An adjustable toolbar system for an agricultural implement including a linkage assembly configured to be positioned between a main frame of a toolbar and a row unit, an actuator configured to couple to the main frame of the toolbar and to the linkage assembly, a sensor configured to generate a signal indicative of a down pressure applied by the row unit to a soil surface during planting operations, and a controller configured to output control signals to the actuator based on the signal to adjust the down pressure applied by the row unit to the soil surface during the planting operations.

An agricultural harvester includes a threshing assembly configured to thresh crop material received from a feeder of the agricultural harvester. The threshing assembly, in turn, includes a concave and a rotor positioned relative to the concave such that a gap is defined between the concave and the rotor. Furthermore, the agricultural harvester includes an actuator configured to move the concave relative to the rotor to adjust a size of the gap. Additionally, the agricultural harvester includes a tailings assembly configured to receive incompletely threshed crop material that has passed through the concave. Moreover, the agricultural harvester includes an imaging device configured to capture image data depicting the incompletely threshed crop material present within the tailings assembly and a computing system communicatively coupled to the imaging device. As such, the computing system is configured to determine an amount of the incompletely threshed crop material present within the tailings assembly based on the captured image data. In addition, the computing system is configured to control an operation of the actuator based on the determined amount of the incompletely threshed crop material present within the tailings assembly.

A header to be coupled to an agricultural machine, such as harvesters of tall and stemmed plants, and sugar cane and sorghum harvesters. The header includes at least one base cutting assembly mounted in a floating manner in relation to a structural frame of the header through at least one pantographic arm and at least one actuator.

An extractor for an agricultural harvester includes an extractor housing extending from an extractor inlet to an extractor outlet. The extractor housing is configured to receive debris at the extractor inlet and direct the debris outwardly from the harvester at the extractor outlet. The extractor also includes an extractor blade assembly positioned within the extractor housing, with the assembly comprising a plurality of extractor blades. Each extractor blade includes a cutting portion and a suction portion. When the extractor blades are rotated in a rotational direction within the extractor housing, the suction portion of each extractor blade is configured to generate a suction force within the extractor housing for directing the debris from the extractor inlet to the extractor outlet; and the cutting portion of each extractor blade is configured to cut at least a portion of the debris being directed from the extractor inlet to the extractor outlet.

A system for an agricultural harvester includes a material processing system configured to receive a flow of harvested materials. A first sensor assembly is configured to capture data associated with a first mass flow rate. A second sensor assembly is configured to capture data associated with a second mass flow rate. A computing system is communicatively coupled to the first and second sensors. The computing system is configured to determine a first mass flow rate of the flow of the harvested materials based at least in part on the data received from the first sensor assembly, determine a second mass flow rate of the flow of the harvested materials based at least in part on the data received from the second sensor assembly, and determine an error between the first mass flow rate and the second mass flow rate.

A system for an agricultural vehicle includes a base cutter assembly operably coupled with a frame. A vehicle height control system may be configured to alter a position of the base cutter assembly. A sensor system may include a first field sensor configured to capture terrain data associated with a terrain of the field. A computing system may be configured to receive an input related to a defined offset of the base cutter assembly relative to the field, receive the terrain data from the sensor system, determine a terrain variation of the field based on the terrain data, determine a detected position of the base cutter assembly relative to the field based on the detected terrain variation, and actuate the vehicle height control system based on a variation between a defined height of the base cutter assembly and a detected height of the base cutter assembly.

A system and method enable the insertion and removal of a header in a harvesting machine in a simple and practical manner. In one aspect, a system for assisted assembly of a header on a combine harvester includes a camera, in which the captured images are sent to a multimedia center, a viewing support to provide a focus adjustment to the captured images, a sight grid, and a depth limiter.

A method for monitoring the stability of an agricultural harvester includes receiving position-related data associated with a current position of one or more actuatable components of the agricultural harvester and speed-related data associated with a current speed of the agricultural harvester. The method also includes determining an initial overturn angle for the agricultural harvester based at least in part on the position-related data, and adjusting the initial overturn angle based at least in part on the speed-related data to generate a speed-adjusted overturn angle for the agricultural harvester. Additionally, the method includes comparing a current stability angle of the agricultural harvester to at least one threshold angle determined based at least in part on the speed-adjusted overturn angle, and executing a control action when it is determined that the current stability angle of the agricultural harvester exceeds the at least one threshold angle.

A cleaning assembly for an auger of an agricultural header includes at least one lug configured to extend axially outwardly beyond an axial end of a shaft of the auger. The at least one lug is configured to engage crop material positioned between the axial end of the shaft and a shield and to move the crop material toward a flighting of the auger.

An agricultural harvester includes a forward frame. The agricultural harvester further includes a first base cutter and a second base cutter supported adjacent to each other in a lateral direction on the forward frame. Moreover, the agricultural harvester includes a central row divider supported on the forward frame, where the central row divider is aligned at least partially between the first and second base cutters along the lateral direction and extends at least partially forward of the first and second base cutters along a fore-aft direction. Additionally, the agricultural harvester includes a central cutter supported at least partially rearward of a forward end of the central row divider and forward of the first and second base cutters along the fore-aft direction, where the central cutter is configured to cut crop guided by the central row divider.
