An office-type chair includes a weight responsive mechanism having a front link pivotally connected between the base and the seat, a rear link pivotally connected between the seat and the backrest, and a resilient element, wherein the force of a user occupying the seat pivots the front link and the rear link against a resistance created by the resilient element an amount proportional to the weight of the user to increase the effective length of the moment arm between the user and the recline axis, such that the force to pivot the backrest about the recline axis varies as a function of the weight of the user. In one embodiment, a secondary recline spring between the base and the backrest, the secondary spring contributing to the biasing force of the recline tension spring when the backrest is moved to the reclined position.

An office-type chair includes a back support having a support frame, front and rear shells, a cushion and a cover. The perimeter edge of the cover wraps around the side of the cushion and the front shell and is inserted between the front and rear shells to form a finished edge for the cover. The front shell may include a central flex section, and a lumbar pad may be positioned between the front shell and the rear shell and adjacent to the central flex section. One or more lumbar enhancement ribs on the front shell may augment the pressure distribution of the lumbar pad as it is vertically adjusted.

A seat back for an office chair is efficiently manufactured and assembled. The seat back includes a tensioner for tensioning a flexible support on the structural frame. The tensioner is connected between the lower edge of the flexible support and the upright members of the frame such that the tensioner stretches the flexible support between the upper and lower edges of the flexible support and maintains the flexible support in tension on the structural frame. An armrest mount may be formed integrally with each of the upright members of the structural frame, and an armrest housing vertically adjustably mounted to each of the armrest mounts. An activation mechanism is positioned adjacent to the lower end of the armrest housing, and is connected to a lock element such that movement of the activation mechanism toward the upper end of the housing causes the lock element to move to an unlocked position.

A back support for a chair includes a seat back attachment system that provides efficient shipping and ease of installation. The attachment system includes a seat back and a seat that are mounted on a base. The seat back has a support portion and an attachment portion. The support portion has a forward surface for supporting the back of a user. A locking element is connected between the attachment portion and the base, the locking element locking the attachment portion in place with respect to the base, the locking element capable of toolless attachment to the base.

A panel construction includes a core having opposing surfaces, top and bottom edges, and first and second side edges. A surface material covers the first edge surface and extends to the top edge. A side edge material covers the first side edge and extends to the top edge. A top edge material covers the top edge and extends to the first side edge. A glass support notch extends through the top edge material and into the core. The notch extends through the first side edge of the core, and the side edge material on the first side edge covers the glass support notch on the first side edge. A channel rail is inserted into the glass support notch, and a glass panel is inserted into the channel rail, with a portion of the glass panel extending above the top edge material.

Systems and methods are provided for live streaming content in a collaboration session. The method includes receiving, by a server device, a first data from a first client device, the first data comprising a source of the live streamed content and a key to access the live streamed content in a collaboration workspace. The method includes, establishing, at the server device, a connection to the source of the live streamed content using the key to access the live streamed content. The method includes, receiving, by the server device, the live streamed content from the source of the live streamed content. The method includes, sending, by the server device, the live streamed content to the first client device for display in the collaboration workspace. The method includes, receiving, by the server device, a second data from the first client device for sharing the collaboration workspace including the live streamed content.

Systems and methods are provided for summoning a toolbar and digital assets in a collaboration workspace. The method includes receiving, by a server device, data related to a collaboration workspace including a toolbar displayed, by a large format display of a client device, at a first location in the collaboration workspace displayed on the large format display. The toolbar includes user interface elements for interacting with the collaboration workspace using the large format display. The method includes determining, by the server device, a second location in the collaboration workspace using the received data. The method includes sending, by the server device, collaboration data causing and/or allowing the toolbar including the user interface elements to move to the second location in the collaboration workspace. The collaboration data also causing and/or allowing display of the toolbar including the user interface elements at the second location.

Systems and methods are provided for controlling display of a workspace. The system includes logic to establish a first level authorization at a display client enabling access to a workspace data set. The workspace data set can have a plurality of entries identifying respective digital assets and locations in the workspace for graphical objects representing the respective digital assets. The plurality of entries can include a particular entry identifying a particular digital asset requiring a second level authorization. The system includes logic to render, for the particular entry, a placeholder graphical object and a prompt. The system includes logic to detect user input indicating selection of the prompt, and in response executing a protocol to establish the second level authorization. Upon establishment of the second level authorization the placeholder graphical object is replaced with a second graphical object to reveal content of the particular digital asset.
