A method for the authentication of a wireless remote control as a temporary part of a control device of a rock modification apparatus prompts an apparatus data processing device to generate a human perceptible output of a first authentication information item on an apparatus data output device. An operator inputs the first authentication information item into the remote control. A wireless communication from the remote control to an apparatus-based part of the control device is set up by the remote control in response to the first item of authentication information. The apparatus data processing device generates a second item of authentication information and transmits second item of authentication information to the remote control via the wireless communication. A wireless communication between the remote control and the apparatus-based part of the control device is established on the basis of the second item of authentication information.

The invention relates to a method for setting an operating state of at least one mobile mineral machining plant, in particular a mobile mineral material crusher ( 10 ), wherein a processing device ( 100 ) is provided, to which an input unit ( 90 ) is assigned, wherein at least one characteristic material value of the feed material (KM) to be machined is entered into the input unit ( 90 ), wherein at least one characteristic material value (KE) of at least one end material to be produced using the mineral machining plant is entered into the input unit ( 90 ), wherein a target machine parameter (SP) or a target machine parameter set containing several target machine parameters (SP) is generated in the processing device ( 100 ), taking into account the characteristic material value of the feed material (KM) to be machined and the characteristic material value of the end material (KE) to be produced, and wherein the at least one target machine parameter (SP) or the target machine parameter set is transferred to a control device ( 130 ) of the mineral machining plant and/or displayed on a display device. Such a process significantly facilitates adapting the mineral machining plant to changing crushing tasks for a machine operator.

A simplified and less error-prone connection between the material processing device and the mobile device is achieved by determining the availability of a wireless connection based on location data of the material processing device and of the mobile device. An improved method for transmitting a plant state and/or a message concerning a plant state of a material processing device to a mobile device is provided by transmitting the plant state and/or the message concerning the plant state to the mobile device via a wireless connection and/or to an external data processing device via a further wireless connection.

A mineral processing plant for crushing mineral material or the like, using a crushing device and an internal combustion engine. In a first mode of operation an internal combustion engine is mechanically coupled to the crushing device to drive the latter. A generator is provided, which is mechanically coupled to an internal combustion engine to drive this generator, and the generator is coupled to one or more auxiliary units to supply to supply electric power thereto. An electric motor is provided separately from the generator, which electric motor is mechanically coupled to the crushing device in a second operating mode to drive the crushing device.

A screen tensioner for tensioning a screen lining in a screening machine includes a bar-like tensioning section including two longitudinal end portions with a fastening section defined on each of the longitudinal end portions, the tensioning section including first and second oppositely facing tensioning edges defined on the tensioning section and extending between the two fastening sections, the first tensioning edge forming a first tensioning contour and the second tensioning edge forming a second tensioning contour, the first and second tensioning contours having different geometries from each other.

A rock processing machine comprises: a material feeding apparatus having a material buffer for loading starting material to be processed; at least one working apparatus of at least one crushing apparatus and/or at least one screening apparatus; at least one conveyor apparatus for conveying material; a data processor including a data memory; a display connected to the data processor in data-transmitting fashion. The data processor ascertains, from data retrievable from the data memory which are based on at least one data collection basis, wear information regarding the wear of a working tool configuration of the at least one working apparatus, ascertains for the wear information, starting from at least one data collection basis, on which at least a portion of the data used for ascertaining the wear information is based, quality information regarding the wear information, and output the wear information and quality information via the display.

The invention relates to a method for controlling and/or regulating the feed of material to be processed, in particular rock material, to a crushing and/or screening plant of a material processing device, wherein a conveyor device is used to guide the material to be processed to the crushing and/or screening plant, wherein a characteristic of the material to be processed is determined, and/or wherein a volume flow of the material to be processed is determined, and wherein a conveying speed of the conveyor device is controlled and/or regulated taking into account the characteristic and/or the volume flow of the material to be processed. The invention also relates to a material processing device designed to perform such a method.

A screen device having a screen tray which can be vibrated by a vibratory drive having two exciter units mechanically intercoupled by a synchronization device. A sheathing tube extends between two lateral screen panels. At least one of the exciter units has a motor housing mounted in an aperture of one of the lateral screen panels. The sheathing tube has a sheathing tube holder disposed in the area of the inside of the lateral screen panel which sheathing tube holder has at least one fit mount. A fastening element having a securing section is pressed into the fit mount non-rotatably and in an axially immovable manner. A stud of the fastening element is guided through apertures in the lateral screen panel and a fastening flange of the motor housing to connect the motor housing to the lateral screen panel.
