Two sub-methods are used together to produce a nozzle unit for a liquid dispenser. The methods include adding a nozzle plate into a nozzle channel of a nozzle unit using an assembly tool which elastically expands the nozzle channel. The assembly tool is inserted in the nozzle channel and expands same, thus moving the nozzle plate into its final position where it remains after the assembly tool is removed. The methods also include attaching a filter to a nozzle unit carrier. In a preparation step, a flat filter material is positioned on the end face of the carrier. Only after the filter material is positioned and a connection of the filter material to the end face is established, a separation process is carried out by which the filter material is cut to surround the end face. The filter material positioned on the end face and cut in situ remains.

A liquid dispenser having a liquid reservoir for storing liquid, an elongated nasal applicator, a nozzle plate with a plurality of nozzle openings at a distal end of the nasal applicator through which liquid is discharged, and a conveying device conveying liquid from the liquid reservoir to the nozzle openings. The conveying device has a movable pressure element serving to pressurize the liquid for discharge. The conveying device has an actuating handle, displaceable for the purpose of actuation, from a starting position into an actuated end position. The actuating handle and the pressure element are connected via a spring accumulator loaded by displacement of the actuating handle into the end position and which accumulator subsequently moves the pressure element. The actuating force stored in the accumulator subsequently continues to move the pressure element once actuation has already concluded and thus brings about an ongoing discharge.

What is proposed is a nasal dispenser ( 10 ) for the nasal application of liquids in atomized form, in particular for children. The nasal dispenser ( 10 ) has a nasal applicator ( 40 ) which is for dispensing the liquid and is formed by an outer component and an inner component, which together define a vortex chamber and at least one inlet channel into the vortex chamber. In the case of components that are stationary in relation to one another, especially tapered inlet channels ( 96 ) for generating a high liquid velocity in the vortex chamber ( 98 ) are proposed. The cross-sectional area of the inlet channel ( 96 ), that is aligned transversely to the flow direction ( 4 ) in the inlet channel, at its narrowest point or the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the inlet channels, that are aligned transversely to the flow direction ( 4 ) in the inlet channels ( 96 ), at their respective narrowest points is at most 0.05 mm 2 . In the case of a design in which the inner component ( 60 ) is arranged movably in the outer component ( 50 ), in particular for the purpose of obtaining a valve function, it is conversely proposed to design the outlet opening ( 54 ) with a narrowest cross section of at most 0.05 mm 2 .

A delivery head for a fluid dispenser for coupling to a fluid store. The delivery head has a nozzle unit with a plurality of fine nozzle openings with a maximum clear cross-section of 0.02 mm 2 . The protective cap is configured to encourage the fluid to remain in the nozzle openings for a long time, or to remove the fluid from the nozzle openings in a targeted fashion.

A liquid dispenser having a liquid reservoir and a discharge head secured thereto, an outlet valve with a pressure chamber and an opposite valve chamber. The liquid reservoir and the valve chamber are each connected at least in phases to a surrounding atmosphere by a ventilation channel. The two channels provided for this purpose, the reservoir ventilation channel and the valve ventilation channel, are separate channels with separate inlets on an outer face of the discharge head.
