A flexible tube container comprising tube head and a skirt formed from a multi-layer polymeric material produced as a blown film, the skirt comprising a longitudinal weld or join, the multi-layer polymeric material comprising a thickness of between 200 and 400 micrometers, said multi-layer polymeric material comprising two polyethylene (PE) based surface layers, at least two non-metallic barrier layers, and a plurality of PE based inner layers between said surface layers, wherein the multi-layer polymeric material comprises pigments in several inner layers.

A head for manufacturing a flexible tube is described. The head includes a pump and a shoulder. The pump includes a pump mechanism equipped with a piston sliding axially in a pump body and a push button mounted on the piston and equipped with a dispensing orifice for dispensing the product sucked by the pump. The shoulder is a single-piece component which is delimited externally by an annular peripheral bearing face. The bearing face surrounds a visible segment equipped with a central orifice, where the pump body is configured to be mounted. The shoulder includes a ring formed by an annular wall which extends axially upwards surrounding the central orifice to receive the push button and guide its sliding.

A device for applying a cosmetic product in stick form, aligned on a main axis. The device includes a cup, a guide, and a tubular sheath. The cup receives the stick and includes a radial lug. The guide includes a tubular body with an upper exit opening of the stick and a lower insertion opening for the cup. The cup is mounted to slide axially. The guide includes an axial slot extending upward from the bottom, traversed by the cup's lug. The axial slot is open at the level of the upper opening. The tubular body is rotatably mounted within the tubular sheath. The sheath includes an internal helical groove that receives the lug. Rotation of the guide relative to the sheath causes an axial movement of the cup between extreme extended and retracted positions. The helical groove is open at the upper end-of-stroke.

A devices for dispensing and applying a fluid product includes a reservoir for the fluid product and a dispensing and application head. The reservoir extends along a longitudinal axis. The head includes a body mounted on the reservoir and an applicator that protrudes outward and extends inward to contact the product. The applicator translates relative to the body between a rest position and a fluid product dispensing position reached by a pressure on an applicator end. The applicator includes opening and closing means for opening and closing the device cooperating with a dispensing orifice of the body so as to prevent the dispensing of the fluid product when the applicator is in the rest position and with means for returning the head to the fluid product dispensing position so that the applicator returns automatically to the rest position.

The A fluid product dispenser includes a reservoir for the fluid product, a dispensing pump that is attached to the dispensing head by an upper portion of the dispensing pump, an actuating part that is attached to the reservoir and can move axially from a rest position to a product dispensing position, and cam ring that is rotatable relative to the actuating part. The actuating part includes first cam means that cooperate with second cam means on the cam ring such that the axial movement is obtained by a conversion of a rotational movement of the actuating part relative to the cam ring. The axial movement allows the dispensing pump to be actuated. The cam ring further includes at least one first locking means that cooperates with at least one second locking means on the dispenser so as to block the rotational movement of the actuating part relative to the cam ring when the actuating part is in the low rest position.

A dispensing head for a fluid product is adapted to mount on a fluid product reservoir of a dispenser. The dispensing head includes a pump actuator, and a locking system. The pump actuator is capable of moving along a main longitudinal axis (X) from a rest position to a product dispensing position, and vice versa. The locking system for the actuator enables the actuator to be locked and/or unlocked. The locking system include an actuating means and a ring. The actuating means is capable of moving in a translational movement in a plane perpendicular to the main axis (X) from a locking position of the actuator to an unlocking position of the actuator, and vice versa. The ring capable of moving in a rotational movement about the main axis.

A receptacle for a cosmetic product is described. The receptacle has a longitudinal axis and comprises a base, a cover for said base, a ring, and a hinge. The ring is mobile in rotation with respect to the base about said longitudinal axis. The hinge member is mobile in rotation with respect to the base with said ring to allow the cover (i) to pass between a closed position and an intermediate position by rotation about said longitudinal axis and (ii) to pass between said intermediate position and an open position by tilting the cover with respect to the base while maintaining the cover secured to the base. The base includes an opening for circulation of said hinge member. The ring conceals said opening.

A head for a tube includes a flexible skirt. The head includes an annular shoulder, an exposed inner annular portion, an annular peripheral bearing face, and an annular shoulder face. The annular shoulder extends from the central portion in a substantially radial direction. The exposed inner annular portion of the shoulder is configured to be visible after assembly of the head with the flexible skirt. The annular peripheral bearing face of the shoulder against which an upper end segment of the flexible skirt is intended to be folded back to enable it to be welded. The annular shoulder face projects with respect to the peripheral bearing face. The annular shoulder face has, in axial section, an opening angle (β) greater than 125° with respect to the peripheral bearing face.

A fluid product dispenser comprising: includes a fluid product dispensing head, a fluid product container, a dispensing pump attached to the dispensing head by an upper portion of the dispensing pump, an actuating part attached to the container and capable of an axial movement, and a cam ring that is rotatable relative to the actuating part. The actuating part includes first cam means co-operating with second cam means of the cam ring such that the axial movement is achieved by a transformation of a rotary movement of the actuating part relative to the cam ring. The axial movement cause the dispensing pump to be actuated.

A tube includes a tube head and a tube sleeve extending along a main axis (A), The tube sleeve includes a substrate layer, and a metallic foil. The metallic foil includes a metallic layer arranged at least locally on an external face of the substrate layer and forming locally the most external layer of the sleeve. The metallic foil is engraved by a micro embossed pattern which presents a depth less than 20 μm.
