Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001]The present invention relates to a clip used to seal a bag opening, and more particularly, to a clip designed to seal the entire bag opening without a gap, thereby preventing contents inside a bag from flowing out by a simple operation.
BACKGROUND ART
[0002]In general, products sealed using plastic bags have a risk of a change in condition of contents due to an inflow of air into the bags after being opened, a risk of spoilage or contamination of the contents due to an introduction of burgs or dust into the bags, and thus, a user usually seals the bag by tying the opening with a rubber band or string to prevent air from being introduced as much as possible. However, the conventional sealing method described above had a problem of being very cumbersome to be used, and tools capable of sealing the bag opening have been invented on the market.
[0003]For example, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0416405 discloses an invention related to a pack sealing device, which is a tool for sealing an opening of a pack (bag and envelope made of various materials and having various sizes and shapes) which contains various items or objects including liquids, gases, and solids in a manner in which an opening of the pack is folded, and then, the sealing device is inserted into the folded portion to seal the pack opening.
[0004]However, since this type of sealing tool is designed to have a predetermined gap in an incision of which one side is opened, when the pack has a relatively thick thickness (such as a rice bag or a pet food bag), there is a disadvantage in that it is difficult to insert the pack into the incision. In addition, since the sealing tool is designed to be used after folding the opening defined in an upper end of the bag once for sealing, it is found to have a somewhat cumbersome disadvantage in actual use.

[0008]In addition, a stopper may be disposed between one end and the other end of the elastic member, and the elastic member is divided into an outer portion between the one end and the stopper and an inner portion between the stopper and the other end, wherein the inner portion may be inserted into the inner accommodation part, wherein the stopper may be hooked with an outer end of the inner accommodation part so that the inner portion is inserted only up to a predetermined position within the inner accommodation part.
[0009]In addition, a pair of protrusions may protrude from a bottom surface of the handle part in the inner accommodation part of the handle part, a closed ring member may be provided at the other end of the elastic member, and the elastic member at each of both the ends of the handle part may be assembled with the handle part to accommodate one protrusion into the ring member.
[0010]In addition, the inner portion of the elastic member may be withdrawn from the inner accommodation part, wherein the ring member may be restricted by the protrusion so that the elastic member is withdrawn only up to the predetermined position outside the inner accommodation part.
[0011]In addition, the lowest height may correspond to a state in which the two elastic members of the movable frame are maximally inserted into the inner accommodation part so that the movable frame has the shortest length and is elastically curved downward to overlap the base, the intermediate height may correspond to a state in which the movable frame is maintained at the shortest length and is elastically curved upward to be spaced the intermediate height from the base, and the highest height may correspond to a state in which the two elastic members of the movable frame are maximally withdrawn from the inner accommodation part so that the movable frame has a maximum length and is further curved upward to be spaced the highest height from the base.
[0012]In addition, the movable frame may be deformed in stages between the lowest height, the intermediate height, and the highest height.

[0035]
[0036]The clip 100 of the present invention includes a base 110 and a movable frame 130.
[0037]Referring to the drawings, the base 110 extends in a longitudinal direction, and a coupling pin 111 is disposed on each of both ends of the base 110. The base 110 may be a portion that presses and seals an opening-side surface of a bag sandwiched with the movable frame 130 as described later, and the side surface may have a shape of which a partial central portion is flat and then is gradually curved upward toward each of both ends as illustrated in
[0038]The movable frame 130 includes a handle part 140 disposed above the base 110 to extend in the longitudinal direction, and a pair of elastic members 150 disposed at both ends of the handle part 140 and having one end coupled to the coupling pin 111 by using a means such as a screw and the other end restricted by the handle part 140. The elastic member 150 may be bent downward to correspond to a surface shape of the base 110 when the base 110 and the movable frame 130 are disposed at the lowest height (see
[0039]Here, as illustrated in
[0040]In addition, the handle part 140 is provided further with an inner accommodation part 141 that lengthily extends in the longitudinal direction. The inner accommodation part 141 is a type of conduit having a square cross-section, which is provided in a hexahedral hollow within the handle part as illustrated in
[0041]One end of one elastic member 150 is pivotally coupled to a left coupling pin 111, and one end of the other elastic member 150 is pivotally fixed to a right coupling pin 111. As described above, one end of each elastic member 150 is fixed to the two coupling pins 111, and the other end of each elastic member 150 is slidable along the inner accommodation part 141 provided in the handle part 140. The elastic member 150 is divided into an outer portion 153 between one end and a stopper 151 and an inner portion 155 between the stopper 151 and the other end (see
[0042]A pair of protrusions 156 (see
[0043]The movable frame 130 according to the present invention is changed in shape by external force to approach or be separated from the base 110 and also is maintained in position at the lowest height closest to the base 110, the highest height separated from the base 110, and the intermediate height between the lowest and highest heights. The lowest height is illustrated in
[0044]The lowest height of
[0045]The intermediate height of
[0046]The highest height of
[0047]As a result, the movable frame 130 is selectively deformed between the lowest height, the intermediate height, and the highest height, and in particular, is deformed in stages between the lowest height, the intermediate height, and the highest height.
