According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a three-dimensional printing method comprising: a first step of applying a ceramic composition; a second step of spraying a reaction solution at least a part of the applied ceramic composition; and a third step of irradiating the applied ceramic composition with energy so as to cure, through a chemical reaction, the region where the reaction solution has been sprayed, thereby forming a ceramic layer, wherein at least one cycle of the first to third steps is repeatedly performed on the ceramic layer, and the remaining part, excluding the part cured through the chemical reaction, is removed so as to form a three-dimensional structure.

The present invention provides a method of preparing an optical laminate including a substrate and a thermochromic layer formed on the substrate where the thermochromic layer includes a vanadium oxide cluster. The method includes: a formation step of applying a solution containing vanadium oxide particles onto the substrate to form a coating layer, a photo-evaporation step of emitting light to remove organic matter from the coating layer; and a photo-sintering step of emitting light to photo-sinter the vanadium oxide particles contained in the coating layer to prepare a thermochromic layer including a vanadium oxide cluster.

A method for manufacturing a melt-spun nonwoven fabric, in which fibers obtained by melt-spinning a thermoplastic polymer through a spinning nozzle having at least one or more nozzle holes are collected by high-speed air stream according to a spunbond method, includes: the steps of: allowing the melt-spun fibers to pass through local nozzle heaters of a nozzle heating mantle located just on the underside of the spinning nozzle during the spinning; and allowing the melt-spun fibers to be subjected to momentary local heating with a temperature difference of 0.1 to 1,000° C. from a temperature of a pack body. Polypropylene (PP) having a melt flow index (MFI) of 3 to 900 or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) having intrinsic viscosity (I.V.) of 0.5 to 3.0 is subjected to momentary local heating to a high temperature during the spinning to thus perform fiber fineness.

A method of manufacturing a carrier-selective contact junction silicon solar cell includes: preparing a conductive silicon substrate; forming a first passivation layer and a second passivation layer on and under the conductive silicon substrate, respectively; forming an electron-selective contact layer under the second passivation layer; forming a hole-selective contact layer on the first passivation layer; forming an upper transparent electrode on the hole-selective contact layer; forming an upper metal electrode on the upper transparent electrode; and forming a lower metal electrode under the electron-selective contact layer. In forming the hole-selective contact layer, a sandwich-structured multilayer film is formed by depositing a copper iodide thin film on a top surface and a bottom surface of an iodine thin film, and a single-film copper iodide thin film is formed by low-temperature annealing the sandwich-structured multilayer film.

The present disclosure relates to a novel curing agent having ester and amide groups simultaneously attached to a benzene unit exhibiting excellent low dielectric loss characteristics (low dissipation factor or low Df) and processability, a method for preparing the same, an epoxy composition, a cured product, and an article comprising the same. Excellent low dielectric loss and processability are achieved by the epoxy composition comprising the novel curing agent of the present disclosure and epoxy resin. Therefore, the epoxy composition comprising the novel curing agent of the present disclosure is suitable for use as an insulating film, an epoxy film for semiconductor packaging, an adhesive film, a build-up film, a substrate film, an epoxy molding material, or the like due to these improved properties.

An effector includes a body plate and at least one rod coupled to the body plate. The at least one rod is configured to be variably tilted with respect to the body plate. A robot device includes an end effector, a joint arm coupled to the end effector and configured to move the end effector, and a processor configured to execute a program stored in a memory so as to control movement of the end effector. The processor acquires cargo image information, controls the joint arm to perform a first movement so as to move the end effector above a cargo elevation, controls the joint arm to perform a second movement so as to move the end effector downward after the first movement, and controls the joint arm to perform a third movement so as to retract the end effector after the second movement.

The disclosed invention provides a photovoltaic module with an improved electrode structure of a solar cell and having any of various shapes. The photovoltaic module includes electrode members each including a finger electrode and a busbar electrode on a front surface of a solar cell to correspond to the number of divided cells, wherein the finger electrode is disposed as a plurality of finger electrodes in a first direction parallel to a short side of a divided unit cell, and the busbar electrode includes a collection electrode line which extends in a second direction parallel to a long side of the divided unit cell and connects ends of the plurality of finger electrodes and a connecting electrode line which is branched off from an end of the collection electrode line and extends in the first direction to be electrically connected to another unit cell.

The present invention relates to a shingled solar cell panel for producing a string in which a plurality of strips are partially overlapped with each other, and for electrically connecting the string and the string, and a method for producing the same, the method comprises providing a wafer made of a HIT in which a plurality of conductive layers are formed on upper and lower portions thereof, respectively, forming an adhesive layer by applying a conductive adhesive on the upper conductive layer, dividing the wafer on which the adhesive layer is formed into a plurality of strips, forming a string by overlapping a lower conductive layer of another strip on an area where an adhesive layer is provided among the divided strips. Accordingly, the upper conductive layer and the lower conductive layer of each of the plurality of strips can be configured to be electrically bonded via only the adhesive layer to provide a shingled solar cell panel at low cost.

An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a metal architectured plate with senses of tactile warmth and elasticity. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is an effect that it is possible to provide a metal architectured plate with senses of tactile warmth and elasticity which is configured by stacking sheet-like metal architectured materials having micro-thickness with senses of tactile warmth and elasticity, the metal architectured materials including base microchannels formed with regular intervals; and microchannels with senses of tactile warmth and elasticity formed to protrude between the base microchannels, such that the base microchannels and the microchannels with senses of tactile warmth and elasticity form channels with senses of tactile warmth and elasticity, which are spaces for allowing control of thermal conductivity and an elastic modulus, thereby imparting human-friendly senses of tactile warmth and elasticity.

Disclosed are a high-power shingled photovoltaic string controllable in length and width and a method for manufacturing a module thereof. The method for manufacturing a high-power shingled photovoltaic module comprises the steps of: primarily cutting a bulk silicon substrate along a first cut line parallel to a bus bar electrode using laser scribing, thereby dividing the bulk silicon substrate into unit cells; forming an intermediate processing junction substrate by shingled-joining a plurality of unit cells according to the length of a string; forming the string by secondarily cutting the intermediate processing junction substrate seated on a substrate fixing jig, the intermediate processing junction substrate being cut along a second cut line that is perpendicular to the bus bas electrode and set according to the width of the string; and laminating a protective member on the surfaces of a plurality of strings to form a photovoltaic module.
