The invention provides an intermittent catheter comprising a hollow polymeric tubular body comprising a base polymer and further comprising an amphiphilic additive at and/or on an outer surface of the body, wherein one or both of the base polymer and the additive are independently cross-linked and/or the base polymer and additive are cross-linked with each other.

The invention provides an intermittent catheter comprising a hollow polymeric tubular body comprising a base polymer and a lubricious additive, wherein the lubricious additive comprises an amphiphilic molecule having a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance below 8.

The invention provides an intermittent catheter comprising a hollow polymeric tubular body comprising a base polymer and a layer comprising a lubricious additive on or comprising a surface of the body, wherein the lubricious additive comprises an amphiphilic molecule.

A port is provided for use with a wound dressing. The port has piercing means to change the configuration of wound dressing for use in a pressure gradient wound therapy apparatus or for use without a pressure gradient wound therapy apparatus. The port is for connecting a non-atmospheric pressure source to a wound dressing. It comprises a first aperture configured to connect to the non-atmospheric pressure source; and a wound dressing contact surface. The wound dressing contact surface includes a second aperture in fluid communication with the first aperture and configured to allow fluid communication with the wound dressing. The piercing means is configured to pierce the wound dressing as the wound dressing contact surface of the port is applied to the wound dressing.

A wound dressing is selectively configurable for use in a pressure gradient wound therapy system and for use without a pressure gradient wound therapy system. The wound dressing can include a covering layer, an aperture and a base plate. the base plate can be configured to sealingly receive a connector part.

A wound dressing is selectively configurable for use in a pressure gradient wound therapy system and for use without a pressure gradient wound therapy system. The wound dressing can include a covering layer, an aperture and a microbial barrier. The microbial barrier can be arranged to cover the aperture.

A packaged kit of parts is provided for use with a selectively configurable wound dressing. The kit is arranged within a sealed package.

A wound dressing is selectively configurable for use in a pressure gradient wound therapy system and for use without a pressure gradient wound therapy system. The wound dressing can include a pressure distribution layer and a covering layer. The covering layer includes an indicia, the indicia denoting the optimal position in the covering layer to create an aperture to provide fluid communication between the pressure distribution layer and a source of non-atmospheric pressure.

The present disclosure provides a coupling assembly ( 12 ) for an ostomy appliance ( 10 ) comprising a clamp arrangement ( 60 ), a first coupling and a second coupling. The clamp arrangement ( 60 ) comprises a clamp ring ( 61 ) mounted to the first and/or second coupling and a clamp locked mounted to the clamp ring ( 61 ). The clamp lock ( 80 ) is adjustable into a locked configuration to lock the clamp ring ( 61 ) in the clamped configuration. The clamp lock ( 80 ) comprises a clamp actuator ( 81 ) moveable radially relative to the inner circumference ( 62 ) to unlock the clamp lock ( 80 ) from the locked configuration.

A wetting device for wetting a catheter. The wetting device has an enclosure bounding the wetting device and enclosing a chamber, the enclosure having at least two wetting device apertures in a surface of the enclosure though which a catheter tube passes. The wetting device also has a port disposed through the enclosure thereof for loading wetting agent into the chamber.
