Emulsion of isocyanate in water. The isocyanate comprises one or more of a diisocyanate, a polyisocyanate, a derivative of a diisocyanate or a derivative of a polyisocyanate. The emulsion comprises water glass. The ratio in the emulsion of the weight of the combination of water and water glass on the one hand to the weight of the isocyanate on the other hand is preferably between 1.2 and 6.

A thermosetting resin composition comprising a melamine-based resin and one or more modifiers, wherein the total content of said modifiers is below 10%, preferably below 7%, more preferably below 5%, even more preferably below 3% by weight of the thermosetting resin.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a coated panel ( 1 ), said method at least comprising: the step of providing a top layer material ( 2 ) at least comprising a decorative layer ( 14 ) including thermosetting resin; the step of providing adhesive material ( 4 ); the step of extruding a synthetic substrate material ( 3 ) in a continuous manner; said synthetic substrate material ( 3 ) at least comprising polymeric material; characterized in that the method further comprises the step of adhering, in a continuous manner, said top layer material ( 2 ) to said substrate material ( 3 ) by means of at least said adhesive material ( 4 ), wherein said step of adhering takes place inline with said step of extruding said substrate material ( 3 ).

A method is provided for manufacturing paper printable with an inkjet printer and/or analog printing, preferably gravure printing for use as a decor paper in a laminate panel. The method may involve providing a paper layer and coating at least one side of the paper layer with an ink receiver coating. The method may also involve providing the paper layer with an ink adhesion promoter.

A decorative panel includes a substrate, a top layer and a top coating. The top layer is located between the substrate and the top coating. The uppermost surface of the top coating includes a randomized relief.

A method for manufacturing a ceramic tile may involve providing a green tile having at least a green body with an upper surface. At least a first surface covering may be provided on the upper surface of the green body. The green tile may be fired to obtain a ceramic tile having a surface structure on its upper surface.
