Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of hanging baskets, in particular to a retractable and foldable hanging basket, including a supporting frame. The supporting frame is a U-shaped frame opened horizontally. Two folding mechanisms are arranged in the supporting frame oppositely, and the two folding mechanisms are rotatably connected. The folding mechanism includes a supporting rod having an “L”-shaped bending end, and an “L”-shaped connecting rod is connected to the end of the supporting rod. A “U”-shaped mounting seat is mounted on the inner side of the connecting rod, and at least three bearing rods are spaced apart on the side of the supporting rod close to the connecting rod.

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001]The present disclosure relates to the technical field of hanging baskets, in particular to a retractable and foldable hanging basket.

BACKGROUND

[0002]Hanging baskets, also known as hanging basket chairs, are a piece of leisure furniture that usually hangs in the air to provide a comfortable sitting and lying experience. The hanging basket chairs are designed into various materials, including rattan, iron, and fabric, which are suitable for being used indoors and outdoors. The hanging basket chairs typically have a half-surrounding structural design that provides a comfortable sitting position at multiple angles, and are suitable for relaxation and rest.

[0003]Most of the existing hanging baskets have a whole fixed structure, and the hanging baskets are hemispherical. Therefore, the hanging baskets cannot be stored when not in use, and still occupy a high space volume. Especially when transported, the hanging baskets occupy more packing space and transportation space, thereby increasing transportation and production costs. For this reason, a retractable and foldable hanging basket is proposed to solve the above problems.

SUMMARY

[0004]An object of the present disclosure is to provide a retractable and foldable hanging basket in order to solve the above shortcomings in the related art.

[0005]To achieve the above object, the present disclosure adopts the following technical solution. A retractable and foldable hanging basket is designed, including a supporting frame. The supporting frame is a U-shaped frame opened horizontally, two folding mechanisms are arranged in the supporting frame oppositely, and the two folding mechanisms are rotatably connected.

[0006]The folding mechanism includes a supporting rod having an “L”-shaped bending end, and an “L”-shaped connecting rod is connected to the end of the supporting rod. A “U”-shaped mounting seat is mounted on the inner side of the connecting rod, and at least three bearing rods are spaced apart on the side of the supporting rod close to the connecting rod. An end of the bearing rod is bent in an “L” shape, and corresponds to the supporting rod. A first connecting seat is connected to the end of the bearing rod, and the first connecting seat is rotatably mounted in the mounting seat via a rotating shaft.

[0007]A rotating seat is arranged between the adjacent connecting rods of the two supporting rods. Both sides of the rotating seat are separately provided with a U-shaped seat. A second connecting seat is rotatably mounted in the U-shaped seat, and the second connecting seat is fixed with the corresponding connecting rod.

[0008]Preferably, inner ends of the supporting rod and the bearing rod are separately provided with a seat cushion and a back cushion.

[0009]Preferably, multiple strong ropes are spaced apart between the two adjacent bearing rods and between the supporting rod and the bearing rod adjacent thereto.

[0010]Preferably, a surface of the supporting rod and a surface of the bearing rod are separately provided with a covering layer, and the covering layer is rattan woven around the surface of the corresponding supporting rod and the surface of the corresponding bearing rod.

[0011]Preferably, the top of the supporting rod is provided with a connecting frame, the connecting frame is a “U”-shaped frame opened downwards, and an end of the connecting frame is fixed on the supporting rod. A connecting member is arranged on the connecting frame, and a carabiner is connected to the other end of the connecting member. The carabiner is mounted on a hanging ring, and the hanging ring is fixed on the top of the supporting frame.

[0012]Preferably, the connecting member is one of a manganese steel lifting chain, a stainless steel chain, and a mining chain.

[0013]Preferably, the supporting frame is a hollow metal tube, multiple reinforcing ribs are spaced apart on an inner wall of the supporting frame, and the reinforcing ribs are arranged along a length direction of the supporting frame.

[0016]In an application process, the design scheme provided by the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects.

[0017]1. According to the retractable and foldable hanging basket, the two supporting rods are rotated, and the bearing rods are rotated on the supporting rods. When the supporting rods are rotated, the bearing rods are rotated therewith for storage, so that the folding mechanisms can be taken down from the supporting frame for storage, thereby facilitating storage and placement when not in use, and further facilitating loading during transportation, which saves transportation cost.

[0018]2. According to the retractable and foldable hanging basket, by the strong rope, the supporting rod and the bearing rod are connected, and the adjacent bearing rods are connected. When the folding mechanism is unfolded, force can be directly applied to the supporting rod, so that the rotation of the supporting rod drives the bearing rod to unfold outwards together, thereby improving the convenience of use and mounting of the hanging basket.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

[0025]Hereinafter, the technical solutions in embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. It is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present disclosure, but not all embodiments.