[0048]Hereinafter, referring to
[0049]As described above, the handle part 140 is provided with a handle, and the user pulls the handle upward with a finger or pulls upward a handle ring (not shown) additionally installed on the handle part 140 to open the movable frame 130 from the base 110. In a state in which the base 110 and the movable frame 130 are gapped therebetween, the bag to be sealed is disposed between the base 110 and the movable frame 130, and the movable frame 130 is pressed toward the base 110, and thus, the opening of the bag is sealed using the firm pressure between the two members. This motion may be realized through elastic relative position changes of the movable frame 130 with respect to the base 110.
[0050]First, at the lowest height of
[0051]When the handle part 140 of the movable frame 130 is pulled upward from the base 110 at the lowest height, the movable frame 130 is elastically deformed upward to be convex while maintaining the shortest length so that the movable frame 130 has the intermediate height. Particularly, when the user pulls the handle upward, the movable frame 130 is slowly lifted from the base 110, and the elastic member 150 continuously presses the handle part 140. Thereafter, at the moment when the handle part 140 moves away from the base 110 beyond a critical position, the elastic member 150 elastically bounces off the handle part 140, and the elastic member 150, which was curved downward, is instantaneously deformed into a upwardly convex shape. This causes the movable frame 130 to be bent upward as illustrated in
[0052]When the handle part 140 is pulled upward from the intermediate height, the length of the movable frame 130 extends as the inner portion is withdrawn from the inner accommodation part 141, and the movable frame 130 is deformed to be more convex upward, thereby reaching the highest height. Particularly, when the user further pulls the handle upward, and thus, the force is greater than the frictional force between the inner portion 155 and the inner accommodation part 141, the inner portion 155 begins to be slid outward away from the inner accommodation part 141. As the slidable movement progresses, when the ring member 157 of the inner portion 155 is hooked with the protrusion, the slidable movement stops, and the movable frame 130 reaches its maximum length. In this process, the movable frame 130 is completely curved upward and is spaced the highest height from the base 110. Even as the length of the movable frame 130 increases, since the inner portion 155 of the elastic member 140 continuously presses an inner wall of the inner accommodation part 141 outward, when the user's external force becomes smaller than the frictional force during the process in which the movable frame 130 has the highest height, the movable frame 130 may be maintained in the bent shape as it is.
[0053]Additionally, in the state illustrated in
[0054]In the intermediate or highest height state, the user allows the opening of the bag to be disposed between the base 110 and the movable frame 130 to press the handle part 140 toward the base 110 so that the movable frame 130 is close to the base 110, thereby sealing the opening of the bag. When the movable frame 130 is close to the base 110 at the highest height, the elastic members 150 on both the sides press the handle part 140 therebetween, and when the pressing force is greater than the frictional force, the inner portion 155 is inserted into the inner accommodation part 141 to reduce the length of the movable frame 130 and simultaneously to be lowered the height from the base 110. In this process, the stopper 151 has the shortest length when it is hooked with the outer end of the handle part 140, and the movable frame 130 has the intermediate height (
[0055]The opening of the bag may be closed by setting the clip of the present invention to the above-described intermediate height state, disposing the opening of the bag in the space generated between the movable frame 130 and the base 110, and deforming the clip to the lowest height. However, usually, a cup used to scoop out contents (such as feeds) is often placed inside the bag. The user opens the clip to the intermediate height in the state in which the clip closes the opening of the bag, and then, after the bag is opened, the cup inside the bag is taken out to scoop out the contents. However, if a size of the cup is large, and the space between the movable frame 130 and the base 110 is smaller than the cup in the intermediate height state, the cup may not be able to move in and out of the space. In this case, the user may have inconvenience as the user has to separate the entire clip from the bag to scoop out the feed, and then put the clip back into the bag when the use is finished. Thus, the present invention has been designed to enable the clip to be set to the highest height higher than the intermediate height. Since the space between the movable frame 130 and the base 110 is large at the highest height, the cup may be taken out of the bag or placed into the bag by leaving the clip hung around the opening of the bag in the state in which the bag is opened, and thus, there is no need to separate the clip from the bag opening so as to remove and use the cup.
[0056]In addition, when deformed from the intermediate height state of
[0057]The above-mentioned embodiment is merely an embodiment of the clip used for sealing the bag opening according to the present invention, and thus, the present invention is not limited to the foregoing embodiment, and also it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the following claims.
