A gas detection device includes a housing, a circuit board and a detection unit. The detection unit includes a detection housing, a light source module and a detection probe. The light source module and the detection probe are disposed at two ends of the detection housing, and are electrically connected to the circuit board. A first straight line and a second straight line are defined on a plane perpendicular to a height direction of the gas detection device. The detection housing has a first projection on this plane. The first straight line extends along a length direction of the first projection. The second straight line extends along a width direction or a length direction of the gas detection device. The first straight line is inclined at an acute angle relative to the second straight line. As a result, the detection accuracy of the gas detection device is improved.

A sensor device includes a housing, a circuit substrate, a sensing element, and a sleeve. The sensor device further includes an inner cavity and a channel located on different sides of the circuit substrate, respectively. The sleeve has a cylinder wall located on a periphery of the channel. A tail end of the cylinder wall in an axial direction of the channel is sealably connected to the circuit substrate. The housing is provided with a matching part including an accommodation part and a first peripheral wall part forming the accommodation part. The sleeve is at least partially accommodated in the accommodation part. The first peripheral wall part is sealably connected to the cylinder wall. The inner cavity is not communicated with the channel. The sealing performance between the inner cavity of the sensor device and the channel is good. Also provided is a valve assembly having the sensor device.

The present application provides a heat exchanger and a manufacturing method of a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a metal substrate, the metal substrate has a fluid channel for circulating a heat exchange medium; and the heat exchanger further includes a coating, the coating includes resin, silica and titanium dioxide, and the coating is arranged to cover at least part of a surface of the metal substrate. Silica particles and titanium dioxide particles are conducive to the formation of a complex micro-nano structure, and leveling and stability of hydrophilic resin contribute to long-term maintenance of the micro-nano structure. The coating of the heat exchanger according to the present application has excellent hydrophilic durability.

A rotor assembly being an injection molded piece, which includes a first shaft sleeve and a rotor; a first injection molded body is formed by using the rotor and the first shaft sleeve as injection molding inserts to pass through injection molding; a second injection molded body is formed by at least using the first injection molded body as an injection molding insert to pass through injection molding; the second injection molded body includes a lower cover plate and a wrapping layer, the wrapping layer wrapping around at least a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the first injection molded body; the rotor assembly further includes blades, the blades being fixedly connected to the lower cover plate or the blades forming an integrated structure with the lower cover plate.

A control device includes a housing and a circuit board assembly. The circuit board assembly includes a circuit board, a processing chip, a gas detection probe and a controllable switch element. The processing chip is configured to acquire target gas information in an environment through the gas detection probe. A control end of the controllable switch element is electrically connected to the processing chip. An output end of the controllable switch element is configured for electrical connection with an external device. The processing chip is configured to control switching on or off of the controllable switch element at least according to the target gas information, thereby controlling change of an electrical signal of the external device. An air conditioner having the control device is also disclosed.

A thermal management system includes a cooling liquid circulation flow path, a refrigerant circulation flow path and a first heat exchanger. The first heat exchanger includes a first heat exchange portion and a second heat exchange portion. The cooling liquid circulation flow path includes a first heat exchange assembly, a second heat exchange assembly and a first branch. The thermal management system has a heating mode. After passing through the first heat exchange assembly, one path of the cooling liquid flows to the first branch, and another path of the cooling liquid flows to the second heat exchange assembly. The cooling liquid after flowing through the first branch and after flowing through the second heat exchange assembly merge and then flow to the first heat exchange portion. As a result, the number of heat exchangers used by the thermal management system to recover waste heat is reduced.

A sensor includes a housing, a circuit board, and a sensor chip fixed on the circuit board. The housing defines a receiving cavity and a first channel extending through the housing. The first channel communicates with the receiving cavity and an outside of the sensor. The circuit board is at least partially received in the receiving cavity. At least a part of the circuit board is bonded and fixed to the housing by a thermal conductive glue. The sensor chip is adapted for sensing at least one of a humidity signal and a temperature signal of an environment in the receiving cavity. As a result, the monitoring accuracy is relatively improved.

A gas detection device includes a casing, a detection unit, and a circuit board. The detection unit is electrically connected to the circuit board. The detection unit includes a detection casing and has an air chamber. The detection casing is located on the periphery of the air chamber and has a mating hole in communication with the air chamber. The casing has a ventilation hole. At least part of the detection unit is located inside the casing, and at least part of the circuit board is located inside the casing. The ventilation hole is in communication with the mating hole and also in communication with the outside of the gas detection device. The casing is one integral piece. This simplifies the manufacturing and installation process.
