A composite elastic wiring device includes a shell, an operating assembly and a connecting terminal disposed in the shell. The shell is formed with a wire hole. The operating assembly includes an operating member, a first elastic sheet and at least one second elastic sheet. One end of the operating member has a first abutting portion and a second abutting portion, another end of the operating member is disposed with a triggering portion outside the shell. The first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet are stacked. The first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet have a first pressing end and a second pressing end, respectively. The first and second pressing ends blocking the wire hole in order. A wire in the wire hole is pressed by the first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet.

A plug connector includes an insulating housing, a conductive terminal and a lock release assembly. The insulating housing includes a main body part and a hollow plunger. The conductive terminal is contained in the insulating housing. The lock release assembly is installed in the insulating housing and includes a locking part and an actuating part separately installed with respect to the locking part. The actuating part is pivotally connected to the main body part. The locking part includes a hinge and a lock tab. A hook is formed at an end of the lock tab away from the hinge. An action force is applied to the actuating part to drive the locking part to rotate to release the hook of the lock tab from the butt connector. In this way, the plug connector can be manufactured easily, and pressed smoothly to facilitate the release.

A terminal block with a handle structure includes an insulation base having an accommodation space, an insertion port, and a side opening. The insulation base has a limit column and a pivot part formed in the accommodation space. A conductive terminal includes a conductive body and plural lead pins, and the conductive body is positioned in the accommodation space, and the lead pin passes out from the insulation base. An elastic plate includes an abutting arm with a curved surface, a bend section sheathing the limit column, and the abutting arm is suspended on a side of the insertion port, and a pivot of the handle structure is combined with the pivot part to make a handle protrude from the insulation base, and a pressing cam abuts against the curved surface of the abutting arm, so that the handle structure may avoid damages and provide a labor-saving effect.

A high-voltage energy storage quick connector including a socket and a plug. The socket includes a hanging platform with a convex ring located on the outer circumference of the socket. An annular slot is defined on the plug. The socket and the hanging platform are inserted in the annular slot of the plug. The plug includes an elastic hook configured in a cantilever structure on the side wall of the annular slot. The cantilever structure of the elastic hook extends axially along the plug in a free state. A hook of the elastic hook is engaged with a stepped surface of the hanging platform facing away from the plug. The plug includes an operating handle disposed along an elastic deformation direction of the elastic hook, and the operating handle is connected to the plug in a locking manner along the elastic deformation direction of the elastic hook.

A jumper terminal belt structure ( 10 ) includes a metal stamping member ( 1 ) and a soft insulative body ( 2 ). The metal stamping member ( 1 ) includes multiple jumper terminals ( 11 ) and multiple connecting bridges ( 12 ) connected between the multiple jumper terminals ( 11 ). A real-time quality prediction system is disclosed, including an input device, a storage device, a processing device, and an output device. The storage device stores real-time machine status data, product specification measurement data, and algorithms. The processing device accesses the storage device to build up a quality prediction model. The quality prediction model includes a data preprocessing module and a model building module. The data preprocessing module provides a pairing procedure to form an input dataset. The model building module builds a hybrid model framework. The hybrid model framework includes setting up a minimax rule and an outbound rule and using a bidirectional long short term memory network. The input dataset is processed by the hybrid model framework to generate output data, which is outputted from the output device to define the accuracy rate.

A quality cause analysis system is disclosed, including an input device, a storage device, a processing device and an output device. The storage device stores machine status data, product measurement data, and a plurality of algorithms. The processing device accesses the storage device to establish a quality cause analysis model. The quality cause analysis model includes a quality prediction module, a network explanation module and an optimal machine prediction module. The quality prediction module predicts whether the product measurement data meets the quality inspection regulations. The network explanation module uses an explainable AI algorithm to measure the Shapley value of the state variables. The optimal machine prediction module calculates the capability of accuracy value and selects a plurality of machine status data closest to the standard center value as the optimal machine data.

The separation member ( 20 ) is secured to the insulative housing and includes a base ( 21 ) and a pressing mechanism ( 22 ) operably connected to the base ( 21 ). The pressing mechanism ( 22 ) includes a pressing portion ( 221 ) and a tail portion ( 222 ) extended outward from the pressing portion ( 221 ). The conductive wire and terminal crimping members ( 30 ) are arranged inside the insulative housing ( 10 ). When an acting force is exerted on the pressing portion ( 221 ), the pressing mechanism ( 22 ) generates deformation to drive the tail portion ( 222 ) to ascend. Accordingly, the pressing operation of the wire terminal block coupling separation member ( 1 ) is facilitated, and it is equipped with simple structure for easy installation.
