Abstract
A prefabricated soundproof booth according to an aspect of the present invention, which is separated into a plurality of parts and is easily assembled and installed on a site, includes a base plate that has a moving member at a lower end thereof and supports a load, a soundproof wall plate that is coupled to an upper portion of the base plate and blocks noise, an openable and closable door coupled to a front surface of the soundproof wall plate and opened or closed in one direction, and an upper plate that is formed at an upper portion of the openable and closable door and fixes the soundproof wall plate.

BACKGROUND
Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a prefabricated soundproof booth, and more particularly, to a prefabricated soundproof booth that may be separated into a plurality of parts to be simply moved to a site, and thus may be simply assembled inside a building.
Discussion of Related Art
[0003] In general, a soundproof booth is used as an apparatus that prevents damage to surroundings by preventing sound from leaking to the outside in a place in which noise occurs. This soundproof booth prevents sound in a closed space from leaking out of the corresponding space, and thus the sound generated inside the soundproof booth cannot be heard from the outside. In particular, a soundproof booth is mainly used in a place in which music is played or songs are sung or a conference place and a learning place in which outside noise blocking is required.
[0004] In the past, soundproof booths have mainly been used in performance rooms, recording rooms, and karaoke rooms in which professional performances are performed. However, in recent years, soundproof booths have become cheaper and installation thereof have become simpler. Thus, as the scope of use of soundproof booths has increased, demand therefor has increased, and for example, individuals now install soundproof booths in their homes and use the soundproof booths as workspaces, study rooms, and the like.
[0005] Further, a soundproof booth is designed to absorb sound of an internal space using a soundproof material and make it difficult to hear the sound from the outside, but because a person should perform actions in the internal space, a completely closed space cannot be formed. That is, a ventilation hole through which the outside and inside communicate with each other so that the person may breathe is absolutely necessary.
[0006] However, since the sound is transmitted through air as a medium, the sound generated from the inside may leak out through the ventilation hole. That is, there is a concern that soundproof performance of the soundproof booth may be degraded due to the ventilation hole. Further, a fan is often installed inside the ventilation hole to improve ventilation performance, and there is a concern that, when the fan is installed, additional noise generated by operating the fan may affect an operation inside the soundproof booth.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0007] The present invention is directed to a prefabricated soundproof booth that may be separated into a plurality of parts to be simply moved to a site, and thus may be simply assembled inside a building.
[0008] According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a prefabricated soundproof booth, which is separated into a plurality of parts and is easily assembled and installed on a site, the prefabricated soundproof booth including a base plate (100) that has a moving member (130) at a lower end thereof and supports a load, a soundproof wall plate (200) that is coupled to an upper portion of the base plate (100) and blocks noise, an openable and closable door (300) coupled to a front surface of the soundproof wall plate (200) and opened or closed in one direction, and an upper plate (400) that is formed at an upper portion of the openable and closable door (300) and fixes the soundproof wall plate (200).
[0009] The base plate (100) may include a base frame (110) to which the moving member (130) is coupled at a lower end thereof and a base panel (120) which is formed on the base frame (110) and into which one end of the soundproof wall plate (200) is inserted.

Claims
What is claimed is:
1. A prefabricated soundproof booth, which is separated into a plurality of parts and is easily assembled and installed on a site, the prefabricated soundproof booth comprising:
a base plate (100) that has a moving member (130) at a lower end thereof and supports a load;
a soundproof wall plate (200) that is coupled to an upper portion of the base plate (100) and blocks noise;
an openable and closable door (300) coupled to a front surface of the soundproof wall plate (200) and opened or closed in one direction; and
an upper plate (400) that is formed at an upper portion of the openable and closable door (300) and fixes the soundproof wall plate (200),
wherein the soundproof wall plate (200) includes:
a plurality of fixing parts (240) inserted into the base plate (100); and
an interval part (250) that connects ends of the plurality of fixing parts and maintains an interval, and
the interval part (250) includes:
an interval member (251) connecting the plurality of fixing parts (240);
a fastening groove (252) passing through a front surface and a rear surface of the interval member (251);
a fastening ironware (253) passing through the fastening groove (252) and fastening the openable and closable door (300);
an indoor seating groove (254) on which the fastening ironware (253) is seated and which is formed with a greater diameter than the fastening groove (252) and is formed at an end of the fastening groove (252) on an indoor side;
an outdoor seating groove (255) formed at a position corresponding to the indoor seating groove (254) and formed at an end of the fastening groove (252) on an outdoor side;
a first fastening ironware (256) which is seated on the indoor seating groove (254), is formed in a “T”-shaped cross-sectional shape, and has one end inserted into the fastening groove (252);
a second fastening ironware (257) fastened to face the first fastening ironware (256) and seated on the outdoor seating groove (255); and
a hinge (258) which is formed inside the second fastening ironware (257) and is formed in the outdoor seating groove (255) and to which the openable and closable door (300) is coupled.
2. The prefabricated soundproof booth of
a base frame (110) to which the moving member (130) is coupled at a lower end thereof; and
a base panel (120) which is formed on the base frame (110) and into which one end of the soundproof wall plate (200) is inserted.
3. The prefabricated soundproof booth of
side plates (210) coupled to opposite sides of the upper portion of the base plate (100);
a rear plate (220) coupled between ends of the plurality of side plates (210) and coupled to the base plate (100); and
a cover plate (230) formed at a position corresponding to the rear plate (220) and coupled to surround one sides of the side plates (210).
4. The prefabricated soundproof booth of
a soundproof part (260) that is inserted between the plurality of interval parts (250) and absorbs noise.
5. The prefabricated soundproof booth of
an outdoor fixing plate (241) formed on an indoor side of the interval part (250) and applied with a polymer material being cured on an outside thereof;
an indoor fixing plate (242) formed to correspond to the outdoor fixing plate (241) and coupled to one side of the upper plate (400);
a first assembly groove (243) which is formed at an upper portion of the indoor fixing plate (242) and to which the upper plate (400) is assembled; and
a first conductive member (244) which is formed in the first assembly groove (243) and conducts a current to the upper plate (400).
6. The prefabricated soundproof booth of
a seating part (410) seated on the soundproof wall plate (200);
a lighting unit (420) which is formed in the seating part (410) and emits light; and
an air conditioning unit (430) which is formed above the lighting unit (420) and circulates indoor air and outdoor air.
7. The prefabricated soundproof booth of
a second assembly groove (411) formed to be cut from an indoor side to an outdoor side;
an assembly protrusion (412) formed between the plurality of second assembly grooves (411) and inserted into the first assembly groove (243); and
a second conductive member (413) formed in the assembly protrusion (412) and in contact with the first conductive member (244).
8. The prefabricated soundproof booth of
a total heat exchanger (431) through which outside air and inside air exchange heat;
an outside air duct (432) fastened to one end of the total heat exchanger (431) and formed to introduce the outside air and discharge the inside air; and
an inside air duct (435) which is fastened to an opposite end of the total heat exchanger (431) and formed to introduce the inside air and discharge the outside air.
