Specifically, “one” in one embodiment may refer to “one,” while in another embodiment, it may refer to “more than one.” Therefore, these terms should not be considered as limiting the actual number of the elements of the present disclosure.
The First Embodiment
[0034]Referring to
[0035]Referring to
[0036]The mounting portion 111 may have assembly holes 111b, which are used to fix the air intake component 11 and are adapted to the mounting holes 21c of the toilet seat. The assembly holes 111b may have a relatively large diameter to accommodate toilet seats of different sizes. For example, in the embodiment shown in
[0037]Further, the air intake component 11 may include an adjustment plate 115 connected to the mounting portion 111. The adjustment plate 115 is movably provided within the assembly hole 111b. In some embodiments, the assembly hole 111b may be round, rectangular, or elliptical, etc., to accommodate toilet seat mounting holes 21c with different spacings and positions, improving the versatility of the air intake component 11. The adjustment plate 115 matches the assembly hole 111b and has a mounting slot 115a with a length greater than the diameter of the toilet seat mounting hole 21c. After the adjustment plate 115 is installed in the assembly hole 111b, it can rotate relative to the mounting portion 111 within the assembly hole 111b, changing the relative position of the mounting slot 115a to align with the toilet seat mounting hole 21c. This allows the toilet seat to be securely fixed to the toilet bowl 21 using fasteners such as bolts.
[0038]Additionally, in some embodiments, after the adjustment plate 115 is installed in the assembly hole 111b, its upper surface may not protrude beyond the upper surface of the mounting portion 111. For example, the upper surface of the adjustment plate 115 may be flush with the upper surface of the mounting portion 111 or may be recessed relative to the upper surface of the mounting portion 111, improving the structural compactness of the air intake component 11 and preventing excessive thickness that could increase the height of the toilet seat relative to the top edge of the toilet bowl 21, thus affecting user comfort.
[0039]In other embodiments, the air intake component 11 may undergo further modifications. For example, as shown in
[0040]The toilet deodorizing device 10, including the air intake component 11, the air intake mechanism 13, and the ventilation and drainage assembly 15, is as described above. The air intake component 11 includes a mounting portion 111 and an extension portion 113 connected to the mounting portion 111. The mounting portion 111 is arranged at a top edge of a toilet bowl 21, and the extension portion 113 extends into the toilet bowl 21. The extension portion 113 has a hollow structure and an air intake opening 113a. The mounting portion 111 has a hollow structure and an internal ventilation channel 111a that communicates with the air intake opening 113a to allow airflow. The air intake mechanism 13 includes a fan assembly 131 that communicates with both the ventilation channel 111a and the air intake opening 113a. The ventilation and drainage assembly 15 is arranged between the toilet waste outlet 21b and the sewage channel 30a and communicates with the fan assembly 131. The fan assembly 131 draws air through the air intake opening 113a and directs it from the ventilation and drainage assembly 15 into the sewage channel 30a, discharging the odors from the toilet bowl 21 into the sewage channel 30a and preventing the odors from spreading into the restroom.
[0041]Due to the mounting part 111 being installed at a top edge of a toilet bowl 21, as an independent accessory for the toilet 20, users do not need to purchase a special toilet 20 or perform destructive modifications to the existing toilet 20. They can conveniently install the air intake component 11 onto the existing toilet 20, modifying the existing toilet 20, thereby enhancing convenience and reducing the cost of deodorization modification for the toilet 20. The design of the extension portion 113 extending into the toilet bowl 21 allows the fan assembly 131 to more easily extract air with a higher concentration of odor molecules from the toilet bowl 21a, thus more quickly discharging the more odorous air from the toilet bowl 21a into the wastewater channel 30a, improving deodorization efficiency and reducing the overall energy consumption of the toilet deodorizing device 10.
