Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001]This application relates to the technical field of a decorative painting, particularly to a suspended double-sided gypsum board painting.
BACKGROUND ART
[0002]As people's living standards continue to improve, their demands for home decoration have also become increasingly high. With the development of craftsmanship, more and more people are choosing high-end and elegant relief paintings as home decorative artworks.
[0003]Currently, to enhance the preservation of decorative paintings and prevent them from becoming damp and cracked, or from oxidizing and discoloring, many decorative paintings undergo surface coating treatment. Among them, gypsum board, due to its material properties, serves as an excellent carrier for decorative artwork. It can be preserved intact for a long time without needing excessive surface treatment, making it very popular among collectors. Additionally, to facilitate viewing and hanging, gypsum board paintings are usually framed and displayed like other types of paintings. In the prior art, gypsum board paintings are generally painted on only one side, leaving the other side blank or simply covered with fabric or wood. This results in a painting with only one visual image, leading to aesthetic fatigue when the gypsum board painting is displayed indoors for an extended period. Furthermore, many people enjoy updating all decorative content during the transition between summer and winter to create different decorative styles, providing visitors with different sensations when they come to their homes. When a gypsum board painting only has an image on one side, switching styles requires purchasing new gypsum board paintings for supplementation, which is costly and inconvenient.
SUMMARY
[0004]To address the aforementioned issues, this application proposes a suspended double-sided gypsum board painting.
- [0006]a frame body formed by interconnecting several framing profiles, with inner sides provided with at least one insertion groove;
- [0007]a gypsum board in a flat, plate-like shape, with front and rear sides respectively featuring a front painting and a rear painting. The gypsum board has several edges, with at least two opposite edges inserted into the insertion grooves; and

[0042]The following is a clear and complete description of the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application, in conjunction with the drawings in the embodiments of the application. It is obvious that the described embodiments are merely a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present application, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in the field without creative efforts are within the scope of protection of the present application.
[0043]It should be noted that all directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, rear, . . .) in the embodiments of the present application are only configured to explain the relative positional relationships, movement situations, etc., between the components under a specific posture (as shown in the drawings). If the specific posture changes, then the directional indications also change accordingly.
[0044]In addition, the descriptions involving “first”, “second”, etc., in the present application are only used for descriptive purposes and cannot be understood as indicating or implying their relative importance or implicitly specifying the number of indicated technical features. Thus, the features limited by “first”, “second”, etc., can explicitly or implicitly comprise at least one of the features. Furthermore, the technical solutions between various embodiments can be combined with each other, but this must be based on the ability of ordinary technicians in the field to achieve it. When the combination of technical solutions is contradictory or unachievable, it should be considered that this combination of technical solutions does not exist and is not within the scope of protection required by the present application.
[0045]Specific embodiments are shown as below.
- [0047]a frame body formed by a plurality of framing profiles 1 interconnected end-to-end, where the framing profiles 1 have inner sides with at least one insertion groove 11 provided thereon;
- [0048]a gypsum board 2 in a flat, plate-like shape, with a front painting 3 and a rear painting 4 respectively provided on the front and rear sides of the gypsum board 2, wherein, the gypsum board 2 has a plurality of edges, where at least two opposite edges are respectively inserted into the insertion grooves 11;
- [0049]at least one hanging fitting 5 installed at the upper end of the frame body, wherein the hanging fitting 5 comprises an abutment portion 51, a hanging portion 53, and a connecting portion 52 disposed between the abutment portion 51 and the hanging portion 53; the abutment portion 51 is configured to cooperate with and be fixed to the upper end of the framing profile 1; the connecting portion 52 extends obliquely and, together with the framing profile 1 and the hanging portion 53, forms a passage for inserting a support rod; the end of the support rod is fixed to a fixed surface; the lower end of the hanging portion 53 is provided with a plurality of latching positions 531 spaced apart in the lateral direction for the support rod to latch onto, thereby restricting the frame body from lateral translation relative to the support rod.
[0050]As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, referring to
[0051]By disposing the gypsum board 2 at an middle position along the longitudinal direction of the frame body, the appearance of the gypsum board painting will not be affected when the front and rear sides of the gypsum board painting are switched. Additionally, it can also ensure that the center of gravity of the gypsum board painting is located at the center of the gypsum board, so that during a suspended state, the gypsum board painting will not tilt and will be more stable.
[0052]Referring to
[0053]By providing multiple upwardly arched peaks on the hanging portion 53, multiple latching positions 531 can be formed directly below the peaks. The latching positions 531 can engage with the support rod, thereby preventing the gypsum board painting from lateral translation relative to the support rod.
