A developing cartridge includes: a developing roller rotatable about a rotational axis extending in a first direction; a casing configured to accommodate developer therein; an input gear rotatable about a first axis extending in the first direction, the input gear being positioned at one side of the casing in the first direction; an electrode with an electrical contact surface. The developing roller has a developing roller shaft extending in the first direction, a covering layer covering a surface of the developing roller shaft, and an elastic layer rotating synchronously with the developing roller shaft; and the electrical contact surface is electrically connected to a component of the developing cartridge, and the covering layer is made of a non-metallic material or an electrically insulating material.

A developing cartridge has a casing for accommodating developer and having a first side and a second side opposite each other in a first direction and a third side and a fourth side opposite each other in a second direction. The developing cartridge also has a rotatable input gear on the first side, for receiving a driving force; a developing roller on the third side; a chip with an electrical contact surface on the first side; and a first protrusion on the first side and having a first force receiving surface. The electrical contact surface is fixed relative to the casing. When the developing cartridge is mounted in an image forming device, the first force receiving surface may receive a force (e.g., by abutting a door cover of the image forming device), thereby moving the developing cartridge against gravity.

A process cartridge has a developing roller, a photosensitive drum, and the frame having a first frame rotatably supporting the developing roller and a second frame rotatably supporting the photosensitive drum. The first frame is movable relative to the second frame between a first position and a second position. The developing roller and the photosensitive drum are in contact at the first position and separated at the second position. A developing roller coupling member, a chip having an electrical contact surface and a separation protrusion with a force receiving surface at the lower end of the frame to receive a force to move the first frame from the first position to the second position. When the first frame is in the first position, a lower end of the force receiving surface is not lower than a lower end of the covering portion.

A process cartridge having: a photosensitive drum; a drum unit comprising the photosensitive drum; a developing roller configured to deposit toner on the photosensitive drum; a developing unit comprising the developing roller; an elastic component; a retaining component. The elastic component is configured to bias the developing unit, from developing position to separation position. When the developing unit is in the separation position and a first coupling member rotates, the retaining component is configured to move in response to rotation of the first coupling member, thereby causing a protrusion to disengage from a abutment part to allow the developing unit to move from the separation position to the developing position.

A process cartridge having: a photosensitive drum; a drum unit comprising the photosensitive drum; a developing roller configured to deposit toner on the photosensitive drum; a developing unit comprising the developing roller; an elastic component; a retaining component. The elastic component is configured to bias the developing unit, from developing position to separation position. When the developing unit is in the separation position and a first coupling member rotates, the retaining component is configured to move in response to rotation of the first coupling member, thereby causing a protrusion to disengage from a abutment part to allow the developing unit to move from the separation position to the developing position.

Disclosed in the present disclosure is a process cartridge, comprising: a frame; a photosensitive drum; a first coupling member is capable of receiving an external force and driving the photosensitive drum to rotate; the first coupling member comprises a first protruding portion, and the first protruding portion comprises: a first surface extending in a direction away from the photosensitive drum in a first direction; a second surface located on a downstream side of the first surface in a rotation direction of the first coupling member, the second surface extending in a direction away from the photosensitive drum and arranged obliquely relative to the first direction; a third surface, wherein a distance from the first end of the photosensitive drum to the third surface when measured in the first direction decreases along the extension of the third surface in the rotation direction of the first coupling member; wherein in the rotation direction of the first coupling member, a starting position of the extension of the third surface is flush with the first surface or located on the downstream side of the first surface.

Disclosed in the present disclosure is a process cartridge, comprising: a frame comprising a developing frame and a drum frame; a developing roller supported on the developing frame; a photosensitive drum supported on the drum frame; and a first coupling provided at a first end of the frame in a first direction, and being capable of receiving a driving force from the outside of the process cartridge to transmit the driving force to the developing roller, wherein a driving side cover is provided at one end of the drum frame in the first direction, a first avoidance opening is provided in the driving side cover to expose the first coupling to the outside of the process cartridge, and the first avoidance opening is communicated with the outside of the process cartridge in a direction perpendicular to the first direction.

Disclosed in the present disclosure is a process cartridge that has: a frame with a developing frame and a drum frame; a developing roller supported on the developing frame; a photosensitive drum supported on the drum frame; and a first coupling provided at a first end of the frame in a first direction, and being capable of receiving a driving force from the outside of the process cartridge to transmit the driving force to the developing roller. A driving side cover is provided at one end of the drum frame in the first direction, a first avoidance opening is provided in the driving side cover to expose the first coupling to the outside of the process cartridge, and the first avoidance opening is communicated with the outside of the process cartridge in a direction perpendicular to the first direction.

Disclosed herein is a developing cartridge. The developing cartridge, including: a housing; a developer roller extending in a first direction and at a front end of the housing in a second direction intersecting the first direction; an agitator; an input gear at a first end of the housing in the first direction; a developer roller gear at one end of the developer roller and configured to cause the developer roller to rotate; an agitator gear at one end of the agitator and configured to cause the agitator to rotate; at least two transmission gears connected between the input gear and the developer roller gear, wherein one of the at least two transmission gears contacts and meshes with the input gear; an agitator transmission gear is configured to transmit driving force to the agitator gear, wherein the agitator transmission gear contacts and meshes with the input gear.

A developing cartridge includes: a developing roller rotatable about a rotational axis extending in a first direction; a casing configured to accommodate developer therein; an input gear rotatable about a first axis extending in the first direction, the input gear being positioned at one side of the casing in the first direction; an electrode with an electrical contact surface. The developing roller has a developing roller shaft extending in the first direction, a covering layer covering a surface of the developing roller shaft, and an elastic layer rotating synchronously with the developing roller shaft; and the electrical contact surface is electrically connected to a component of the developing cartridge, and the covering layer is made of a non-metallic material or an electrically insulating material.
