Abstract

A binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information is provided, comprising a casing, and a wire feeding mechanism, a wire guiding mechanism, a wire cutting mechanism and a wire winding mechanism which are arranged in the casing, wherein a reel hatch is arranged in the casing, a reel support shaft and an identification device are arranged in the reel hatch, and the identification device is arranged in the middle of the reel support shaft. Compared with the prior art, the binding machine of the present invention can accurately identify an QR code when the wire reel stops rotating, thus avoiding the problem that the QR code cannot be identified or is not identified clearly when it is located at different positions.

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001]The present invention relates to the technical field of binding machines, in particular to a binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information.

BACKGROUND OF TECHNOLOGY

[0002]At present, binding machines are widely applied to the architecture field. The main structure of the binding machine mainly comprises a casing, a wire reel, a wire feeding mechanism, a wire guiding structure, a wire cutting mechanism and a wire winding mechanism. The wire feeding mechanism conveys a binding wire on the wire reel to the wire guiding mechanism. The wire guiding mechanism limits and guides the binding wire, so that the binding wire is wound around outside of an object to be bound in the form of a loop. After the binding wire is wound, the wire cutting mechanism cuts the binding wire off. Subsequently, the wire winding mechanism twists the binding wire wound around outside of the object to be bound so that the object to be bound can be tightly bound by the binding wire.

[0003]Wire reels are products that need to be replaced in large amount, so there are lots of fake and inferior products in the market. In order to distinguish from fake and inferior products, a wire reel is usually equipped with a QR code for anti-counterfeiting and storing the information of this wire reel. The authenticity and specific information of the wire reel can be clearly learned by scanning the QR code when in use. However, the existing wire reels have low identifying efficiency, and poor in identifying effect after the wire reels are arranged on binding machines.

[0004]For example, Chinese Patent “CN113788177A” disclosed a binding machine with a reel information identification device, wherein the reel is provided with an anti-counterfeiting QR code, and the QR code can also be arranged in a hierarchical manner. For example, if there are ten packages of reels in a box and there a dozen of reels in each package, it is possible to provide a QR code for each reel, a QR code for each package of a dozen of reels and a QR code for each box. If a worker uses a dozen of reels, this worker can input the setting information of the 12 reels and the anti-counterfeiting information of each reel into the binding machine by scanning the QR code on this package. In addition, different QR codes are provided on individual reels, a dozen of reels and reel packing boxes for allowing persons in different positions to scan, or after the persons in different positions/duties scan the QR codes, it will be automatically recorded in their cloud file after. Through this program setting, the circulation trajectory and usage of a reel can be analyzed. This function is mainly completed by background programs and cloud servers. After the QR code in the binding machine is provided on a reel, artificial identification needs to be performed. However, this identification mode is inefficient and improves the usage cost of the binding machine.

[0005]For another example, Chinese Design Patent “CN307092714S” disclosed a winding reel for a binding machine (with a QR code identifier), wherein it can be seen from FIG. 1 that the QR code is provided on an end plate of the winding reel and located on an outer side of a rotating shaft of the winding reel. By assembling the winding reel in the binding machine, the position of the QR code will change continuously with the rotation of the winding reel when the binding machine is in a working state. Thus, when the winding reel stops rotating, it is difficult to identify the QR code since the QR code is not located at a fixed position.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

[0006]In order to solve the problem in the prior art that the QR code on an existing reel is low in identification efficiency, poor in identification effect and difficult to be identified, the present invention provides a binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information.

[0007]To achieve the above objective, the binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information in the present invention employs the following technical solutions.

[0008]A binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information is provided, comprising a casing, and a wire feeding mechanism, a wire guiding mechanism, a wire cutting mechanism and a wire winding mechanism which are arranged in the casing, wherein a reel hatch is arranged in the casing, a reel support shaft and an identification device are arranged in the reel hatch, and the identification device is arranged in the middle of the reel support shaft.