[0054]Furthermore, if the gypsum board painting is heavy, multiple support rods are generally configured to cooperate in supporting the gypsum board painting together. It is conceivable that when multiple support rods are required, the number of latching positions 531 on the hanging portion 53 needs to be greater than or equal to the number of support rods.
[0055]It is conceivable that in this embodiment, both the front painting 3 and the rear painting 4 are formed by painting on the gypsum board 2, rather than by attaching additional painting layers onto the gypsum board 2. Therefore, both the front painting 3 and the rear painting 4 are carved paintings. After the front painting 3 and the rear painting 4 are completed, their respective positions will have different images, so it cannot be guaranteed that the center of gravity of the gypsum board will be located at the center of the gypsum board at this time. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the position of the support rods to adaptively ensure that during a suspended state, the gypsum board painting will not shift overall, wherein the attachment part 53 is configured in a wavy shape to facilitate the free adjustment of the left-right position of the support rod relative to the gypsum board 2.
[0056]Turning to
[0057]By configuring the latching position 531 with two clamping surfaces 532 disposed symmetrically left and right, the position of the support rod can be better clamped and fixed, and it can also be ensured that when the gypsum board painting is suspended on the support rod, the gypsum board painting is less likely to wobble, providing a more stable suspension structure.
[0058]Furthermore, in a practical operation, the number of hanging fittings 5 can be adjusted depending on the size of the gypsum board painting. The larger the size of the gypsum board painting, the more hanging fittings 5 and support rods are needed to cooperate in achieving stable support for the gypsum board painting.
[0059]In a practical operation, the support rod can be selected as an expansion bolt 8.
[0060]Referring to
[0061]In this embodiment, the edges of both the front painting 3 and the rear painting 4 are inserted into the insertion grooves 11, with the front edge of the front painting 3 abutting against the front inner wall of the insertion groove 11 and the rear edge of the rear painting 4 abutting against the rear inner wall of the insertion groove 11.
[0062]Referring to
[0063]The assembly process between the frame body and the gypsum board 2 is explained as below.
[0064]First, a soft pad is laid on a flat surface, and the gypsum board 2 with the front painting 3 and the rear painting 4 already painted is placed on top of the soft pad, with the rear painting 4 facing up (the soft pad is provided to prevent the front painting 3 from being scratched). At this time, the four edges of the gypsum board 2 are suspended to a certain height. Then, the four framing profiles 1 are respectively installed on the four edges of the gypsum board 2, with one side of the four framing profiles 1 abutting against the ground. Next, four corner brackets 6 are respectively inserted into the cavities 12 through the openings 13, and the two ends of the corner position are respectively disposed in the cavities 12 of adjacent framing profiles 1. Referring to
[0065]Then, turning to
[0066]By setting the positioning grooves 14 at the ends of the cavity 12 and allowing the lower connecting layer 62 of the corner bracket 6 to be clamped in the positioning grooves 14, the corner bracket 6 can be further restricted to prevent the corner bracket 6 from becoming loose during subsequent handling.
[0067]Referring to
[0068]Since both the front and back sides of the gypsum board painting 2 are required for use, to ensure the aesthetics of the frame body when the gypsum board painting 2 is switched to the reverse side for hanging, the decorative fabric 7 is configured to cover the opening 13 and the cavity 12.
[0069]In this embodiment, the side wrapping fabric 72 of the decorative fabric 7 can be optionally pasted on the outer side surface of the framing profile 1, and the rear wrapping fabric 71 of the decorative fabric 7 can be pasted on the rear side surface of the framing profile 1 to cover the opening 13 and the cavity 12, wrapping around the edges and corners of the framing profile 1, thereby enhancing the overall texture and safety performance of the gypsum board painting 2.
[0070]Furthermore, if needed, the decorative fabric 7 can also be extended to the front side surface of the framing profile 1. In this way, whether in forward or reverse use, the side of the frame body facing people will be provided with the decorative fabric 7, providing a better texture.
[0071]In this embodiment, the installation method of the decorative fabric 7 is as follows. First, the fixing strip 63 needs to be inserted into the cavity 12 for positioning (to prevent the decorative fabric 7 from being misplaced during installation), and then the decorative fabric 7 is tightened and pasted on the framing profile 1. The installation is very convenient.
[0072]Referring to
[0073]More specifically, in this embodiment, transparent protective film layers are laid on the outer surfaces of the front painting 3 and the rear painting 4 to better protect the front painting 3 and the rear painting 4, improve their service life, and prevent them from being damaged by moisture or oxidation,
[0074]The above description of a suspended double-sided gypsum board painting according to this application is merely a preferred embodiment and does not limit the patent scope of this application. Any equivalent structural transformation made under the inventive concept of this application, or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields, is comprised within the patent protection scope of this application.
