The mask body has a first side and a second side, configured to at least partially cover the entrance of a nasal and/or oral airway of the user; the connecting part has a third side and a fourth side, configured to connect to the mask body and allow gas to enter or exit the mask body; the valve assembly is provided on a through passage which is formed by extending on both sides of the connecting part and is configured to allow airflow to pass through the connecting part in one direction only. Moreover, the disclosure achieves more effective use of the mask by defining the valve assembly.
