A mounting device for a sanitary basin, preferably a sink, a washbasin or the like, for insertion into a holding device along an installation direction, is provided comprising at least one adjusting device with at least one adjusting element, wherein the at least one adjusting device interacts with a first connecting section of the sanitary basin and with a second connecting section of the holding device by means of the at least one adjusting element in such a way that a relative position of at least one part of the sanitary basin, in particular of a side wall of the sanitary basin, and of the holding device can be adjusted relative to one another in an adjusting direction transverse to the installation direction, wherein a compressive force and/or a tensile force can be applied to the sanitary basin in the adjustment direction by means of the at least one adjusting device.

A process for reprocessing composite plastic parts, for example molded parts produced from curable casting compounds, such as sanitary basins, comprising at least one filler and at least one polymer, in particular polymethyl methacrylate is provided.

A method for retrieving sanitary device data using a terminal device, preferably a mobile terminal device, is provided wherein the sanitary device data is stored in a pseudonymized form on a network device, preferably in a cloud network, wherein the sanitary device data contains information about a sanitary device, comprising the steps: the terminal device makes an initial data request; the sanitary device makes a second data request after receipt of a notification from the terminal device of at least one intended instance of the first data request being sent; the network device compares the first and second data request; the network device provides the sanitary device data to the terminal device based on the comparison of the first and second data request; the terminal device calls up the sanitary device data.

A system for controlling a sanitary unit, preferably a sanitary unit arranged at least partially in a kitchen base unit, is provided comprising a control device which can be arranged on a sanitary unit and at least one, preferably mobile, user operating device, wherein the control device and the operating device(s) are designed to communicate with one another via a continuously maintained wireless connection, wherein the user's operating command(s) can be transmitted to the control device by the operating device(s), with at least one function of the sanitary unit controlled by the control device based on the received operating command(s), with the function(s) controlled depending on the wireless connection's signal strength, with the control device designed to notify the user of the sanitary unit's status after a predeterminable signal strength threshold has been exceeded and/or fallen below and to provide controllability of the function(s) after a predeterminable time period has elapsed and/or after the user confirms the status.
