Provided is a strap fastener includes a connecting device with a first connecting part which includes a first base body and two engagement protrusions arranged rigidly on the first base body, and a second connecting part which can be placed against the first connecting part in a closing direction, is connected or connectable to a strap and includes a second base body with at least one engagement section arranged rigidly on the second base body. The at least one engagement section can be brought into engagement with the engagement protrusions of the first connecting part along an engagement direction that differs from the closing direction, so that in a connected position of the first connecting part and the second connecting part the at least one engagement section is in engagement with the engagement protrusions of the first connecting part.

A closure device includes a first closure part, including a base element and at least one closure element movably arranged on the base element with a form-fitting portion thereon, and a second closure part, which includes an engagement element with an engagement portion formed thereon. In an open position of the closure device the first closure part and the second closure part are separated from each other and can be attached to each other along a closing direction for closing the closure device. The form-fitting portion of the at least one closure element can be brought into engagement with the engagement portion of the engagement element in an engagement direction substantially transversely to the closing direction. On the at least one closure element of the first closure part a first magnetic element is arranged and on the engagement element of the second closure part a second magnetic element is arranged.

Provided is a closure device for closing an opening having at least one first closure part and at least one second closure part interact, in a magnetically attracting manner, in such a way that the opening is closed in a closed position of the closure device, and for releasing the opening the first closure part and the second closure part are displaceable into an open position, counter to a magnetic force applied by the first and second closure parts. The closure device includes at least one hold-open mechanism, via which the first and second closure parts are locked in the open position, and which counteracts a displacement of the first and second closure parts into the closed position, by means of a holding force.

A holding apparatus for holding an object on an assembly comprises a first closure part that has an insertion opening and a displacement portion adjoining the insertion opening, and a second closure part that comprises an engagement element. In order to close the holding apparatus for holding the object on the assembly, the engagement element of the second closure part can be inserted into the insertion opening of the first closure part and be displaced along the displacement direction out of the region of the insertion opening into the displacement portion, such that in a holding position the engagement element engages in the displacement portion and as a result the first closure part and the second closure part are held against one another. The first closure part comprises a first magnet element and the second closure part comprises a second magnet element.
