Computer-implemented methods and systems for generating subject lines for electronic messages for digital communication management. One method includes receiving, by a server, information related to the digital communication management, preprocessing the received information, receiving a plurality of N subject lines generated based on the preprocessed received information from a generative text engine model, ranking the N subject lines based on a trained inference model, reducing the N subject lines down to M subject lines, and displaying M subject lines to a merchant user. For an embodiment, reducing the N subject lines down to M subject lines includes, after the ranking step, filtering the N subject line to eliminate subject lines based on content, and generating similarity scores between each of the N subject lines and eliminating one or more subject lines based on a similarity with one or more other subject lines.

A method for optimally assigning recipients to electronic messages that vary by content. The method comprises testing the varying electronic messages on test recipients for a target behavior and computing a metric corresponding to the target behavior of the recipients. The method further comprises building a recipient assignment model to predict the likelihood a recipient shall perform the target behavior after receiving the varying electronic messages. Untested recipients are then assigned to one of the electronic messages using the model to maximize the likelihood the recipient shall perform the target behavior. The method further comprises sending to each of the untested recipients the optimal variation of electronic message. Related systems are also described.

Apparatuses, methods, and systems for transforming a message of a first channel to a message of a second channel. One method includes receiving, by a server, a first channel electronic message, wherein the first channel electronic message includes a formatted message that includes at least text, extracting and prioritizing the at least text of the formatted message of the first channel electronic message, including converting the at least text of the formatted message of the first channel electronic message into machine-encoded text, and prioritizing text of the machine-encoded text based on at least a size and placement of the text of the formatted message. The method further includes drafting, by the server, a set of second channel electronic messages based on the prioritized text, and electronically sending the set of second channel electronic messages to recipients.
