A system and method of cleaning an imprinting fabric used to make bath tissue, paper towel, or facial tissue, in which the imprinting fabric is washed with water from high pressure impact showers and flooding showers, and water remaining on the imprinting fabric after the step of washing is removed with a vacuum roll on a sheet side of the imprinting fabric. The system and method does not involve removing water from the fabric with a uhle box on the sheet side of the imprinting fabric.

A single or multi-ply flushable and dispersible wet wipe including a wet laid fibrous web imprinted using a structuring fabric, a binder composition comprising poly(vinyl) alcohol, poly(vinyl) acetate, poly (ethylene) (vinyl) alcohols, poly (ethylene) (vinyl) acetate, copolymers of vinyl acetate-ethylene, or combinations thereof, and one or more additives. In an exemplary embodiment, the fibrous web is wetted by a wetting solution comprising 0.1% to about 10% by weight of one of the following: (1) boric acid; and (2) boric acid and a mono or divalent salt.

A shippable bundled product including a plurality of paper product rolls each individually packaged by a first package material and arranged relative to one another so as to form a bundle. The bundle is packaged by a second package material. The second package material has a shrinkage factor relative to the bundle of less than zero.

A method for cleaning a belt of a through air drying papermaking machine in which a high pressure shower is configured to traverse across a width of the belt of the papermaking machine while ejecting water onto the belt, and a vacuum box is operatively connected to the high pressure shower. The high pressure shower has a width that is less than a full width of the belt.

A two-ply rolled Through Air Dried paper towel with high total absorption and absorption rate at a low basis weight. Further, the paper towel has a unique combination of properties including an Sdr value of greater than 30, and a Vvd value of greater than 4.

A single or multi-ply flushable and dispersible wet wipe including a wet laid fibrous web imprinted using a structuring fabric, a binder composition comprising poly(vinyl) alcohol, poly(vinyl) acetate, poly (ethylene) (vinyl) alcohols, poly (ethylene) (vinyl) acetate, copolymers of vinyl acetate-ethylene, or combinations thereof, and one or more additives. A multi-ply flushable wipe includes a ply having first and second exterior layers and a middle layer disposed therebetween. Each of the exterior layers includes at least 50% by weight natural fibers. When foam-formed, the middle layer includes at least 25% by weight natural fibers. In embodiments, the middle layer may include at least 75% by weight natural fibers. The middle layer also includes synthetic fibers that have a length within the range of 1 mm and 20 mm. The wipe may have a length weight weighted average fiber length of less than 4 mm and a wet CD strength of greater than 20 N/m. Each ply of the wipe may be formed by wetlaying the first and second exterior layers and a foam formed middle layer to form a web, imprinting the web with a structured fabric, and drying the web. The plies are then attached using a binder.

A multi-ply flushable wipe includes a ply having first and second exterior layers and a middle layer disposed therebetween. Each of the exterior layers includes at least 50% by weight natural fibers. When foam-formed, the middle layer includes at least 25% by weight natural fibers. In embodiments, the middle layer may include at least 75% by weight natural fibers. The middle layer also includes synthetic fibers that have a length within the range of 1 mm and 20 mm. The wipe may have a length weight weighted average fiber length of less than 4 mm and a wet CD strength of greater than 20 N/m. Each ply of the wipe may be formed by wetlaying the first and second exterior layers and a foam formed middle layer to form a web, imprinting the web with a structured fabric, and drying the web. A method to prepare, pulp, and bleach cannabis bast and hurd fibers to allow for the fiber to be incorporated into absorbent cellulosic structures on a wet-laid paper machine while keeping the pectin within the fibers. The wet laid paper machine can use the ATMOS, NTT, ETAD, TAD, or UCTAD method to produce the absorbent cellulosic structure. Absorbent cellulosic structures are produced with the cannabis bast and hurd fibers or with the bast fibers alone with the hurd fibers being combined with paper mill sludge or dust to form a fuel pellet.