[0018]Compared with the existing binding machines, the binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information in the present invention has the following beneficial effects. The reel support shaft is used to support the wire reel, and the cavity in the middle of the wire reel is correspondingly mounted on the reel support shaft when in use. When an iron wire is drawn, the wire reel rotates around the reel support shaft. By providing the identification device in the middle of the reel support shaft, if the QR code on the wire reel is also correspondingly provided in its cavity and located at a position corresponding to the identification device, no matter where the wire reel stops rotating, the identification device can scan and read the information of the wire reel on the QR code, thus ensuring that the QR code is easily identified, and avoiding the problem that the QR code cannot be identified or is not identified clearly when it is located at different positions.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

[0030]A binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information is provided, referring to FIG. 2, comprising a casing 1, and a wire feeding mechanism 2, a wire guiding mechanism 3, a wire cutting mechanism (not shown) and a wire winding mechanism 4 which are arranged in the casing 1. The wire feeding mechanism 2 is configured to convey an iron wire to the wire guiding mechanism 3; the wire guiding mechanism 3 is configured to guide the iron wire into a circular shape so as to wind round a rebar; the wire cutting mechanism is configured to cut off the iron wire; and, the wire winding mechanism 4 is configured to tighten the iron wire wound around the rebar. Of course, some existing binding machines are also equipped with a braking mechanism 5 which is configured to brake the wire reel 6 when the wire feeding mechanism 2 stops feeding the wire. The structures, connection relationships and operation processes of the above mechanisms belong to the prior art and will not be repeated here.

[0031]Referring to FIG. 2, a reel hatch 11 is also arranged in the casing 1, wherein, the reel batch 11 is used to accommodate the wire reel 6. However, it should be noted that the wire reel 6 is not a part of the binding machine, and the wire reel 6 and the iron wire wound around the wire reel 6 are environment characteristics. In other words, when the binding machine is sold alone, there is no wire reel 6 in the reel hatch 11. During binding and knotting of a rebar, it is necessary to load the wire reel 6 into the casing 1 to perform the rebar binding operation. In this embodiment, to describe the structure of the binding machine more clearly, this embodiment will be described in combination with the wire reel 6 with the corresponding structure.

[0032]Referring to FIGS. 3-5, an identification device 7 and a reel support shaft 12 for supporting the wire reel 6 in a rotatable manner are arranged in the reel hatch 11, and the identification device 7 is arranged in the middle of the reel support shaft 12. A controller electrically connected to the identification device 7 is also arranged in the casing 1. Referring to FIGS. 6-7, the wire reel 6 comprises an integrally formed shaft barrel 61 and two end plates 62. The two end plates 62 are arranged at both ends of the shaft barrel 61, respectively. An accommodating cavity 63 for accommodating an iron wire is formed by an outer circumferential wall of the shaft barrel 61 and the end plates 62, and the iron wire is wound on the shaft barrel 61 and located in the accommodating cavity 63. A hole-shaped structure 64 (i.e., a space located in the middle of the shaft barrel 61) is provided on the shaft barrel 61, and a QR code corresponding to the position of the reel support shaft 12 is provided in the hole-shaped structure 64. The QR code has a code pattern characterizing the basic information of the wire reel 6, and this code pattern is an encrypted code pattern. During use, when the wire reel 6 stops rotating, since the position of the QR code on the wire reel 6 corresponds to the position of the identification device 7, no matter where the wire reel 6 stops rotating, the identification device 7 can scan and read the information of the wire reel 6 on the QR code, thus ensuring that the QR code can be easily identified, and avoiding the problem that the QR code cannot be identified or is not identified clearly when it is located at different positions.

