BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] Thus, what is described and claimed herein is a sports game organizer. The organizer comprises a container separated into a plurality of discrete holding sections wherein each section is configured to hold four pickleball paddles.

[0005] Each section has a front surface. The front surface of each section contains a first indicator located on the front surface. This first indicator can be selected from the group consisting of level of expertise; gender-based play selected from the group consisting of male, female, and mixed male and female, and preference of play.

[0006] There is a second indicator for tracking order of play. The second indicator, in one embodiment, is selected from a slidable object on a horizontal support wherein the horizontal support is selected from the group consisting of a wire; a rope; a fiberglass rod; a wooden dowel; a metal rod, and a leather strap.

[0007] In another embodiment, there is a sports game organizer as set forth just Supra, wherein, in addition, a second indicator is selected from the group consisting of: snaps and buttons; magnets; colored magnets; colored tapes; hang tags on hooks; loop and hook fasteners, and a wooden slider in a track.

[0008] Further, this invention contemplates more than two or more first indicators for each sports game organizer. In addition, this invention contemplates any combination of the level of expertise; gender-based play; and preference of play with an indicator for order of play.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0021] Turning now to FIG. 1, there is shown a full front view of a device 1 of this invention which is shown as a rectangular box configuration (“container”).

[0022]The container is separated into a plurality of discrete holding sections, and in the case of that shown, it is four box-like containers 2 (see FIG. 2). FIG. 9 shows an alternate configuration for achieving the same thing, in that, there is shown a series of four openings 12 for the insertion of paddle handles and colored tape segments red – 13, blue - 14, white - 15, and black - 16, although any desired arrangement of colors can be used, the colors indicating four independent groups. (described infra).

[0023]The device has a full front surface 3 extending from one edge 4 to a second edge 5. The front surface 3 contains a first indicator means 6. The first indicator means can be, for example, level of expertise, FIG. 1; gender-based play, FIG. 7, and so on. Such means are described in detail infra.

[0025] The device 1 can be manufactured from wood, metal, such as aluminum, plastic, cardboard, rubber, or a combination of these types of materials.

[0026] The device 1 has a means of supporting the device and most common is a set of hooks 17 attached to the back of the device 1 as shown in FIG. 6. Additional means of support can be, for example, U-bolts,

[0027] cables, zip ties, rope, wire, screws, bolts, and the device 1 can also be supported from the bottom by using a table 10 as shown in FIG. 1, the ground, a metal stand, a wooden stand, or a plastic stand.

[0028] Shown in FIG. 1 is a second indicator 7 for tracking order of play, the second indicator 7 can be selected from a slidable object 8 on a horizontal support 9, the horizontal support 9 can be selected from the group consisting of wire, rope, fiberglass rod, wooden dowel, metal rod, and a leather strap, among others.

[0029]The second indicator 7, used to indicate order of play, can also be selected from non-slidable materials such as snaps/button 18, FIG. 3; magnets 19, FIG. 4; colored magnets, colored tapes 13-16, hang tags on hooks, loop and hook fasteners, and a button slider in a track 20, FIG. 5, to name a few.

[0030]Turning back to FIG. 1, there is shown a device 1 of this invention wherein the first indicator means 6 shown can be preference of play such as: fun, beginner, intermediate, advanced, and so forth. FIG. 7 shows gender-based play options designated as 21, and FIG. 8 shows the means can also be the standard levels of expertise of 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and 5 known in the profession designated as 22.

[0031] Thus, those interested in the sport can attend the field of play and organize their entry into play to include level of play, gender-based of the team, and order of play all on the same device.
