Abstract
An integrated folding small fan comprises a handle and a fan head. An upper end of the handle is provided with a mounting groove, a bottom surface of the mounting groove is provide with a raised jacking bone for limiting the fan head, a control motherboard and a power module are mounted inside the handle, the handle is further provided with a control button, the fan head is provided with an air outlet and an air inlet, and the fan head is rotatably mounted in the mounting groove on the handle. By adopting an integrated design, the fan head and the handle are closely integrated into a whole, so that an overall volume is significantly reduced, which is convenient for a user to carry and store.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention belongs to the technical field of a hand-held fan, and in particular to an integrated folding small fan.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] With the climate warming, the improvement of living standards and the improvement of people's requirements for the comfort of living and working environments, fans, as commonly used cooling equipment, are widely used day by day. More particularly in offices, families and trips, hand-held small fans are favored by more and more consumers because of portability and practicality thereof. Many users use the hand-held small fans in public places such as buses, subways, shopping malls, etc., so as to realize a cooling requirement anytime and anywhere, which not only meets a practical function, but also takes into account a beautiful and decent appearance.

First of all, in the design of many traditional folding fans, a fan blade part is separated from a handle part, which leads to a complex overall structure and a great difference in shape, thus affecting the aesthetics and portability of a product. Secondly, due to the separation design of the fan blade and the handle, an overall volume is often large, which is not conducive to storage and carrying, especially in the case of a limited space, a user is easy to feel inconvenient when carrying and storing. In addition, an existing folding mechanism mostly adopts a simple hinge or connector, lacking a stable limit design, which leads to a situation that the fan blades are prone to shake or have unstable angles during use, thus affecting the use experience.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] In view of the above situation, in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the present invention provides an integrated folding small fan, which effectively solves the problems raised in the above background.
[0006] In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solution: an integrated folding small fan, comprising a handle and a fan head, wherein an upper end of the handle is provided with a mounting groove, a bottom surface of the mounting groove is provide with a raised jacking bone for limiting the fan head, a control motherboard and a power module are mounted inside the handle, the handle is further provided with a control button; and the fan head is provided with an air outlet and an air inlet, the fan head is rotatably mounted in the mounting groove on the handle, the fan head is detachably connected with the control motherboard in the handle through a built-in power cord; and the fan head is dismounted or mounted opposite to the handle.

An integrated folding small fan, comprising a handle (2) and a fan head (1), wherein an upper end of the handle (2) is provided with a mounting groove (8), a bottom surface of the mounting groove (8) is provide with a raised jacking bone (9) for limiting the fan head (1), a control motherboard (16) and a power module are mounted inside the handle (2), the handle (2) is further provided with a control button (10); and
the fan head (1) is provided with an air outlet (3) and an air inlet, the fan head (1) is rotatably mounted in the mounting groove (8) on the handle (2), the fan head (1) is detachably connected with the control motherboard (16) in the handle (2) through a built-in power cord (11); and the fan head (1) is dismounted or mounted opposite to the handle (2).
