A bracket assembly comprising a bracket member and a shim member. The bracket member can be attached to an outside surface with a shim member being positioned therebetween. The configuration of the shim member is likewise disclosed, as is a method of assembling the bracket assembly, a method of assembling the shim member and methods of use are likewise disclosed.

A method, system and splice apparatus comprise a first wall bracket to couple to a first support member. A second wall bracket is coupled to a second support member, the first and second wall brackets comprising a composite material. A splice apparatus includes a first end, a second end, a first side, and a second side on an opposite side of the splice apparatus from the first side of the splice apparatus, the first end of the splice apparatus disposed proximate to a second end of the first wall bracket and the second end of the splice apparatus disposed proximate to a first end of the second wall bracket. The splice apparatus is fastened to at least one of the first wall bracket and the second wall bracket to maintain substantial alignment of the first wall bracket with the second wall bracket.

A system for assembling a bracket assembly comprising a base, a coupling guide block, at least one bracket support block and at least one backer guide block. The coupling guide block is coupled to the base and includes a bracket receiving bore on one side and at least one backer receiving bore on an opposite side. The at least one bracket support bracket is coupled to the base and spaced apart from a first side of the coupling guide block. The at least one backer guide block is coupled to the base and spaced apart from a second side of the coupling guide block. Methods are likewise disclosed.

An adjustable support system has a base bracket member, a clip member, and an outer bracket. The base bracket member has a first end wall that overlays a substrate, a body wall extending outwardly therefrom and a second end wall opposite the first end wall. The clip member has a base bracket member coupling, and a projecting arm. The base bracket member coupling is attached to the first end wall and overlies a portion of the body wall. The projecting arm is spaceable apart from the body wall. The outer bracket has a spanning wall with inner and outer sides. An outer end wall extends from the outer side. The spanning wall is slidably positionable between the body wall of the base bracket member and the at least one clip member, to sandwich the same. Wall assemblies and methods are likewise disclosed.

A system for assembling a bracket assembly comprising a base, a coupling guide block, at least one bracket support block and at least one backer guide block. The coupling guide block is coupled to the base and includes a bracket receiving bore on one side and at least one backer receiving bore on an opposite side. The at least one bracket support bracket is coupled to the base and spaced apart from a first side of the coupling guide block. The at least one backer guide block is coupled to the base and spaced apart from a second side of the coupling guide block. Methods are likewise disclosed.

An adjustable support system has a base bracket member, a clip member, and an outer bracket. The base bracket member has a first end wall that overlays a substrate, a body wall extending outwardly therefrom and a second end wall opposite the first end wall. The clip member has a base bracket member coupling, and a projecting arm. The base bracket member coupling is attached to the first end wall and overlies a portion of the body wall. The projecting arm is spaceable apart from the body wall. The outer bracket has a spanning wall with inner and outer sides. An outer end wall extends from the outer side. The spanning wall is slidably positionable between the body wall of the base bracket member and the at least one clip member, to sandwich the same. Wall assemblies and methods are likewise disclosed.

A method of installing a plurality of brackets. A bracket is provided as is a story pole. A plurality of brackets are releasably attached to the story pole. The story pole is positioned proximate an outside surface to which the plurality of brackets is to be attached. The first one of the plurality of brackets is attached to the outside surface in a desired orientation. The second, as well as any other brackets, is attached to the outside surface in a desired orientation. The story pole is released from the brackets leaving the plurality of brackets attached to the outside surface in alignment in at least one dimension.

A bracket assembly comprising a bracket member, and a backer. The bracket member comprises a plurality of fibers contained within a resin matrix. The at least one bracket member includes a body wall and at least one end wall oriented one of oblique and perpendicular to the body wall along at a first end thereof. The bracket member defines a bracket member stiffness. The backer is positioned over a portion of at least one of an inner surface and an outer surface of the at least one end wall. The backer comprises a metal member, and the backer defining a backer stiffness. The bracket member stiffness is between two and twenty times greater than the backer stiffness.

A wetout box apparatus is comprised of a breaker container, a first insert member, a second insert member, and a plurality of breaker bars. The breaker container is to store a volume of resin therein, the breaker container including a first slot and a second slot that allow a mat to enter and exit the breaker container, respectively. The first insert member is to be disposed within the breaker container on a first side of the breaker container. The second insert member is to be disposed within the breaker container on a second side of the breaker container. The plurality of breaker bars are coupled to the first and second insert members, the plurality of breaker bars forming a snaking path for the mat between the first slot and the second slot.

A method, system and splice apparatus comprise a first wall bracket to couple to a first support member. A second wall bracket is coupled to a second support member, the first and second wall brackets comprising a composite material. A splice apparatus includes a first end, a second end, a first side, and a second side on an opposite side of the splice apparatus from the first side of the splice apparatus, the first end of the splice apparatus disposed proximate to a second end of the first wall bracket and the second end of the splice apparatus disposed proximate to a first end of the second wall bracket. The splice apparatus is fastened to at least one of the first wall bracket and the second wall bracket to maintain substantial alignment of the first wall bracket with the second wall bracket.
