Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving a request to create an electronic representation of a past event (that occurred at a first location during a first time period); identifying stored data that had been captured by sensors (the stored data comprising first data that had been captured at a second location during a second time period and second data that had been captured at a third location during a third time period); obtaining the plurality of stored data that had been identified; and generating the electronic representation of the past event (the electronic representation of the past event comprising at least a first element from the first data and at least a second element from the second data). Aspects may include identifying parameter attribute information for functions associated with CM, PM, and/or FM performed in a RAN which is associated with a CU, a DU, an RU and/or one or more applications; comparing the parameter attribute information; adjusting, according to the one or more comparisons, the parameter attribute information resulting in normalized parameter attributes by applying a mapping matrix (or other analysis technique or data structure) to at least a portion of the parameter attribute information; and providing the normalized parameter attributes to the CU, the DU, the RU, and/or the one or more applications, which in some embodiments enable a subsequent function(s) to be performed for the CM, the PM, and/or the FM. Described techniques can enable seamless handover of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) between base stations. Aspects may include obtaining measurements reports of a group of target base stations. Each measurement report includes a target height threshold of a target base station. Further embodiments can include receiving a notification that a UAV communicatively coupled to a serving base station has exceeded a serving height threshold of the serving base station, selecting a first target base station from the group of target base stations based on a first target height threshold of the first target base station, and providing instructions to the serving base station to perform a handover of the UAV from the serving base station to the target base station based on the selection. The serving base station performs the handover of the UAV to the target base station based on the instructions. Other embodiments are included.

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining, by a first user device, first and second locations of the first user device and a second user device; displaying, by the first user device, a virtual representation (spatially indicating the first and second user devices); receiving, by the first user device, input (indicating that the first user desires to communicate with the second user device); sending, by the first user device to a server, a request to establish a communication link between the first and second user devices (the request including the second location); identifying by the server a communication address for the second user device (the communication address being identified based on the second location that had been in the request); and facilitating by the server, via use of the communication address, the communication link between the first and second user devices. Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving a request to create an electronic representation of a past event (that occurred at a first location during a first time period); identifying stored data that had been captured by sensors (the stored data comprising first data that had been captured at a second location during a second time period and second data that had been captured at a third location during a third time period); obtaining the plurality of stored data that had been identified; and generating the electronic representation of the past event (the electronic representation of the past event comprising at least a first element from the first data and at least a second element from the second data). Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining, over a network, first authentication information associated with a user; analyzing the first authentication information to determine a first authentication and to determine a confidence level for the first authentication; selecting a type of second authentication information from among a group of different authentication queries for a second authentication; providing a request for the second authentication information to an end user device associated with the user; receiving the second authentication information from the end user device; and authenticating the user according to the second authentication information based on a completeness threshold, where at least one of the selecting of the type of second authentication information or the completeness threshold is based on the confidence level. Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a method including receiving first neighbor cell information from a first user equipment (UE) operating in a first terrestrial service cell, where the first neighbor cell information includes a first physical cell identification (PCI) of a first neighbor cell and a cell type indicator detected by the first user equipment. The method further includes generating a database that cross-references the first PCI, the cell type indicator and a location of the first UE and analyzing a correlation among the first PCI, the cell type indicator and the location of the first UE to identify anomalies indicative of a non-terrestrial neighbor cell. No handover or neighbor list updates may take place for the non-terrestrial neighbor cell. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining, by a processing system including a processor, a location of a user device; comparing, by the processing system, the location of the user device to an area at which an event is occurring; responsive to the comparing, determining by the processing system that the user device is spatially associated with the event that is occurring; and invoking, by the processing system, an event mode app on the user device. Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving, over a network, a captured reaction of a user experiencing a stimulus, where the stimulus is presented during accessing of an application by the user at an end user device; analyzing the captured reaction by a comparison with a baseline reaction of the user that is previously obtained; and providing an authentication over the network to the end user device in response to the comparison. Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining first data associated with a plurality of user equipment devices that are communicating with at least one access point of a wireless terrestrial network, wherein the first data indicates a respective location of each user equipment device, a respective in-use wireless frequency that each user equipment device is using for communicating with the at least one access point, and one or more respective potential wireless frequencies that each user equipment device is capable of using for wireless communication; obtaining second data associated with a satellite access point of a wireless non-terrestrial network, wherein the second data indicates a current location of the satellite access point, a future predicted location of the satellite access point, and one or more wireless satellite frequencies that will be available for use by the satellite access point when at the future predicted location in order to communicate with one or more of the user equipment devices; and selecting, based upon the first and second data, at least one user equipment device of the plurality of user equipment devices to offload its data communication to the satellite access point.
