A health equipment has at least one height-adjustable wheel set mounted on its bottom, so that the health equipment can be operated to move on a ground. Each height-adjustable wheel set has a swing seat that can be rotatable between a first angle and a second angle, a wheel that can be moved up or down along with rotation of the swing seat, and a pushing member that can be movable between a retracted position and an abutting position. When the pushing member rotates from the retracted position to the abutting position, the swing seat will rotate from the first angle to the second angle to lower the wheel to contact the ground. At the same time, a reaction force from the ground is applied to the pushing member in a direction corresponding to a rotational direction of the pushing member from the retracted position to the abutting position.

A resistance adjustment device of an exercise apparatus include a metal disc that can be driven by movement of a user, a bracket that can be controlled by the user and at least one magnet disposed on the bracket. The magnet can be movable along an adjustment path to approach or move away from a rotation axis of the metal disc so as to increase or decrease a projection area of the magnet on the metal disc for adjusting rotational resistance of the metal disc. The magnet has an irregular quadrilateral cross section gradually widening from a front side closer to the rotation axis to a rear side farther away from the rotation axis, so that during the period of the magnet moving along the adjustment path to approach the rotation axis at a constant speed, the increase rate of the projection area will be gradually accelerated.

An upper body exercise apparatus includes a frame body and a physical exercise device mounted on the frame body. The physical exercise device has a flywheel, a left moving member, a right moving member and a driving mechanism coupled to the flywheel and the left and right moving members. The driving mechanism has a left driving mechanism and a right driving mechanism. The left driving mechanism is mounted between the left moving member and the flywheel to drive the flywheel to rotate in a predetermined rotational direction, regardless of whether the left moving member is operated to be rotated in a forward direction or a reverse direction. The right driving mechanism is mounted between the right moving member and the flywheel to drive the flywheel to rotate in the predetermined rotational direction, regardless of whether the right moving member is operated to be rotated in the forward direction or the reverse direction.

A climbing exercise machine includes first and second lifting assemblies, each having a pedal and a handle. The two lifting assemblies can be moved up and down linearly and driven by each other through an alternating mechanism. The alternating mechanism has a rotating member, a first link rod and a second link rod. The rotating member has a first rotating portion and a second rotating portion. The first link rod connects the first rotating portion and the first lifting assembly, and the second link rod connects the second rotating portion and the second lifting assembly, so that up-down movements of the two lifting assemblies and rotation of the rotating member are driven by each other. Additionally, the rotating member is connected to a flywheel through a transmission mechanism and is driven by each other, and the inertia of the flywheel helps reciprocating movement of the pedal and the handle.

An exercise apparatus includes an exercise mechanism, a handle assembly, a display device, and a control unit. The exercise mechanism is provided for a user to perform an exercise. The handle assembly has at least one handle for the user to hold and a control interface mounted on an upper portion of the handle for allowing the user to control at least one operating parameter of the exercise apparatus. The display device is configured for displaying information to the user. The control unit is electrically connected to the control interface of the handle and configured to control the operating parameter of the exercise apparatus when receiving a command from the control interface. Specifically, the control interface is a touch screen for allowing the user to input the command to control the operating parameter of the exercise apparatus through the control interface.

A device may include a file server configured to store and manage media files within a database, each media file of the media files including one or more of video content, audio content, and an image representative of the media file, the file server further configured to control an online portal in communication with the database through a computer network for access by a user device to display at least one of the media files from the database via a display. The file server is configured to receive screening data related to the exercise machine, access the media files stored in the database, determine a recommended media file at least in part based on the screening data, and communicate at least a portion of the recommended media file to the user device through the online portal, and wherein the user device is configured to execute the recommended media file.

An exercise apparatus for leg exercises includes a frame, two first link rods, two second link rods, and two pedals. Each first link rod has a rotating portion and a first reciprocating portion respectively moving along a circular path and a first reciprocating path. Each second link rod has a second reciprocating portion moving along a second reciprocating path. Each first link rod has a first pivot portion connected to a second pivot portion of the corresponding second link rod. Each pedal is coupled to the corresponding second link rod, moving along an elongated closed path. An exercise apparatus includes a motor, an operating member driven by the motor, a sensor operable to detect engagement of a user with the operating member, and a controller in communication with the operating member and the sensor. The controller is configured to generate exercise use data when the operating member is driven by the motor. A communication interface is in communication with the controller. In response to the controller determining that the user is engaged with the operating member, the controller is configured to report the exercise use data to the communication interface. In response to the controller determining that the user is not engaged with the operating member, the controller is configured to stop reporting the exercise use data to the communication interface. The communication interface is configured to communicate the reported exercise use data to a third party.

A group exercise system includes an exercise instructing equipment, a plurality of exercise participating equipment, a leaderboard module and a level instruction module. The exercise instructing equipment have a first electronic device providing a demonstration exercise information which includes an exercise level of a first exercise apparatus used by a trainer to perform a demonstration exercise. The plurality of exercise participating equipment each have a second exercise apparatus and a second electronic device, and the second electronic device adjusts an exercise level of the second exercise apparatus used by a participant to perform a simulation exercise. The leaderboard module is configured to update a performance ranking. The level instruction module is configured to instruct the second electronic devices of all the exercise participating equipment to adjust the exercise level of the second exercise apparatus according to the exercise level of the first exercise apparatus at one or more adjustment times.