[0026]Referring to FIGS. 1-5, a retractable and foldable hanging basket includes a supporting frame 1. The supporting frame 1 is a U-shaped frame opened horizontally. The supporting frame 1 is a hollow metal tube, which reduces the overall mass of the supporting frame 1, improves the lightweight of the supporting frame 1, and transports the supporting frame 1 with less effort. Multiple reinforcing ribs 15 are spaced apart on an inner wall of the supporting frame 1, and the reinforcing ribs 15 are arranged along a length direction of the supporting frame 1, thereby improving the supporting strength of the supporting frame 1 while ensuring the lightweight of the supporting frame 1.

[0027]A surface of the supporting frame 1 is coated with a ceramic coating to improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the supporting frame 1, and rattan is wound around the surface of the supporting frame 1 to improve the overall attractiveness of the supporting frame 1.

[0028]As shown in FIG. 1, four supporting legs 2 are spaced apart at the bottom of the supporting frame 1, and the supporting legs 2 are metal tubes for supporting the supporting frame 1.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the folding mechanism includes a supporting rod 3 having an “L”-shaped bending end, and an “L”-shaped connecting rod 4 is connected to the end of the supporting rod 3. The arrangement of the strong ropes 10 further increases the supporting surface of the entire folding mechanism, and improves the supporting effect of the hanging basket.

[0034]It should be noted that as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the top of the supporting rod 3 is provided with a connecting frame 11, the connecting frame 11 is a “U”-shaped frame opened downwards, and an end of the connecting frame 11 is fixed on the supporting rod 3. A connecting member 12 is arranged on the connecting frame 11, and a carabiner 13 is connected to the other end of the connecting member 12. The carabiner 13 is mounted on a hanging ring 14, and the hanging ring 14 is fixed on the top of the supporting frame 1, thereby facilitating the assembly or disassembly of the folding mechanism to or from the supporting frame 1. During the actual use, the connecting member 12 is one of a manganese steel lifting chain, a stainless steel chain, and a mining chain.

[0035]Further, a surface of the supporting rod 3 and a surface of the bearing rod 8 are separately provided with a covering layer, and the covering layer is rattan woven around the surface of the corresponding supporting rod 3 and the surface of the corresponding bearing rod 8, thereby improving the attractiveness of the entire hanging basket.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A retractable and foldable hanging basket, comprising a supporting frame, wherein the supporting frame is a U-shaped frame opened horizontally, two folding mechanisms are arranged in the supporting frame oppositely, and the two folding mechanisms are rotatably connected;

the folding mechanism comprises a supporting rod having an “L”-shaped bending end, and an “L”-shaped connecting rod is connected to the end of the supporting rod; a “U”-shaped mounting seat is mounted on the inner side of the connecting rod, and at least three bearing rods are spaced apart on the side of the supporting rod close to the connecting rod; an end of the bearing rod is bent in an “L” shape, and corresponds to the supporting rod; a first connecting seat is connected to the end of the bearing rod, and the first connecting seat is rotatably mounted in the mounting seat via a rotating shaft; and

a rotating seat is arranged between the adjacent connecting rods of the two supporting rod, both sides of the rotating seat are separately provided with a U-shaped seat, a second connecting seat is rotatably mounted in the U-shaped seat, and the second connecting seat is fixed with the corresponding connecting rod.

2. The retractable and foldable hanging basket according to claim 1, wherein inner ends of the supporting rod and the bearing rod are separately provided with a seat cushion and a back cushion.

3. The retractable and foldable hanging basket according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of strong ropes are spaced apart between the two adjacent bearing rods and between the supporting rod and the bearing rod adjacent thereto.

The retractable and foldable hanging basket according to claim 1, wherein a surface of the supporting rod and a surface of the bearing rod are separately provided with a covering layer, and the covering layer is rattan woven around the surface of the corresponding supporting rod and the surface of the corresponding bearing rod.

The retractable and foldable hanging basket according to claim 1, wherein the top of the supporting rod is provided with a connecting frame, the connecting frame is a “U”-shaped frame opened downwards, and an end of the connecting frame is fixed on the supporting rods; a connecting member is arranged on the connecting frame, and a carabiner is connected to the other end of the connecting member; and the carabiner is mounted on a hanging ring, and the hanging ring is fixed on the top of the supporting frame.

6. The retractable and foldable hanging basket according to claim 5, wherein the connecting member is one of a manganese steel lifting chain, a stainless steel chain, and a mining chain.

The retractable and foldable hanging basket according to claim 1, wherein the supporting frame is a hollow metal tube, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are spaced apart on an inner wall of the supporting frame, and the reinforcing ribs are arranged along a length direction of the supporting frame.

8. The retractable and foldable hanging basket according to claim 7, wherein a surface of the supporting frame is coated with a ceramic coating, and rattan is wound around the surface of the supporting frame.

9. The retractable and foldable hanging basket according to claim 1, wherein four supporting legs are spaced apart at the bottom of the supporting frame, and the supporting legs are metal tubes.
