Description of Related Art

[0002]A golf club bag includes a head frame, a chassis, and a bag body. The head frame and the chassis are fixedly connected to upper and lower ends of the bag body, respectively, and the bag body is supported on the head frame and the chassis by a plurality of support rods therein. The bag body stands upright on the ground steadily with the chassis as a base.

[0003]After the golf club bag having the above-described structure is produced and molded, a volume is incompressible and a space occupied during warehousing and transportation is large, resulting in high warehousing and transportation costs, especially for the export of golf club bags.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004]The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is as follows. After a golf club bag is produced and molded, a volume is incompressible and a space occupied during warehousing and transportation is large, resulting in high warehousing and transportation costs.

[0005]In order to solve the above-described technical problem, technical solutions of the present invention are as follows. A buckle-assembled type golf club bag, includes: a head frame, a chassis, a bag body that connects the head frame and the chassis, and a plurality of support rods located between the head frame and the chassis and stretching the bag body, a top portion of the bag body is connected to a top ring member, a bottom portion of the bag body is connected to a bottom ring member, the top ring member is clamped to the head frame, and the bottom ring member is clamped to the chassis.

[0006]During transportation, the golf club bag is a semi-finished product, and specifically, the bag body is connected to the top ring member and the bottom ring member, while the top ring member and the head frame, as well as the bottom ring member and the chassis, are separated. In this way, the bag body can be compressed or even flattened to save a space occupied by the bag body.

[0007]During assembly, the bag body is unfolded, the top ring member is clamped with the head frame, the bottom ring member is clamped with the chassis, and the plurality of support rods stretch the bag body to form a finished golf club bag.

[0008]The top ring member is clamped on a periphery of the head frame, a top triangular buckle is provided on an inner side wall of the top ring member, a top square clamping groove is provided on a side wall of the head frame, and the top triangular buckle fits with the top square clamping groove.

[0009]The top triangular buckle includes an inclined surface and a straight surface, that are connected to the inner side wall of the top ring member, and the inclined surface is located above the straight surface. When the top ring member is clamped with the head frame, the top ring member is sleeved on the periphery of the head frame and moves upward relative to the head frame, and the top triangular buckle is brought into contact with an outer side wall of the head frame and undergoes elastic deformation, and the inclined surface facilitates the elastic deformation of the top triangular buckle. After the top triangular buckle is fitted with the square clamping groove, the straight surface abuts against an inner side wall of the square clamping groove, which can effectively prevent the top ring member from separating downward from the head frame.

[0010]The top ring member is provided with a plurality of top insertion bases into which top ends of the support rods are inserted, and a lower edge of the head frame body is provided with top insertion base yielding structures fitting with the top insertion bases.

The rib on the middle tongue has a slope, and therefore, the middle tongue and the rib are tightly supported in the square-shaped fastener, thereby achieving a tight and stable fit between the top ring member and the head frame.

[0013]The bottom ring member is clamped on a periphery of the chassis, a bottom triangular buckle is provided on an inner side wall of the bottom ring member, a bottom square clamping groove is provided on a side wall of the chassis, and the bottom triangular buckle fits with the bottom square clamping groove.

[0016]Compared with the related art, the golf club bag of the present invention has a smaller volume during warehousing and transportation, which helps to reduce warehousing and transportation costs, especially for the export of golf club bags.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
