A cap assembly for a container. The cap assembly include a base, a drink spout, a closure, a tether, and a biasing device. The base is configured to be removably coupled to the container. The drink spout extends from the base. The tether retains the closure and is pivotably connected to the base at a location spaced away from the drink spout. The tether is transitionable between a closed arrangement that positions the closure over the drink spout and an opened arrangement in which the closure is spaced away from the drink spout. The biasing device biases the tether from the closed arrangement toward the opened arrangement. The cap assemblies can incorporate features to enhance handling and use, including as a drink spout format, connection of the closure over the drink spout, connection of the closure to the base via the tether, and/or other a swinging a handle.

A drink container is provided. The drink container can include a liquid container and a cap assembly coupled to the liquid container. A mouthpiece assembly of the cap assembly can define a liquid passage through which drink liquid from the liquid container may selectively flow, and can be selectively positioned between a dispensing configuration and a stowed configuration. A dust cover can cover at least a portion of the mouthpiece assembly in the stowed configuration.

A lid assembly for a drink container is provided. The lid assembly can include a lid and a slider. The lid can include an opening through which a liquid is selectively dispensed. The slider can selectively reveal the opening by sliding along the lid. The slider can include a first slider portion that can slide along a first surface of the lid and a second slider portion that can slide along a second surface of the lid.

Bite-actuated mouthpieces and drink vessels including bite-actuated mouthpieces are disclosed. Bite-actuated mouthpieces comprise a body comprising a dispensing wall, one or more sidewalls extending from the dispensing wall that with the dispensing wall define an internal volume, and an inlet to the internal volume. The self-sealing exit is biased toward a closed configuration and is configured to be selectively reconfigured from the closed configuration to an open configuration responsive to user-applied compressive forces to opposing bite regions. The dispensing wall has a dispensing face opposite the internal volume, and in some examples, the dispensing face is concave.

Drink containers include a liquid container and a cap assembly removably coupled to the liquid container. Cap assemblies include a switch, a trigger and seal bar. Upon actuating the trigger the seal bar slides back to form a drink outlet opening in the cap assembly. To hold the seal bar in an open state without additional external force from the user, the switch is slid from an unlocked position to a locked position, thereby keeping the drink outlet and a vent formed in the cap assembly open in order to cool down a warm beverage in the liquid container.

A cap assembly for a container, including a base having a handle and configured to be removably coupled to the container, a drink spout extending away from the base, a closure configured to selectively transition between a closed configuration, in which the closure is engaged with the drink spout and obstructs a passage through the drink spout, and an open configuration, in which the closure is not engaged with the drink spout and does not obstruct the passage through the drink spout, a tether coupling the closure to the base, a first portion of the tether extending around the drink spout and a second portion of the tether extending around the closure, and a magnetic closure retention mechanism configured to retain the closure in an open configuration.
