A method includes a) determining a unique identifier of a piece good to be stored; b) determining whether the dimensions of the piece good are known; c) positioning a piece good having known dimensions in a placement region according to a predefined placement specification; d) repeating steps a)-c) until it is detected that a last piece good has been placed in the placement region e1) the placed piece goods are moved in a storage direction, and e2) a removal regime is created on the basis of the dimensions of the placed piece goods, the removal regime comprising at least one removal instruction; f1) a removal instruction is executed; f2) a check is carried out as to whether additional removal instructions need to be executed, and steps f1) and f2) are repeated until all removal instructions of a removal regime have been executed.

The present disclosure relates to a gripper and a method for moving piece goods. The gripper has a deposit table extending in first and second directions and a gripping assembly guide arrangement having a gripping assembly. The gripping assembly has a unilaterally flexible chain including a bending limitation device, a first end remote from the gripping assembly guide arrangement and a second end close to the gripping assembly guide arrangement. The unilaterally flexible chain is moved and is deflected by a deflection device in an articulation direction at an angle of between 70-110° to the first direction. The unilaterally flexible chain is arranged in such a way that pushing forces are transmitted to a piece good, and the unilaterally flexible chain has an alignment device which, in the non-articulated state, holds the chain links in a mutually non-pivoted, stretched alignment.

Devices for separating piece goods are provided. The devices include a first recording device, a second recording device, a conveyor comprising a gripper and a control device coupled to the conveyor and configured to cause the gripper to pick one of a plurality of piece goods based on one or more images from the first recording device, the second recording device to take a first image of the picked piece good, the gripper to rotate the picked piece good by a predetermined angle about an axis and the second recording device to take a second image of the picked piece good. Methods of separating piece goods are also provided.

Separating devices for a blister tube include a blister tube feed device comprising a first transport means and an associated first transport means bearing, a blister discharging device arranged downstream of the blister tube feed device and comprising a second transport means and an associated second transport means bearing, a first drive coupled to the first transport means, and a second drive coupled to the second transport means, and a control device coupled to the first and second drives, the control device configured to temporarily exert a tensile force on the second portion of the blister tube in the transport direction with the aid of the second transport means, the tensile force being dimensioned in such a way that the second portion of the blister tube is separated from the first portion of the blister pouch at a separation aid. Methods and packaging devices using separating devices are also provided.

An operating device for piece goods is provided. The operating device includes a first gripping jaw, a second gripping jaw opposed to the first gripping jaw along a lengthwise axis, the first and second gripping jaws having opposed inner surfaces, an actuation unit configured to rotate the first and second gripping jaws into a position in which one of: the inner surfaces are aligned parallel to each another, and a distance between upper portions of the opposed inner surfaces is greater than a distance between lower portions of the opposed inner surfaces. Machine implemented methods and additional operating devices are also provided.

Systems for storing piece goods are provided. The systems include a picking device having storage locations configured to store piece goods and a separating device. The separating device includes a feed device, a conveyor having a gripper and a control device coupled to the conveyor. The control device is configured to cause the gripper to pick a piece good based on images from a first recording device, a second recording device to take a first image of the picked piece good, the gripper to rotate the picked piece good by a predetermined angle about an axis and the second recording device to take a second image of the picked piece good. Methods of storing piece goods are also provided.

A drug picking device includes a drug picking shelf device, including a pair of vertical struts, a rear wall connected to the pair of vertical struts, a pair of side wall elements each connected to an associated vertical strut, and a storage floor arranged between the side wall elements, wherein the associated vertical strut has a central portion to which a corresponding side wall element is fastened and from which a first support wing and a second support wing extend mirror-symmetrically to one another, the first and second support wings each having a connection portion connected to the rear wall and a support portion carrying a corresponding corner portion of the storage floor, wherein the connection portion runs parallel to and rests against the rear wall, and wherein the support portion extends at an acute angle relative to the connection portion in a direction pointing away from the rear wall.

A storage container for a storage and dispensing station for small piece goods, in particular drugs or dietary supplement products, is provided. The storage container includes a housing with an on the inside circular cylindrical section, a separating device arranged in the on the inside circular cylindrical section including a base body and multiple channels, the channels being open to the outer periphery of the separating device and each channel having a peripheral wall and two radial walls, and a retainer. At least one radial wall and/or the peripheral wall includes a depression and/or an elevation to reduce a contact area between a small piece good and the channel wall, the shape and size of the depression/elevation being selected in such a way that an electrostatic attraction between the small piece good and the channel wall is reduced. Methods of dispensing from a storage container are also provided.

An operating device for piece goods is provided. The operating device includes a first gripping jaw, a second gripping jaw opposed to the first gripping jaw along a lengthwise axis and a gripping jaw guide coupled to the first and second gripping jaws. The first and second gripping jaws each have inner surfaces and a distance between upper portions of the inner surfaces is greater than a distance between lower portions of the opposed inner surfaces in a first position of the first and second gripping jaws. The first and second gripping jaws are configured to lift cylindrical piece goods from below.

A commissioning device is provided that includes storage surfaces for storing piece goods, a delivery table, elongated clamping jaws disposed above the delivery table and a clamping jaw guide apparatus. The clamping jaw guide apparatus includes a frame structure, first and second guides disposed in parallel with the frame structure, clamping jaw carriages coupled to the first and second guides, the clamping jaw carriages driven in parallel with the frame structure. First clamping jaw carriages are associated with the first guide and second clamping jaw carriages are associated with the second guide, wherein at least two of the plurality of clamping jaw carriages are coupled to each of the clamping jaws. A first drive element is connected to the first clamping jaw carriages and a second drive element is connected to the second clamping jaw carriages at a distance from the first drive element along the delivery table.