[0042]Continuing with reference to
[0043]In other embodiments, the housing 133 and the air intake component 11 can together form part or all of the toilet seat ring. In other words, in this embodiment, the air intake component 11 and the fan assembly 131 of the air intake mechanism 13 are integrated into the toilet seat ring 23. The toilet seat ring 23 can have all the functions of the air intake component 11 while also providing rigid support for the fan assembly 131 and protecting it. Configuring the intake opening 133a and exhaust port 133b on the toilet seat ring is also relatively easier, thus simplifying the structure of the toilet deodorizing device 10, reducing the number of components, and improving the compactness of the toilet deodorizing device 10.
[0044]The ventilation and drainage component 15 can have various structural forms. Referring to
[0045]With reference to
[0046]The hollow body 1531 of the hollow bolt 153 can have external threads, which are used to adapt to external nuts, washers, and other accessories to securely fix the hollow bolt 153 in the toilet installation hole 21d. The end 1534 of the hollow bolt 153 opposite the hollow body 1531 can be installed in the toilet 20's toilet flange, thus reinforcing the toilet 20's fixation on the ground or floor.
[0047]As is well known, in some regions, a closet flange 31 may be provided between the toilet waste outlet 21b and the wastewater channel 30a. The closet flange 31 is fixedly connected to the wastewater channel 30a and secured to the installation floor. Additionally, the toilet 20 is also securely connected to the closet flange 31 via toilet installation bolts and nuts, providing the final effect of fixing the toilet 20 to the installation floor. In this case, the exhaust flange 151 can be placed on top of the closet flange 31, between the toilet waste outlet 21b and the closet flange 31. A sealing ring can be provided between the exhaust flange 151 and the closet flange 31 for sealing, and the exhaust flange 151 and the closet flange 31 can be connected via the end part 1534 of the hollow bolt 153. Of course, in some embodiments, the closet flange 31 can be omitted, and the exhaust flange 151 can be directly positioned corresponding to the toilet waste outlet 21b and the wastewater channel 30a.

[0052]With reference to
[0053]In this embodiment, the branch pipe 1553 can be protruded from the highest point of the mounting cover plate 1581, away from the installation ground of the toilet 20, and perpendicular to the installation ground of the toilet 20, as shown in
The Second Embodiment
[0054]The second embodiment of the present application discloses a toilet deodorizing device 10 applied to a water closet carrier system, which includes an air intake component 11, an air intake mechanism 13, and a ventilation component 15′. The air intake component 11 includes a mounting portion 111 and an extension portion 113 connected to the mounting portion 111. The mounting portion 111 is arranged at a top edge of a toilet bowl 21, and part or all of the extension portion 113 extends into the toilet bowl 21, including extending into the downward concave part of the toilet bowl 21a (
[0055]Unlike the first embodiment, the ventilation component 15′'of the second embodiment is connected to the exhaust duct 20e of the toilet carrier 25 of the water closet carrier system. The toilet carrier 25 is generally fixed to the ground, and the corresponding toilet 20 is generally fixed to the toilet carrier 25 in a wall-mounted manner. The exhaust duct 20e of the toilet carrier 25 is correspondingly arranged above the drainage pipe 20f behind the wall where the toilet 20 is installed. The ventilation component 15′may include a fixed or deformable hollow connecting pipe 154 and a ventilation part 156. The connecting pipe 154 is connected to the air intake mechanism 13, and the ventilation part 156 is connected to the exhaust duct 20e. The ventilation part 156 may adopt a T-joint or side connection pipe structure, and it can be connected to the exhaust duct 20e using flexible or rigid connections, enabling the fan assembly 131 to suck in air through the intake opening 113a and direct the air from the ventilation component 15′ into the exhaust duct 20e. In this embodiment, the air does not need to pass through the sewage pipe, reducing mutual interference, and allowing the odor to be expelled more quickly and easily. Other structures and working principles of the toilet deodorizing device 10 can refer to the first embodiment of this application, which will not be repeated here.
[0056]Although the present disclosure has been described and illustrated with preferred embodiments and several alternatives, it is not limited to the specific descriptions contained in this specification.
