A connector assembly for securing a first hydrocarbon production system component to a second hydrocarbon production system component which in turn is connected to a wellbore includes a tubular connector body having a first end which is connectable to the first component, an opposite second end, a connector bore which extends axially between the first and second ends, and a cylindrical recess which extends through the second end coaxially with the connector bore and is configured to receive an upper end portion of the second component. The connector assembly further includes a plurality of locking assemblies for securing the connector body to the second component. Each locking assembly includes a locking segment which is configured to engage a locking profile on the second component to thereby secure the connector body to the second component, an outer lock screw which is threadedly received in a corresponding through hole in the connector body, and an inner lock screw which is threadedly received in a through bore in the outer lock screw. In operation, rotation of the outer lock screw operates to move the locking segment a first distance into the locking groove, and rotation of the inner lock screw relative to the through bore in the outer lock screw operates to move the locking segment an additional second distance into engagement with the locking groove.

Systems, methods, and devices for providing a joining technique for a metal part and a composite part. The joining technique in which either the metal or the composite part has at least one portion receive a laser etching treatment according at least in part to a laser configuration. Further, the joining technique in which the metal and composite parts are positioned to contact at least one etched surface. Even further, the joining technique in which a joining process is used to join the metal part and composite part to produce a unitary structure.

A flow control module includes an inlet hub coupled to a first flow passage having a first flow bore, a flow meter associated with the first flow bore and positioned for top-down fluid flow, a choke disposed in a second flow passage having a second flow bore, the second flow passage coupled to a distal end of the first flow passage, and an outlet hub coupled to a distal end of the second flow passage, the outlet hub facing in a different direction from the inlet hub.

The present disclosure is directed to a separation system having a first inlet line through which a multiphase fluid is directed; a first separator connected to the first inlet line, the first separator being configured to separate the fluid into a heavy fraction primarily comprising solids and a light fraction primarily comprising gas, oil and water, the first separator comprising a heavy fraction outlet for discharge of the heavy fraction and a light fraction outlet for discharge of the light fraction; a heavy fraction outlet line connected to the heavy fraction outlet; a light fraction outlet line connected to the light fraction outlet; a second inlet line connected to the light fraction outlet line; a second separator connected to the second inlet line, the second separator being configured to separate the light fraction into separate gas, oil and water fractions, and the second separator comprising a gas outlet for discharge of the gas fraction, an oil outlet for discharge of the oil fraction, and a water outlet for discharge of the water fraction; a gas line connected to the gas outlet, an oil line connected to the oil outlet and a water line connected to the water outlet; a plurality of electrically operated valves for controlling fluid flow through respective ones of said lines; a plurality of sensors for measuring respective characteristics of the fluid; and a system controller configured to operate the valves based on inputs from the sensors to thereby control fluid flow through said lines.

Offshore floating structure may include one or more mooring lines coupled to an elongated base for anchoring the elongated base to a sea floor. Offshore floating structure may further include a mounting platform coupled to the elongated base and configured to removably couple one or more power support components for supporting one or more offshore operations. The one or more power support components may comprise one or more renewable energy power sources, one or more alternative power sources, one or more power storage systems configured to store and provide energy generated from the one or more renewable energy power sources or the one or more alternative power sources, and one or more electric charging stations configured to receive the energy generated from the one or more renewable energy power sources or the one or more alternative power sources. Offshore floating structure may be manually, remotely, and/or autonomously operated.

A method for performing simultaneous operations at a wellsite comprising two or more adjacent wellheads, each respectively connected to a well, may include the following steps: providing a fluid supply via upstream equipment to an intermediate supply point; fluidly connecting the intermediate supply point to a single wellhead, the fluidly connecting comprising connecting a first end of a flexible pipe to the intermediate supply point and a second end of the flexible pipe to a first wellhead; performing a wellbore operation on a first well using the fluid supply from the upstream equipment supplied to the first wellhead; disconnecting the second end of the flexible pipe from the first wellhead; and connecting the second end of the flexible pipe to a second wellhead.

A submersible well fluid system for operating submerged in a body of water may include an electric machine and a fluid end. The electric machine includes a rotor and a stator residing in a first housing at specified conditions. The fluid end may include an impeller and be coupled to the electric machine. The submersible well fluid system may also include an adjustable speed drive for the electric machine in the housing. The submersible well fluid system may also include a chemical distribution system for supplying treatment chemicals to the submersible well fluid system, a barrier fluid supply system for supplying a barrier fluid to the submersible well fluid system, and a pressure management system.

Systems, methods, and devices relating to an additively manufactured multilayered structure. The additively manufactured multilayered structure may be provided by unspooling a material roll of laminate material using a roller system. A welding device may be used to apply welds between layers of the laminate material to distribute a loading between the layers during use.

Systems and methods for providing and energizing a seal gland assembly on a valve in a tubing hanger are described. A seal gland assembly comprising a first seal, a second seal, and a third seal is provided in a seal gap formed longitudinally between a spacer and a seal prep of tubing hanger threads and laterally between a bore wall of the tubing hanger and a sidewall of the valve. As the valve is threaded into the tubing hanger, the seal prep of the tubing hanger presses the first seal into the second seal, the second seal is then pressed into the third seal, pressing the third seal against the spacer compressing the first seal, the second seal, and the third seal approximately filling the seal gap.

A carbon dioxide injection line compression system, including a turbine, an oxygen combustion chamber, a storage site and main carbon dioxide storage line having a compressor. The compressor compresses carbon dioxide gas in the main carbon dioxide storage line prior to storing the carbon dioxide gas at the storage site. The oxygen combustion chamber is configured to burn a fuel in an oxygen rich environment to generate energy and a gaseous mixture comprising carbon dioxide and steam. The carbon dioxide generated in the oxygen combustion chamber is added to the main carbon dioxide storage line. The oxygen combustion chamber is in energy communication with the turbine which is, in turn, configured to drive the compressor.
