An implantation device for prompt subcutaneous implantation of a sensor to measure a physiological signal of an analyte in a biofluid of a living body is disclosed. The implantation device includes a housing, an implantation module, a detachable module and a bottom cover. The housing has a bottom opening. The implantation module includes an implanting device and a needle extracting device. The detachable module includes the sensor detachably engaged with the implantation module; and a base configured to mount the sensor thereon. The bottom cover is detachably coupled to the bottom opening so that the housing and the bottom cover together form an accommodating space. The implantation module and the detachable module are accommodated in the accommodating space. The bottom cover has an operating portion configured to bear a force, and a supporting portion is formed on the opposite end of the operating portion.

The implantation module and the detachable module are accommodated in the accommodating space. The bottom cover has an operating portion configured to bear a force, and a supporting portion is formed on the opposite end of the operating portion.

A patch for increasing an adhesive strength of a physiological parameter detection device on a skin surface includes a backing and a peelable sheet. The backing is disposed with an adhesive layer having an adhesive surface. The adhesive surface includes a central adhesive portion and an outer adhesive portion, and, upon the central adhesive portion is exposed, the patch is caused to apply a pressure toward the physiological parameter detection device so as to allow the central adhesive portion to be adhered to a top surface of the physiological parameter detection device. The peelable sheet, which is detachably adhered to the adhesive surface for preserving the adhesive surface, includes an inner peelable portion and an outer peelable portion. After the central adhesive portion is exposed, the outer peelable sheet continuously provides a supporting force for the backing so as to allow the backing to be easily and evenly adhered.

The present invention provides a method for reducing measurement interference of a micro biosensor, wherein the micro biosensor is used to measure a target analyte in a biofluid during a period, and the period includes first sub-time zones and second sub-time zones. The method includes performing a interference eliminating action in the T1 zone, in which a second sensing section of the micro biosensor consumes an interferant, performing a measurement action in a first T2 zone, in which a first sensing section of the micro biosensor measures and outputs a physiological signal, performing the interference eliminating action in the next T1 zone to consume an interferant, performing the measurement action in the next T2 zone to measure and output a physiological signal, and so on, to obtain a value data of the physiological parameter in all respective T2 zones during the period, and to reduce a measurement interference.

A physiological signal monitoring device includes a base and a transmitter. The base is provided with a biosensor. The transmitter is removably coupled to the base, and includes a casing and an electrostatic-discharge protective unit. The casing has a socket for the biosensor to be removably inserted thereinto. The electrostatic-discharge protective unit is disposed to at least surround the periphery of the socket to dispel static electricity when electrostatic discharge occurs.

A method for activating a physiological signal sensing device through a handheld device to measure a physiological signal of an analyte in biological fluids is provided. The physiological signal sensing device includes a transmitter including a power unit, a switch unit, a magnetic field sensing unit and a processing unit. The method includes: establishing an inductive magnetic field between the handheld device and the transmitter, causing the magnetic field sensing unit to generate an inductive signal; in a first operating cycle, activating the switch unit by the inductive signal, causing the power unit to connect to the processing unit to activate the processing unit; providing an activation signal by the processing unit to turn on the switch unit; causing the switch unit to enter a self-maintaining state; and in a second operating cycle, connecting the power unit to the processing unit through the switch unit in the self-maintaining state.

An implantable micro-biosensor includes a substrate, a first working electrode, at least one second working electrode, and at least one counter electrode. The first working electrode includes a first sensing section driven by a first potential difference to measure a physiological signal. The second working electrode includes a second sensing section driven by a second potential difference to consume an interfering substance. The counter electrode cooperates with the first working electrode to measure the physiological signal, cooperates with the second working electrode to consume the interfering substance, and selectively cooperates with the first or second working electrode to regenerate silver halide.

A physiological signal monitoring device includes a base, a biosensor mounted to the base, a transmitter, and a sealing unit. The base is adapted to be mounted to a skin surface of a host. The biosensor includes a mounting seat and a sensing member that is mounted to the mounting seat. The sensing member is adapted to be partially inserted underneath the skin surface of the host for measuring an analyte of the host and to send a corresponding physiological signal. The transmitter is for receiving and transmitting the physiological signal, and has a bottom portion. The transmitter covers the base while the bottom portion faces the base. The sensing member is coupled to the transmitter. The sealing unit is used to seal paths through which a liquid possibly penetrates into an interior of the physiological signal monitoring device so as to avoid damage of the device.

An air-tight desiccating container for storing therein a sensor to be implanted into a subcutaneous portion of a living body is disclosed. The air-tight desiccating container includes a housing, an implanting module, a detachable module mounted on the housing, a bottom cover and a desiccating element. The housing includes an accommodating space and a bottom opening having a first joint portion. The implanting module is mounted in the housing and includes a needle implanting device and a needle extracting device. The detachable module includes the sensor having a chemical reagent for measuring a physiological signal from the living body having a skin surface and a lower mount base configured to assemble the sensor thereon. The bottom cover is detachably coupled to the bottom opening, and has a second joint portion.

A physiological signal monitoring device includes a base and a transmitter. The base is provided with a biosensor. The transmitter is removably coupled to the base, and includes a casing and an electrostatic-discharge protective unit. The casing has a socket for the biosensor to be removably inserted thereinto. The electrostatic-discharge protective unit is disposed to at least surround the periphery of the socket to dispel static electricity when electrostatic discharge occurs.
