Abstract
A triangular cone with a flat plane convertible to a solid body includes a conical body and a base, the conical body is in a hollow conical shape, and is formed by curling a flexible fan-shaped sheet and provided with multiple through holes, multiple sockets and at least one slot on the conical plane, which can be used with the base or alone to realize product diversity, thus not only reducing the production cost and the burden of stocking and complying with energy saving and carbon reduction requirements, but also fitting different cones and bases according to consumer needs, thus enhancing the practicality of the product. In addition, the design helps to reduce wind resistance and minimize the risk of being blown over by the wind, and at the same time reduces the volume of packaging, which reduces the cost of transportation and carbon emissions from transportation.

[0001]The present disclosure relates to a triangular cone, in particular a triangular cone with plane convertible to solid body.
Description of the Related Art
[0002]In sports training, people comply with the rules of human growth and development and physical activity to enhance their physique, improve technical skills and enrich cultural life through physical exercise, training and competition. Sports training helps to maintain or improve physical fitness, there are as many as hundreds of different forms of sports around the world, from individual competition to teamwork, and each type of sport is unique. In sports such as rollerblading, in-line skating, soccer, basketball, track and field, rugby, skateboarding, etc., training cones (also known as sports training cones or marking cones) are usually used to simulate pre-determined routes or obstacles to help athletes familiarize themselves with the routes during the training period, and follow the simulated routes to move forward, turn, or carry out other special actions. However, training cones available on the market usually only provide the functions for convenient stacking and storage, and do not provide different heights of obstacles to help athletes simulate the actual playing field, nor can they provide athletes with different visual sensory effects during training.
[0003]In order to overcome the above problems, an innovative training equipment has been introduced in the market, which contains a base and a cone, the base and the cone are molded into one piece; the base has a perforation through the center of the circle; the cone is formed in the shape of a hollow cone, which is equipped with holes, slots and sockets; and a luminous lamp can be installed in the cone for transmitting light outwardly through the holes, slots and sockets to provide athletes with different visual sensory experiences during training, and a pole can be set up between the two training equipment through the holes or slots to simulate the formation of different types of high and low obstacles on a predetermined route.
[0004]However, the base and cone of the training device are integrally molded into one piece, thus limiting the diversity of the product. In order to meet consumer demand, it is necessary to produce a variety of training devices with different bases and cones, thus incurring a higher production cost, which is not in line with the requirements of cost-effectiveness and energy-saving and carbon reduction, and such a design will increase the burden of inventory, due to the large size of the product, the transportation cost is high, and it is inconvenient for inventory management. More importantly, this one-piece design cannot respond flexibly to consumer demand. More importantly, this kind of one-piece design cannot flexibly react to the consumer needs and is not desirable from the perspective of practicability.
SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0005]The present disclosure discloses a triangular cone with plane convertible to solid body, which includes a conical body being in a substantially hollow conical shape, formed by curling a flexible fan-shaped sheet, and having a large-diameter end, a small-diameter end and a conical plane surrounded between the large-diameter end and the small-diameter end, the large-diameter end being provided with a first connection unit, the conical plane being provided with a plurality of through holes and at least one slot, the at least one slot being configured to be near the small-diameter end, the fan-shaped sheet having a first side edge and a second side edge, the first side edge being provided with a first snap unit, the second side edge being provided with a second snap unit, thereby when the fan-shaped sheet is curled into a hollow conical shape, the first snap unit and the second snap unit are engaged with each other to define the hollow conical shape; and a base, including a second connection unit disposed thereon, and a through opening formed at the center of the base, and the conical body being connected to the base through the combination of the first connection unit and the second connection unit.
[0006]The main purpose of the present disclosure is that the cone consists of a flexible fan-shaped sheet rolled into the cone that can be used in combination with the base or used alone, so as to provide a variety of products, not only reducing production cost and inventory burden and complying with the requirements of cost-effectiveness and energy-saving and carbon reduction, but also effectively reducing the size of the product and facilitating transportation and inventory management.
[0007]Another purpose of the present invention is that it can be freely assembled with different cones and bases according to the needs of consumers, thus enhancing the practicality, and helping to reduce the wind resistance, reducing the risk of being blown over by the wind, and at the same time reducing the volume of packaging materials, reducing the cost of transportation and carbon emissions from transportation.

What is claimed is:
1. A triangular cone with plane convertible to solid body, comprising:
a conical body, being in a substantially hollow conical shape, formed by curling a flexible fan-shaped sheet, and having a large-diameter end, a small-diameter end and a conical plane surrounded between the large-diameter end and the small-diameter end, the large-diameter end being provided with a first connection unit, the conical plane being provided with a plurality of through holes and at least one slot, the at least one slot is configured to be near the small-diameter end, the fan-shaped sheet having a first side edge and a second side edge, the first side edge is provided with a first snap unit, the second side edge being provided with a second snap unit, thereby when the fan-shaped sheet is curled into a hollow conical shape, the first snap unit and the second snap unit are engaged with each other to define the hollow conical shape; and
a base, comprising a second connection unit disposed thereon, and a through opening formed at the center of the base, and the conical body being coupled to the base through the combination of the first connection unit and the second connection unit.
