Disclosed herein are clot treatment systems including mechanical thrombectomy devices and clot treatment devices, and associated devices and methods. In some embodiments, a method of removing clot material from a blood vessel of patient includes inserting a catheter to proximate the clot material within the blood vessel while radially constraining a clot treatment device and an embolic protection device within the catheter. The method can further include moving the catheter proximally to deploy the clot treatment device at least partially distal to clot material within the blood vessel, and then moving the catheter further proximally to deploy the embolic protection device at least partially proximal to the clot material. The clot treatment device can include one or more relief features configured to release captured clot material if the force on the clot treatment device exceeds a threshold.

Devices and methods divert blood flow from a first vessel to a second vessel and maintain blood flow in the first vessel. The device includes a first segment and a second segment. The first segment is configured to anchor in the first vessel. The first segment includes a window to allow blood to flow into the first segment, through the window, and distal in the first vessel. The second segment is configured to anchor in the second vessel. The second segment is configured to allow blood to flow into the first segment, through the second segment, and into the second vessel.

Disclosed herein are clot treatment systems including mechanical thrombectomy devices and clot treatment devices, and associated devices and methods. In some embodiments, a method of removing clot material from a blood vessel of a patient includes inserting a catheter to proximate the clot material within the blood vessel while radially constraining a clot treatment device and an embolic protection device within the catheter. The clot treatment device can include a balloon catheter including an inflation port positioned on a proximal end of the balloon catheter and fluidly connected to a balloon on a distal end thereof. The balloon catheter includes an inflation control device fluidly connected to the inflation port, wherein the inflation control device is configured to reduce pressure within the balloon during inflation of the balloon.

Disclosed herein are devices, systems, and methods for aspirating clot material and blood from the vasculature of a patient, filtering the blood from the clot material, and returning the filtered blood to the vasculature of the patient. In some embodiments, a system in accordance with the present technology can include (i) an aspiration catheter configured to be positioned within the vasculature of a patient proximate to clot material therein, (ii) a reinfusion catheter configured to be positioned within the vasculature, (iii) a collection chamber selectively fluidly coupled to the aspiration catheter and the reinfusion catheter, (iv) a pump assembly selectively fluidly coupled to the collection chamber and configured to generate positive and negative pressure within the collection chamber, and (v) a control system configured to selectively control the fluid couplings to perform clot aspiration and filtered blood reinfusion operations.

Disclosed herein are automatic-locking and automatic-unlocking syringes, and associated systems and methods. In some embodiments, a syringe can include a barrel, a plunger assembly slidably positioned within the barrel, and a locking assembly coupled to the barrel. The syringe is configured to (i) automatically lock the plunger assembly to the locking assembly when the plunger assembly is withdrawn through the barrel with a vacuum in the barrel, (ii) automatically unlock the plunger assembly from the locking assembly when the barrel no longer experiences vacuum and/or experiences negligible vacuum, and/or (iii) inhibit or even prevent automatic locking of the plunger assembly to the locking assembly when the plunger assembly is withdrawn through the barrel with no and/or negligible vacuum within the barrel.

Systems and methods for the intravascular treatment of clot material within a blood vessel of a human patient are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a funnel catheter assembly includes an outer shaft and an inner shaft extending through and coaxial with the outer shaft. An expandable funnel can be coupled to a distal portion of the inner shaft. The funnel catheter assembly further includes a control assembly operably coupled to the proximal portion of the outer shaft and configured to move the outer shaft between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the outer shaft is positioned at least partially over the funnel to constrain the funnel in a compressed state. In the second position, the outer shaft is retracted proximally relative to the funnel such that the funnel can expand to an expanded state.

Disclosed herein are devices, systems, and methods for at least partially automatically aspirating clot material and blood from the vasculature of a patient, filtering the blood from the clot material, and returning the blood to the vasculature of the patient. In some embodiments, a system in accordance with the present technology can include (i) an aspiration catheter configured to be positioned within the vasculature of a patient proximate to clot material therein, (ii) an aspiration assembly selectively fluidly couplable to the aspiration catheter, (iii) a filter assembly selectively fluidly couplable to the aspiration assembly, (iv) a reinfusion and flushing assembly selectively fluidly couplable to the filter assembly, (v) a reinfusion catheter selectively fluidly couplable to the reinfusion and flushing assembly and configured to be positioned within the vasculature, and (vi) a control system communicatively coupled to the aspiration assembly, the filter assembly, and/or the reinfusion and flushing assembly.

Disclosed herein is intravascular ultrasound (“IVUS”) system is disclosed which includes an IVUS console for generating a vessel contour trace and a blood flow image from an IVUS image. The IVUS console includes a communication interface; a memory circuit; an image output display; and a processor circuit configured to, when an interim vessel contour trace meets or exceeds accuracy criteria, display on the image output display a complete vessel contour trace comprising the interim vessel contour trace with user-interactable key nodes or control points and merge or superimpose a blood flow IVUS image with the complete vessel contour trace.

Disclosed herein are catheters for use with clot treatment systems, and associated devices and methods. The catheter can include an outer sheath, an outer sheath drive component operably coupled to the outer sheath, a guidewire sheath slidably disposed within the outer sheath, a guidewire sheath drive component operably coupled to the guidewire sheath and slidably disposed within the outer sheath drive component, and a clot treatment component. During a clot treatment procedure, the outer sheath drive component can be moved proximally and/or the guidewire sheath drive component can be moved distally to cause corresponding movement of the outer sheath and/or guidewire sheath, respectively, and transition the catheter between a first configuration, in which the clot treatment component can be positioned within the outer sheath, and a second configuration, in which at least part of the clot treatment component can extend beyond the outer sheath.
