annular piece and the head frame body are in a separated state. In this way, the bag body can be compressed or even flattened to save a space occupied by the bag body. During assembly, the bag body is unfolded, the top annular piece is assembled with the head frame body, and a plurality of support rods stretch the bag body to form a finished golf club bag.

[0007]Alternatively, the top annular piece is clamped on a periphery of the head frame body, the clamping joint is provided on an inner side wall of the top annular piece, and the clamping groove is provided in an outer side wall of the head frame body.

[0008]A protrusion is provided on an inner side wall of the head frame body, the protrusion and the clamping groove are disposed correspondingly inside and outside, and the first magnet groove is provided in the protrusion. The design of the protrusion solves the technical problem that the side wall of the head frame body is too thin to accommodate the first magnet.

[0009]The top annular piece is provided with a top insertion portion into which a top end of a support rod is inserted, and a lower edge of the head frame body is provided with a top insertion portion yielding structure matching the top insertion portion.

[0010]A top limiting step is provided on the periphery of the head frame body, and the top annular piece assembled on the head frame body abuts against the top limiting step.

[0011]The top annular piece is provided with a break. According to the design of the break, a thinner top annular piece made of plastic can be unfolded or compressed, and thus the bag body can be further compressed or flattened to save the space occupied by the top annular piece and the bag body. A top portion of the bag body is connected to the top annular piece by sewing, the bag body is provided with a slide fastener, and the slide fastener is connected to the break and extends into the break. When the head frame is assembled, the top annular piece matches the head frame body, and then the slide fastener is pulled upward from bottom to top such that a slider of the slide fastener enters the break to close the break. Thus, the top annular piece is closed and surrounds the head frame body.

[0012]Compared with the related art, the golf club bag of the present invention has a smaller volume during warehousing and transportation, which helps to reduce warehousing and transportation costs, especially for the export of golf club bags.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0020]As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5, a magnetically assembled golf club bag head frame includes a head frame body 10 and a top annular piece 20. Clamping grooves 11 are provided on a side wall of the head frame body. Clamping joints 21 are provided on a side wall of the top annular piece. A first magnet groove is provided at a bottom portion of the clamping groove, and a first magnet 12 is provided in the first magnet groove. The clamping joint is provided with a second magnet groove in which a second magnet 22 is provided. The head frame body and the top annular piece are assembled together through matching of the clamping groove and the clamping joint, and the first magnet and the second magnet are attracted at the same time. There are a number of clamping grooves 11, and the number of clamping joints 21 is the same as the number of the clamping grooves. The clamping joints are distributed along a circumferential direction of the top annular piece 20.

[0021]The top annular piece 20 is clamped on a periphery of the head frame body 10, the clamping joint 21 is provided on an inner side wall of the top annular piece, and the clamping groove 11 is provided in an outer side wall of the head frame body.

[0022]As shown in FIG. 4, protrusions 13 are provided on an inner side wall of the head frame body 10, the protrusion and the clamping groove 11 are disposed correspondingly inside and outside, and the first magnet groove is provided in the protrusion.

[0023]As shown in FIG. 4, the top annular piece 20 is provided with a top insertion portion 23 into which a top end of a support rod is inserted, and a lower edge of the head frame body 10 is provided with a top insertion portion yielding structure 14 matching the top insertion portion.

[0024]A top limiting step 15 is provided on the periphery of the head frame body 10, and the top annular piece 20 assembled on the head frame body abuts against the top limiting step.

[0025]As shown in FIG. 5, the top annular piece 20 is provided with a break 24. A top portion of the bag body is connected to the top annular piece 20 by sewing, the bag body is provided with a slide fastener, and the slide fastener is connected to the break 24 and extends into the break.

[0026]During transportation, the golf club bag is a semi-finished product, a bag body is connected to the top annular piece 20, and the top annular piece and the head frame body 10 are in a separated state. In this way, the bag body can be compressed or even flattened to save a space occupied by the bag body. According to the design of the break 24, the thinner top annular piece 20 can be unfolded or compressed, and thus the bag body can be further compressed or flattened to save the space occupied by the top annular piece and the bag body.
