A multilink structure provides for a stabilizer system for an expansion section of an expandable structure, such as for a slide-out of a recreational vehicle. The stabilization system can be securely mounted onto either the chassis or the extension track, offering versatility for different configurations. Due to space constraints on the chassis, the stabilizer is engineered to remain horizontally aligned when retracted, maximizing available space. The primary connection point for the multilink stabilizer system is the chassis structure, with the outer wall attached as a secondary support. During deployment, the outer wall ingeniously combines pushing and rotational forces to smoothly extend the stabilizer assemblies outward. Once fully extended, the stabilizer adopts a fully vertical position, providing vital stability and support for the expansion section or slide-out. The stabilization system can eliminate the need for manual adjustment and alignment, thereby offering users a seamless and hassle-free experience.

A mobile expandable structure can expand both outward, from at least one side thereof, and rearward, from a back side thereof. When expanded, the mobile expandable structure can provide an expansion of about 2.5 to about 3 times the original living space provided by the main structure. The structure may be on an electric chassis and the structure can include a solar array that is disposed, in the stowed configuration, over the main structure. The solar array is expandable to cover some or all of the expansion sections when in the expanded configuration. The expansion sections can include pivotable floor members that pivot downward upon expansion of each 10 expansion section. Side walls of the side expansion may be unfolded to provide sides of the side expansion section.

A sofa bed can solve the problem of where to place a sofa in a smaller space or inside a recreational vehicle. The sofa can be completely flattened out to become a sofa bed. When not needed or when space is limited, the sofa bed can be folded directly against the wall. The sofa bed can include a back support cushion, a seat cushion and a leg rest. The back support and seat cushions can be supported by a frame underneath. A system of spring-loaded rods can be under the leg rest. These parts can be completely flattened or turned into a sofa, with the leg rests covering the frame underneath the sofa. The sofa can be folded to the wall, controlled by hydraulic rods at the bottom. The legs of the sofa bed and the hydraulic rods can be designed to not protrude from the wall when folded.

Foldable wall systems that greatly reduce traditional wall building processes are contemplated. Suitable foldable wall systems comprise a plurality of panels that form a wall. The panels can be stored or deployed from a housing that is mounted on one or more vertical columns. It is contemplated that the panels comprise one or more track elements that travel within one or more tracks to guide the panels between the stored and deployed configurations.

A foldable origami-shaped furniture assembly includes floor panels including a first floor panel and a second floor panel. The first and second floor panels are pivotally moveable between a folded position and a deployed position. A table includes a first member and a second member. The first and second members are pivotally moveable between a folded position and a deployed position. A plurality of chairs, each chair is adapted to be in a folded state and in an expanded state. A cable that passes through the table and the chairs such that the cable is passively pulled when the first and second floor panels become coplanar and the first and second members become coplanar. Each chair is expanded with a front leg of the leg sliding along a channel for expanding the chair. A plurality of legs support the table in the deployed position.

An expandable home structure can expand outward from at least one side thereof to expand the living space once the home is delivered to a desired location. The expansion process includes raising two roof panels from a side edge of its main structure, where the roof panels follow a track so that an outer one of the two roof panels can, once fully raised, slide outward along front and rear walls of the expansion section so that the roof panels form a box gable roof structure over the expansion section.

An expandable structure has an expansion section with side wall panels that can stack into and be deployed from a wall enclosure central housing. A track can be deployed on the wall enclosure for facilitating the movement of wall panels into and out of the central housing. This innovative configuration not only enables efficient and accurate storage of each wall panel within the central enclosure but also concurrently serves as the foundational support structure for the cabin. After the wall panels are deployed and the structure is fully expanded, the wall panels can be tightened together to provide sound and weather protection.

A sofa bed system has four primary components, including a base unit that functions as a storage shell system and serves to delineate, for example, the separation between the living room and kitchen areas. The sofa seat portion includes the sofa seat frame, sofa seat pad, and seat support. The sofa backrest portion encompasses the sofa backrest, backrest frame support, and armrest. The remaining sofa bed components include the bed pad, bed frame, bed frame support and gas spring mechanism. The sofa bed can be stored within the base unit with the sofa seat pad and the sofa backrest pad being disposed outward, hiding much of the sofa bed framework there behind. The sofa bed can be initially opened into a sofa configuration and further opened into the bed configuration through a unique unfolding process.

A foldable enclosure can turn an outdoor spa or swimming pool into its indoor counterpart, allowing the pool or spa to be used when the outdoor temperature is cold or when the weather is bad. An expandable room-like structure can cover the pool or spa in the back yard of the house. When the structure is not used, it can be retracted so it does not occupy much space in the house or in the back yard. The enclosure can include a sliding cover that can be used to cover up the pool and to allow people to walk on it. The expandable structure includes a sliding outer wall, two rotating side walls, a sliding wall seal, and several roof blocks.
