A gaming machine that provides an operation unit, a display unit, and a control unit. The operation unit receives an operation of a player. The display unit displays a rotating selector device including a plurality of cells arranged in a grid. The grid has a column and a plurality of rows. A reel strip having a plurality of segments is associated with the column. Each segment has a plurality of segment symbol positions. Each segment symbol position having an associated symbol. During a game, the control unit displays and rotates the selector device and establishes a stop segment based on the timing of player input. The control unit select a symbol position of the stop segment to establish an outcome of the game.

The game control unit displays a game screen including a grid having a plurality of cells arranged in a plurality of rows and columns, and displays the plurality of virtual reels in the grid. Each of the plurality of virtual reels includes a plurality of credit prize symbols. The game control unit spins and stops each of the plurality of virtual reels to display an outcome of the game. The game control unit detects an appearance of a special symbol in the outcome of the game, responsively determines a credit prize amount based on the credit prize symbols appearing in the outcome of the game, and provides the determined credit prize amount to a player.

A gaming machine is described herein. The gaming machine includes a processor programmed to execute an algorithm to display an animated sequence of computer-generated images on a display device including the steps of rendering a plurality of games on a game screen with each game including a plurality of virtual reels, and animating each of the plurality of virtual reels to spin and stop to display an outcome of each corresponding game. The processor also displays a credit award feature by determining a number of free games associated with each corresponding game, determining a credit award range based on the associated number of free games, and animating a credit award selection screen onto the game screen overlaid across a portion of each corresponding game. The credit award selection screen including a selectable credit award icon displaying the determined credit award range.

A gaming machine includes: a display unit; and a control unit configured to: add the number of times a special symbol has appeared in a result of a normal game to an initial value to set a feature count; in response to a feature event occurring in the result of the normal game, provide game features for the number of times equal to the feature count; when an event that triggers a special game occurs in the normal game, provide the special game for a predetermined number of times; further add the number of times the special symbol has appeared in a result of the special game to the feature count; and in response to the feature event occurring in the result of the special game, provide the game features for the number of times obtained by adding a predetermined number of times to the feature count.

A gaming machine includes a display unit and a control unit connected to the display unit. The control unit is configured to provide a base game and a free game. The free game is triggered at least in the base game. The free game includes a first free game and a second free game. The first free game and the second free game have a same or corresponding game feature. A gaming machine for displaying a computer-animated reel game is described herein. The gaming machine includes a graphical user interface (GUI) and one or more processors programmed to execute an algorithm to display an animated sequence of computer-generated images including the steps rendering a bonus feature game grid including a 5×5 matrix on the GUI, animating a bonus feature symbol to appear in a center cell displaying a initial credit amount, and initially displaying a plurality of independent unisymbol reels the bonus feature game grid displaying a null symbol. The one or more processors then spin and stop the plurality of independent unisymbol reels to display a group of credit prize symbols arranged along a winning line extending through the bonus feature symbol, animate the group of credit prize symbols to collapse into the bonus feature symbol, and modify the bonus feature symbol to display an updated credit amount.

A gaming machine is described herein. The gaming machine includes a modular gaming cabinet system, a display unit assembly, and a graphics display assembly. The graphics display assembly includes a micro-LED display assembly and a graphics panel assembly. The micro-LED display assembly includes a first micro-LED side panel assembly and an opposite second micro-LED side panel assembly coupled to the modular gaming cabinet system. The graphics panel assembly includes a first etched panel lighting assembly coupled to a forward portion of the modular gaming cabinet system extending between the display unit assembly and the first micro-LED side panel assembly orientated substantially perpendicular to the first micro-LED side panel assembly, and a second etched panel lighting assembly coupled to the forward portion of the modular gaming cabinet system extending between the display unit assembly and the second micro-LED side panel assembly orientated substantially perpendicular to the second micro-LED side panel assembly.

A bonus device and method are set forth for gaming machines. The bonus device is configured as a two dimensional display or three dimensional object, such as a sphere, box, or football shape, which can be controlled to rotate, spin or move to display a bonus. The bonus device is embedded with display technology that allows the bonus amounts, to change upon certain conditions in the base game such as an increased number of credits wagered, combinations achieved in the base game, or other random occurrences.
