An airless fluid dispensing apparatus, a stem-less spray valve, and a pressure relief valve are disclosed. The stem-less spray valve comprises a generally cylindrical valve body; a fluid conduit, operable to allow a flow of the fluid from a pump, at least partially through the valve body, to a spray orifice; a movable plug disposed at least partially within the valve body; a seat, shaped to conform to a shape of the movable plug; a spring disposed within the valve body. The spring biases the movable plug against the seat to prevent the fluid from flowing through the fluid conduit to the spray orifice when a fluid pressure is below a spray pressure threshold. When the fluid pressure reaches or exceeds the spray pressure threshold, the spring compresses, at least partially retracting the movable plug away from the seat, and allowing the fluid to flow through the fluid conduit to the spray orifice.

An exhaust gas cooling system for cooling catalyzed combustion exhaust gas in small power equipment is disclosed. The system includes a cooling air guide and a mixing chamber. The mixing chamber includes an intake end, an exhaust end, and at least one cooling inlet. A short length exhaust, including a catalytic converter, is operably connected to the intake end of the mixing chamber, and is operable to direct catalyzed combustion exhaust gas through the intake end into the mixing chamber. The cooling air guide is operably connected to the at least one cooling inlet, and is operable to direct cooling air through the at least one cooling inlet into the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber is operable to facilitate mixing the catalyzed combustion exhaust gas and cooling air to reduce a peak temperature of a combined exhaust gas.

A reversible ratchet tool that permits a user to selectively determine the direction in which torque is applied to a work piece is disclosed including a sleeve that surrounds a switch. The sleeve includes at least one anchor for anchoring to a switch-sleeve cavity of a ratchet head whereby the sleeve aligns and limits the rotation of the switch disposed within a switch pocket of the sleeve. The switch includes a first ledge, a second ledge, and a biasing member housed within. A pawl is at least partially disposed between the first ledge and the second ledge such that the switch does not interfere with the engagement of the biasing member, pawl, and a ratchet gear. This arrangement reduces and/or eliminates failure of the engagement between the pawl and the ratchet gear. This arrangement also maintains vertical alignment of the internal components while limiting vertical movement of the internal components disposed within the ratchet head.

A lighting system for a floor jack is disclosed. The lighting system includes at least one lighting element operable to emit a light beam. The lighting system is operable to illuminate a vehicle's lifting points so that the lifting operation of a vehicle may be performed safely. The light beam of the lighting system is adjustable and is operable to emit light at a plurality of angles. The lighting system further includes a camera operable to transmit video images to an electronic device.

A saddle and removable extension for a floor jack having a storage assembly is disclosed. A saddle and extension assembly of the floor jack includes a jack saddle fastened to a mounting bracket of a lifting arm and an extension having a flange and an extension saddle. To withstand off-center loading conditions when the floor jack is in an upper extended position, at least one extension fastener is operable to engage with at least one extension bore by fastening the extension to the jack saddle and the mounting bracket of the lifting arm. A storage assembly is provided on a body of the floor jack to house the extension during storage or transport.
