Methods, systems, and apparatuses are provided for timer handling in conditional mobility in a wireless communication system, wherein a method of a User Equipment (UE) comprises receiving a configuration of at least one candidate cell including a first candidate cell, starting or restarting a first timer, for time alignment, associated with the first candidate cell in response to receiving a Medium Access Control (MAC) Control Element (CE) indicating a Timing Advance (TA) associated with the first candidate cell, and if the UE determines to initiate a conditional Layer 1 (L1)/Layer 2 (L2) Triggered Mobility (LTM) Cell switch on the first candidate cell, the UE starts a timeAlignmentTimer with a value based on remaining time of the first timer associated with the first candidate cell.

Methods, systems, and apparatuses are provided for timer handling in mobility in a wireless communication system, wherein a method of a User Equipment (UE) comprises receiving a configuration of one or more candidate cells including at least a first candidate cell, starting or restarting a first timer, for time alignment, associated with the first candidate cell in response to receiving a Medium Access Control (MAC) Control Element (CE) indicating a Timing Advance (TA) associated with the first candidate cell, if the UE performs a first MAC reset in response to a reconfiguration with sync, a Layer 1 (L1)/Layer 2 (L2) Triggered Mobility (LTM) Cell switch, or a conditional LTM Cell switch on the first candidate cell, the UE does not stop the first timer in response to the first MAC reset.

A method and device for a UE-to-Network (U2N) Relay User Equipment (UE) are disclosed. In one embodiment, the U2N Relay UE establishes at least one PC5 connection (or PC5 unicast link) with at least one child UE and establishes a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection with a network node. Furthermore, the U2N Relay UE receives a Sidelink Relay Adaptation Protocol (SRAP) Data Protocol Data Unit (PDU) on a Uu Relay Radio Link Control (RLC) Channel from the network node, wherein the SRAP Data PDU includes a header and a data field and wherein the header includes a BEARER identity (ID) field and a UE ID field.

Methods, systems, and apparatuses are provided for configuration of User Equipment (UE)-initiated beam reporting in a wireless communication system, wherein a method for a UE comprises being configured with a plurality of report configurations comprising a first report configuration associated with an event and a second report configuration not associated with any event, and being configured with one or more trigger states associated with one or more report configurations, wherein the UE does not expect that any trigger state of the one or more trigger states is associated with the first report configuration associated with the event and the second report configuration not associated with any event.

A method and device for channel state information reference resource. In one embodiment, a User Equipment (UE) is configured to report Channel State Information (CSI) to a base station. Furthermore, the UE measures reference signal on a symbol in a slot for reporting the CSI. In addition, the slot is determined based on transmission direction of frequency resource to be measured for the CSI.

Methods, systems, and apparatuses are provided for handling Store and Forward (S&F) configurations in a wireless communication system, wherein a method of a User Equipment (UE) comprises transmitting a request message during a first procedure, receiving a response message in a first cell in response to the request message, wherein the response message includes a wait time and a list of satellite identities (IDs), starting a first timer based on the wait time, and determining whether the UE is allowed to attempt the first procedure on the first cell when the first timer is running based on whether the response message is an accept message or a reject message.

A method and device for an Intermediate UE-to-Network (U2N) Relay User Equipment (UE) are disclosed. In one embodiment, the Intermediate U2N Relay UE establishes a first PC5 connection with a Remote UE and establishes a second PC5 connection with a last U2N Relay UE. The Intermediate U2N Relay UE also receives paging information from the Remote UE. Furthermore, the Intermediate U2N Relay UE transmits the paging information received from the Remote UE to the last U2N Relay UE. In addition, the Intermediate U2N Relay UE detects a radio link failure to the first PC5 connection with the Remote UE. Also, the Intermediate U2N Relay UE transmits information indicating a paging information release associated with the Remote UE to the last U2N Relay UE in response to detecting the radio link failure.

Methods, systems, and apparatuses are provided for handling resources for User Equipment (UE)-initiated beam reporting in a wireless communication system, wherein a method of a UE comprises being configured with a first Serving Cell associated with a first Timing Advance Group (TAG) and a second Serving Cell associated with a second TAG, wherein the first TAG is a Secondary Timing Advance Group (STAG), being configured with a UE-initiated (UEI) beam reporting configuration associated with the second Serving Cell, wherein the UEI beam reporting configuration contains information associated with one or more Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resources on the first Serving Cell and information associated with one or more Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) resources on the second Serving Cell, and clearing or releasing the one or more PUSCH resources and the one or more PUCCH resources in response to expiry of a timer of the first TAG.

A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example, a User Equipment (UE) triggers a first Power Headroom Report (PHR). The UE receives one or more uplink grants indicative of a first Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) and a second PUSCH on a second serving cell, wherein the first PUSCH at least partially overlaps with the second PUSCH in time domain. The UE selects the first PUSCH, from among the first PUSCH and the second PUSCH, based on one or more first characteristics of the first PUSCH and/or one or more second characteristics of the second PUSCH. The UE determines the first PHR for the second serving cell based on the first PUSCH. The UE transmits a PHR Medium Access Control (MAC) Control Element (CE), include the first PHR, to a network node that configured the UE to report one PHR for one serving cell.

Methods, systems, and apparatuses are provided for transmission in access procedures in a wireless communication system, wherein a method of a first device comprises receiving a first message, from a reader, for initiating a random access procedure, performing a first Device-to-Reader (D2R) transmission for Message 1 (Msg1), to the reader, for the random access procedure, wherein the first D2R transmission for Msg1 comprises a first Identity (ID), receiving a Message 2 (Msg2) message including multiple IDs, wherein the multiple IDs comprise at least the first ID, and wherein the Msg2 message includes a single size indication associated with the multiple IDs, deriving or determining a data packet size based on the single size indication in the Msg2 message; and performing a second D2R transmission in response to the Msg2 message, wherein the second D2R transmission comprises a data packet with the data packet size.
