The present application provides a runoff pollution load calculation method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium, comprising: determining a target outfall in a target area for a runoff pollution load to be calculated; for any sub-catchment area corresponding to the target outfall, obtaining load characteristic factors corresponding to the current sub-catchment area and characteristic coefficients respectively corresponding to the load characteristic factors; on the basis of the load characteristic factors and the characteristic coefficients, determining a runoff pollution load corresponding to the current sub-catchment area; and determining the sum of runoff pollution loads of the sub-catchment areas corresponding to the target outfall, and correcting the sum of the runoff pollution loads on the basis of a time correction factor between a target year and a preset year, to determine a target runoff pollution load corresponding to the target outfall in the target year.

A method of timing a reservoir gate for silting reduction before a dam is provided. The method comprises: giving an into-reservoir water-silting variation curve within a preset time-length in future; predicting an ante-dam water-silting variation curve at a preset section position before a dam based on the into-reservoir water-silting variation curve; using width parameters and water depth parameters of a river channel to refine the ante-dam water-silting variation curve; and performing simulation on a 3D water-silting movement process by means of the refined ante-dam water-silting variation curve and a plurality of preset gate opening plans, and based on a simulation result, selecting a gate opening plan involving least silting before the dam or most desilting reduction before the dam from the plurality of preset gate opening plans.

A method and apparatus for predicting reaming torque in horizontal directional drilling are provided. The method includes collecting horizontal directional drilling data and initial reaming torque data corresponding to the horizontal directional drilling data; preprocessing the horizontal directional drilling data to generate multiple reaming torque prediction data elements; determining an average influence parameter of the horizontal directional drilling data influencing on the reaming torque on the basis of the multiple reaming torque prediction data elements; screening the horizontal directional drilling data on the basis of the average influence parameters to obtain different drilling data combinations; generating a linear fitting determination coefficient; and selecting a drilling data combination corresponding to a maximum linear fitting determination coefficient to establish a reaming torque predicting model, and using the reaming torque predicting model to predict horizontal directional drilling reaming torque.

An invention offers a broadband oscillation suppression method and apparatus for wind-storage combinations. The method involves several steps: first, acquiring the operational state of a wind-storage station system at an initial moment. Next, different control variables and this operational state are input into a prediction model to identify two wind turbine frequencies and their corresponding operational states for a subsequent moment. Then, these control variables and the new operational states are used in the prediction model to derive wind turbine frequencies for a third moment. Finally, a control variable from the initial moment, linked to the wind turbine frequency with the lowest value function among the two frequencies at the third moment, is selected as the final control variable for managing the wind turbine and energy storage system. The method effectively reduces regulation costs during broadband oscillation suppression, enhancing the operational safety and stability of the wind-storage station.

A self-maintaining and anti-scouring device for an offshore wind power pile foundation is provided. The self-maintaining and anti-scouring device comprises: a plurality of fixing parts configured to be fixedly disposed on seabed; an installation part disposed above the plurality of fixing parts and configured for installing wind power equipment; and a sand-screening part, comprising a sand-screening ring and an impeller both of which are disposed below the installation part, wherein a seawater inlet, a stirring chamber and a sand outlet are disposed on the sand-screening ring in sequence from a top to a bottom of the sand-screening ring, and a seawater outlet is disposed on a side surface of the sand-screening ring to communicate to the stirring chamber, wherein the impeller is rotatably disposed in the stirring chamber. The impeller is horizontally rotated in the sand-screening ring to separate sand and seawater in the stirring chamber through a centrifugal force.

Provided is an onshore wind turbine generator set having a compressed energy storage system, the set includes a wind turbine generator set, an air compressor set, an air expander set and a motor generator which are provided in a wind turbine generator compartment, and a combined air storage device provided outside the wind turbine generator compartment; the motor generator has a first input shaft and a first output shaft, the first input shaft is connected to the wind turbine generator set by a first clutch, and the first output shaft is connected to the air compressor set; the combined air storage device includes a first air storage device provided in a tower barrel and a second air storage device provided underground, and the inner cavity of the first air storage device is in connection with the inner cavity of the second air storage device.

A method, apparatus, and system are disclosed for network-wide fixing of widelane ambiguities based on ionospheric correlation. The method involves: dividing a continuous operational reference system (CORS) network into ambiguity calculation units; collecting four or more groups of fixed widelane ambiguities within these units; constructing a regional ionospheric delay model; and judging false fixes against this model. If fewer than four groups of remaining widelane ambiguity data exist, the process exits. Alternative widelane ambiguity values and corresponding widelane ionospheric delays are then calculated. Finally, it's determined if these alternative values meet a judgment condition. Ionospheric delays corresponding to unfixed widelane ambiguities are interpolated via spatial correlation, using fixed widelane ambiguities within the CORS region. This enables fixing remaining unfixed widelane ambiguities using larger wavelength widelane observed values and verifies correctly fixed widelane ambiguities.

The present disclosure provides an annular anchor installing instrument and an annular anchor installing method, relating to the technical field of ocean engineering. The annular anchor installing instrument includes an installation tube, a pump body assembly, a lifting portion and an installation portion. One end of the installation tube is provided with a cover body, and the other end of the installation tube is configured to be an open end for cooperating with the top of the annular anchor. The pump body assembly is arranged on the cover body, and used to vacuum the interior of the installation tube. The lifting portion is arranged on the cover body, and used to connect with a hoist. The installation portions are removably arranged on the cover body, and used to connect with the hoist and the anchor chain of the annular anchor, respectively.

According to the method, accurate evaluation of a photovoltaic power generation operation situation and accurate determining of the photovoltaic power generation abnormality are realized, and a brand new perspective is provided for operation management of the photovoltaic station.