[0033]As an improvement, a sunken portion 121 is arranged in the middle of the reel support shaft 12, and the identification device 7 is arranged in the sunken portion 121. Specifically, referring to FIGS. 3-5, the reel support shaft 12 is of a hollow cylindrical structure, and the hollow space in the middle of the reel support shaft 12 is the above-mentioned sunken portion 121. One end of the reel support shaft 12 is detachably connected to the reel hatch 11, while the other end of the reel support shaft 12 supports the wire reel 6 in a rotatable manner. The identification device 7 is also connected to the reel hatch 11 and located in the hollow space in the middle of the reel support shaft 12, and can identify the QR code after passing through the hollow space in the middle of the reel support shaft 12 and the hole-shaped structure 64 of the shaft barrel 61. By providing the sunken portion 121 on the above reel support shaft 12, it can be connected to the wire reel 6, and the identification device 7 can be arranged in the sunken portion 121, so that the identification device 7 can be protected from damage. In addition, the structure is also simple and easy to assemble. To improve the identification effect of the identification device 7, the identification device 7 is arranged coaxially with the reel support shaft 12 and the hole-shaped structure 64 of the shaft barrel 61. Thus, the identification device 7 can directly face the QR code, and the identification effect of the QR code can be improved.

[0034]As other alternative solution, the reel support shaft 12 may also be of a columnar structure, and the identification device 7 is arranged on the reel support shaft 12 and protruded from the reel support shaft 12. By protruding the identification device 7 from the reel support shaft 12, the identification device 7 can be closer to the QR code, thus shortening the time for identifying the QR code and improving the efficiency of identifying the QR code.

[0035]As an improvement, referring to FIG. 5, a support portion 122 is arranged on the reel support shaft 12, and the support portion 122 is a circular structure sleeved on the reel support shaft 12. Referring to FIGS. 6-7, the hole-shaped structure 64 mentioned above comprises an embedding portion 641 located on the outer side and a shaft hole 642 located on the inner side, which are arranged concentrically and have circular cross-sections. The embedding portion 641 has a diameter greater than that of the shaft hole 642, and the embedding portion 641 is adapted to the support portion 122 in shape and size. When the wire reel 6 is assembled on the reel hatch 11, the embedding portion 641 of the wire reel 6 is fitted with the support portion 122 in a rotatable supporting manner, so that the wire reel 6 can rotate around the reel support shaft 12. The above structure is simple, and easy to manufacture and assemble. As a further improvement, a partition plate 65 is arranged in the shaft hole 642, and the QR code is arranged on the partition plate 65. The arrangement of the partition plate 65 can facilitate the arrangement of the QR code in the shaft hole 642.

[0036]As an improvement, referring to FIG. 5, a reel locking portion 123 is arranged in the middle of the reel support shaft 12, and the reel locking portion 123 is used to lock the wire reel 6 so as to prevent the wire reel 6 from falling off after being mounted on the reel fixing shaft. As a preferred scheme, a locking groove is arranged in the middle (close to the inner wall of the wire reel 6) of the reel support shaft 12, and the locking groove is a circular-shaped groove (i.e., the above mentioned reel locking portion 123). Correspondingly, an elastic locking bar 66 is arranged inward the shaft hole 642 of the wire reel 6 on the side close to the identification device 7, and a snap-fitting block 661 is provided at the end of the elastic locking bar 66. When the wire reel 6 is assembled on the reel hatch 11 and the embedding portion 641 is fitted with the support portion 122, the snap-fitting block 661 on the elastic locking bar 66 is snapped into the locking groove. Due to the locking up effect between the snap-fitting block 661 and the locking groove, the wire reel 6 is fixed in the reel hatch 11 to prevent it from falling off. When the wire reel 6 needs to be taken out, an outward pulling force is applied to the wire reel 6, and the elastic locking bar 66 is elastically deformed, so that the wire reel 6 is taken out.

[0037]As an improvement, a light filling device (not shown) is also arranged on the reel support shaft 12. When the wire reel 6 stops rotating, the identification device 7 scans and reads the information on the QR code. Since the light in the casing 1 is dark, the light filling device will provide a light source during the scanning process of the identification device 7, so that it is easier to scan and read the QR code. As an optional implementation, the light filling device may be an LED or light emitting diode.

