A non-fungible token (NFT) system may include a server cooperating to communicate a notification of a digital promotion having an acceptance rule set associated therewith. The server may prompt for acceptance of the promotion by accepting the acceptance rule set, and upon acceptance, generate a tethered NFT (tNFT) representative of the promotion and store the tNFT in a custodial wallet on a blockchain network, and generate a reference NFT (rNFT) referencing the tNFT and store the rNFT in the first shopper digital wallet on the blockchain network. The server may transfer the promotion to a second shopper digital wallet of a second shopper by transferring the rNFT to the second shopper digital wallet. The server may determine whether the second shopper has accepted the acceptance rule set, and if so, permit redemption of the promotion, and if not, request acceptance of the acceptance rule set.

An ingredient substitution system may include a shopper device associated with a given shopper that may have shopper profile data associated therewith. An ingredient substitution server is configured to store recipes. Each recipe may have ingredients associated therewith, and each ingredient may have an ingredient nutritional tag associated therewith. The server may determine a recipe from among the recipes based upon matching the ingredient nutritional tag to the corresponding shopper profile data and communicate the recipe to the shopper device. The server may also be configured to determine a substitute ingredient for a given ingredient of the recipe. The substitute ingredient may have a substitute ingredient nutritional tag, and the substitute ingredient may be determined based upon matching the substitute ingredient nutritional tag and the corresponding ingredient nutritional tag. The server may also generate a digital coupon redeemable toward the substitute ingredient and communicate the digital coupon to the shopper device.

A healthcare communications system may include a user interface device associated with a given patient in a healthcare facility and configured to listen for a voice activation command from the given patient. The healthcare communications system may also include a healthcare communications server configured to obtain medical history data associated with the given patient and determine a medical condition of the given patient based upon the medical history data. The healthcare communications server may also be configured to load an initial chatbot conversation script associated with the determined medical condition, and audibly operate a chatbot conversation with the given patient via the user interface device using the initial chatbot conversation script and based upon the voice activation command. The healthcare communications server may further be configured to generate and communicate a medical supply stocking list for the healthcare facility based upon the chatbot conversation and the determined medical condition.

A digital promotion processing system may include shopper devices each associated with a given shopper. The digital promotion processing system may also include a digital promotion processing server configured to cooperate with each of the shopper devices to operate a retailer loyalty application on corresponding ones of the shopper devices. The digital promotion processing server may also be configured to obtain an outcome of a contested event, determine a geographic location associated with the contested event, and determine ones of the shoppers within a threshold distance from the geographic location based upon respective geographic locations of the shopper devices. The digital promotion processing server may also be configured to generate and communicate a digital promotion to the ones of the shoppers and accessible via the retailer loyalty application based upon the outcome of the contested event matching a desired event outcome.

An NFT processing server may cooperate with a first device to communicate a notification of a digital promotion having an acceptance rule set associated therewith. A tethered non-fungible token (tNFT) representative of the promotion may be generated and stored on a blockchain network. The tNFT may have an immutable attribute including a reference to the rule set, and a mutable attribute indicative of rule set acceptance. A first shopper may be prompted for rule set acceptance, and, thereupon, the server may set the mutable attribute to be indicative of the acceptance, permit transfer of the digital promotion to a second device, and transfer the promotion on the blockchain network to the second device by transferring the tNFT to a digital wallet. The server may also prompt a second shopper for acceptance of the rule set, and thereupon, set the mutable attribute to be indicative of the acceptance.

A digital promotion processing system may include a shopper device associated with a given shopper, and a promotion processing server configured to obtain product purchase data associated with the given shopper, and generate digital promotions based upon the product purchase data. Each digital promotion may be redeemable for a corresponding product for purchase, and each of the products may be associated with product attributes. The server may be configured to cooperate with the shopper device to display, on a display of the shopper device, at least two of the digital promotions as a single combined digital promotion for corresponding complementary products for purchase, determine a visual characteristic for display with the single combined digital promotion based upon a common product attribute for the complementary products, and cooperate with the shopper device to display, another of the digital promotions.

A product pricing system may include at least one shopper device associated with a respective shopper and a product pricing server. The server may be configured to obtain geographic location data from the at least one shopper device and determine current store foot-traffic associated with a store at a given time based upon the geographic location data. The server may also be configured to adjust a current price of a given product for purchase at the store based upon the current store foot-traffic and cooperate with the at least one shopper device to display the adjusted current price of the given product for purchase at the store. The server may also be configured to lock the adjusted current price of the given product for purchase from further adjustment for a threshold time period based upon a selection input to the at least one shopper device.

A promotion processing system for a vehicle may include a connected car device configured to be positioned in the vehicle, obtain a geographic vehicle position, and permit control of at least one application on a mobile wireless communications device. The promotion processing system may also include a promotion processing server configured to communicate with the connected car device to determine the geographic vehicle position and determine that the vehicle is within a threshold distance from a retailer based upon the geographic vehicle position. The promotion processing server may be configured to, upon the vehicle being within the threshold distance from the retailer, determine that the vehicle has stopped motion, and upon the vehicle stopping motion, generate a digital promotion redeemable at the retailer, and communicate the digital promotion to the connected car device.

A fresh food return processing system may include a mobile wireless communications device associated with a user to obtain an image of a previously purchased fresh food product, and initiate a mobile return of the previously purchased fresh food product based upon the image. A server may store a product purchase history associated with the user, obtain the image from the mobile wireless communications device, and provide the image to a machine learning algorithm to train the machine learning algorithm to identify the previously purchased fresh food product from the image. The server may also verify a purchase by the given user based upon comparing the identification of the image via the machine learning algorithm and the product purchase history associated with the given user, and generate and communicate a user credit redeemable toward a future purchase based upon verifying the purchase by the user.

A shopper assistance system may include a mobile device associated with a shopper, and a shopper assistance server. The server may, as the shopper moves along a path of travel within a physical store, cooperate with the mobile device to obtain geographic position data associated with a shopper position within the physical store, and determine a shopper dwell time at a given shopper position within the physical store based upon the geographic position data. The server may also determine a product for purchase adjacent the shopper based upon the given shopper position and cooperate with the mobile device to provide a user interface for providing shopper assistance with the product for purchase based upon the shopper dwell time. The server may also generate and communicate to the mobile device a digital promotion based upon the shopper dwell time.
