A capacitor bank assembly includes a housing assembly and an internal assembly. The housing assembly includes an upper cover and a lower cover. The upper cover defines a cavity. The lower cover is below the upper cover in a first direction. The lower cover includes a base plate, a first protrusion, and a second protrusion. The first protrusion and the second protrusion each extend from the base plate in the first direction towards the upper cover. The internal assembly includes a circuit board removably coupled to the upper cover and a plurality of capacitors. At least a portion of each of the capacitors extends within the cavity. The capacitor bank assembly further includes a first thermally conductive layer disposed between the circuit board and a first protrusion upper surface and a second thermally conductive layer disposed between the circuit board and a second protrusion upper surface.

An exhaust sampler includes a sensor assembly enclosure. A portion of the exhaust sampler is coupled to an exhaust conduit in an exhaust aftertreatment system. A sensor is coupled to the exhaust conduit and configured to monitor a level of at least one constituent in exhaust. The exhaust sampler is positioned around the sensor. The sensor protrudes through the sensor assembly enclosure. The exhaust sampler is configured to receive a portion of exhaust in the exhaust conduit through an inlet, route the portion of exhaust to the sensor for sampling, and route the portion of exhaust back into the exhaust conduit through an outlet.

A doser mount includes an annular body portion, a plurality of legs, and a plurality of projections. The annular body portion defines a central cavity. The plurality of legs protrude from a lower surface of the annular body portion and are configured to be coupled to an outer surface of an exhaust conduit. The plurality of projections extend from an upper surface of the annular body at a plurality of circumferential positions of the upper surface of the annular body.

A reductant delivery system designed for quickly thawing reductant includes a reductant pump. The reductant pump includes a filter housing, a pump, a filter cartridge, a cover, and a startup heater. The filter housing includes a filter head, a pump chamber, and a transfer channel. The cover is coupled to the filter head to define a filter head cavity. The pump provides reductant from the pump chamber to the transfer channel. The filter cartridge includes a filter cartridge cavity within the filter head cavity. The startup heater is positioned within the filter cartridge cavity. The reductant delivery system further includes a reductant delivery system controller and a main tank that stores reductant and includes a lift pump and a temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is communicatively coupled to the reductant delivery system controller. The reductant delivery system controller receives a signal from the temperature sensor.

A gas production system includes an electrolyzer configured to provide an electrolysis gas comprising hydrogen gas and oxygen gas. The gas production system includes a housing comprising a housing inlet configured to receive the electrolysis gas from the electrolyzer. The gas production system includes a first catalyst member disposed in the housing and configured to receive the electrolysis gas from the housing inlet. The gas production system includes a second catalyst member disposed in the housing. The second catalyst member is configured to receive the electrolysis gas from the first catalyst member. The gas production system includes a first heat exchanger disposed at least partially within the first catalyst member and configured to heat the first catalyst member. The gas production system includes a second heat exchanger disposed at least partially within the second catalyst member and configured to heat the second catalyst member.

A non-transitory computer-readable media having computer-readable instructions stored thereon that, when executed by at least one controller, cause the at least one controller to cause a first doser to cease dosing a first reductant portion of a reductant to a first exhaust portion of exhaust upstream of a first catalyst member disposed in a first leg of a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system. The instructions can cause the at least one controller to cause a second doser to dose a second reductant portion of the reductant to a second exhaust portion of the exhaust upstream of a second catalyst member disposed in a second leg of the SCR system. The instructions can cause the at least one controller to determine a first conversion efficiency of the first leg while the first doser is not dosing the first reductant portion and the second doser is dosing the second reductant portion.

A filter cartridge assembly for an aftertreatment unit includes a diesel particulate filter assembly and a diesel oxidation catalyst assembly. The diesel particulate filter assembly includes a diesel particulate filter housing and a diesel particulate filter substrate assembly. The diesel particulate filter housing includes a first cylindrical body and a first arcuate flange extending from an edge of the first cylindrical body. The diesel oxidation catalyst assembly includes diesel oxidation catalyst housing and diesel oxidation catalyst substrate assembly. The diesel oxidation catalyst housing includes a second cylindrical body and a second arcuate flange extending from an edge of the second cylindrical body. The second arcuate flange is removably coupled to the first arcuate flange to releasably couple the diesel oxidation catalyst housing to the diesel particulate filter housing.

An exhaust conduit assembly includes: an exhaust conduit body defining an exhaust flow path; an injection aperture extending through the exhaust conduit body; and a doser mount portion including: an inlet port configured to receive a coolant, a channel configured to receive the coolant from the inlet port, at least a portion of the channel extending around at least a portion of the injection aperture, the channel including a first section and a second section, and an outlet port configured to receive the coolant from the channel. The doser mount portion defines a cavity configured to receive at least a portion of a dosing module and a ridge defines a base of the cavity, wherein the first portion of the channel is disposed adjacent to the cavity and the second portion of the channel is disposed adjacent to the ridge.

A mixer for an exhaust gas aftertreatment system includes an outer circumferential edge that extends in a first plane perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the mixer, a hub including a flat portion that extends in a second plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, the second plane being offset from the first plane in a direction along the longitudinal axis; a plurality of openings, each extending in a region between the hub and the outer circumferential edge of the mixer; and a plurality of fins, each extending from at least one edge of the plurality of openings.

A hydrogen purification system includes a dryer system having a plurality of dryers each having an adsorption bed for drying hydrogen gas configured to adsorb moisture in the adsorption bed from the hydrogen gas in an adsorption mode. The dryer is configured to remove moisture from the adsorption bed in a regeneration mode. The plurality of dryers includes a first dryer group having a first dryer and a second dryer. The hydrogen purification system includes a conduit system configured to connect the plurality of dryers to a hydrogen gas feed and to a hydrogen gas discharge. The first dryer and the second dryer are arranged in parallel in the adsorption mode allowing parallel flow of the hydrogen gas through the first dryer and the second dryer. The first dryer and the second dryer are arranged in series in the regeneration mode allowing series flow of regeneration gas through the first dryer and the second dryer.