[0038]As an improvement, a through hole 67 running through to the shaft hole 642 is formed on the shaft barrel 61, and the aperture of the through hole 67 is greater than the diameter of the iron wire. When the iron wire is wound on the accommodating cavity 63, the head end of the iron wire passes through the through hole 67 and is knotted in the inner cavity of the shaft hole 642. The aperture of the iron wire after being knotted is greater than that of the through hole 67. Thus, when the iron wire is exhausted or insufficient for next binding, the knotted part of the binding wire can be blocked and snapped at the through hole 67, so that it can effectively prevent the head end of the iron wire to fall off from the shaft barrel 61 and enter the casing 1 to affect the operation of the binding machine. In addition, the knotted part of the head end of the iron wire will not affect the normal rotation and normal use of the wire winding reel 6.

[0039]As a preferred implementation, a Bluetooth device (not shown), or a wireless communication device (not shown), or a combination of them, or other communication method is also provided in the casing 1, as long as data transmission can be realized. A memory (not shown) is also provided in the casing 1. The communication device and the memory may adopt the existing communication methods, and will not be repeated here. When the wire reel 6 stops rotating during use, the identification device 7 scans and reads the information on the QR code, and the processor decrypts the encrypted information. When there is no communication connection, the memory stores the data; and, when there is a communication connection, the information of the wire reel 6 is uploaded to a mobile phone or PC through a communication module, for example, a WIFI module.

[0040]As a preferred implementation, the reel hatch 11 comprises a reel groove 111 arranged on the casing 1 and a cover plate covered on the reel groove 111, and the cover plate is movably connected to the reel groove 111. Specifically, a casing 1 locking device is arranged on the casing 1; and, one end of the cover plate is hinged to the casing 1, while the other end of the cover plate is fitted with the casing 1 locking device. The above-mentioned casing 1 locking device may be an existing latch structure, snap-fitting structure or the like. When in use, the casing 1 locking device is opened, and the cover plate is then rotated for opening, so that the reel groove 111 is opened. When the wire reel 6 is loaded in the reel groove 111, the cover plate is rotated for closing, and the cover plate is locked on the casing 1 by the casing 1 locking device. The above mechanism is simple and easy to operate.

Claims

1. A binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information, comprising a casing (1), and a wire feeding mechanism (2), a wire guiding mechanism (3), a wire cutting mechanism and a wire winding mechanism (4) which are arranged in the casing (1), a reel hatch (11) being arranged in the casing (1), wherein, a reel support shaft (12) and an identification device (7) are arranged in the reel hatch (11), and the identification device (7) is arranged in the middle of the reel support shaft (12).

2. The binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information according to claim 1, wherein the identification device (7) is arranged coaxially with the reel support shaft (12).

3. The binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information according to claim 1, wherein, the identification device (7) is protruded from the reel support shaft (12).

4. The binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information according to claim 1, wherein, a sunken portion (121) is arranged in the middle of the reel support shaft (12), and the identification device (7) is arranged in the sunken portion (121).

5. The binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information according to claim 1, wherein, a support portion (122) is arranged on the reel support shaft (12).

6. The binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information according to claim 1, wherein, a reel locking portion (123) is arranged in the middle of the reel support shaft (12).

7. The binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information according to claim 6, wherein, a locking groove is arranged in the middle of the reel support shaft (12), the locking groove is an annular groove, and the annular groove is the reel locking portion (123).

The binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein, the reel hatch (11) comprises a reel groove (111) arranged on the casing (1) and a cover plate covered on the reel groove (111), and the cover plate is movably connected to the reel groove (111).

The binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information according to claim 8, wherein, a casing (1) locking device is arranged on the casing (1); and, one end of the cover plate is hinged to the casing (1), while the other end of the cover plate is fitted with the casing (1) locking device.

10. The binding machine having function of identifying wire reel information according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein, a light filling device is also arranged on the reel support shaft (12).
